"We booked this resort as a mystery resort last minute (only 6 days in advance). We were pleasantly surprised. This resort is awesome. The whole facility is so good, we did not want to leave the resort to go sightseeing! They have created an amazing relaxing environment with an awesome pool, carefully selected variety of trees and shrubs and beautiful buildings situated so creatively, I wanted to keep taking pictures. The main building has intricate ponds with Koi fish to keep kids entertained and create relaxed atmosphere for adults. There are birds, iguanas, ducks, cranes on the beautifully landscaped grounds. We saw more interesting birds in the resort than anywhere else. The pool is amazing, the restaurants were great. The resort staff was the friendliest I have seen in my many travels. The walk on beach (no real waves, the only negative) was also refreshing. Overall, we are so happy, we would like to go back and we recommend this to anyone going to Puerto Rico."

"Pros: Nice and preaty Rooms but thats it! Con: Rude Employees , Wait until 7pm to get my room after wait to 4pm that is check in time, THEY DON'T CLEAN MY ROOM 4 DAYS... NEED TO CALL FOR CLEAN TOWELS, TOILET PAPEL AND A LOT TO MENTION... All people in the hotel are complains all the time.. not enough pool towels, front beach is not for swim, and many, many others things.. pay a little more for other hotel, stay away for this... After 6 pm this is a DEAD Hotel..only walk to do nothing... in the middle of nowhere..don't trust the others review."

"This resort is in the middle of nowwhere. The whole facility is so full, we did not want to leave the resort to go sightseeing!..Yeah Right! IRONIC. The resort staff was rude I have seen in my many travels. The walk on beach (no real waves, the only negative) was also refreshing. Overall, we are so scare, no way for this Hotel."
