"We stayed for 8 nights over our family Spring vacation and had a great stay. Our room overlooked the ocean and the pool, we had a balcony which we sat on in the morning and in the evenings which was great as we could watch and hear the ocean. The rooms were neat and clean, my son slept on the pull-out couch which he said was 'ok' becuase the mattress was not very thick. The breakfast buffet was great every morning - you could order omelettes or eggs the way you liked with a variety of toppings, everything was freash and a great way to start off the day. We did not eat lunch at the Hotel because we had a car and were off site seeing most of the day. We had dinner at the hotel one night which was good, price was 'hotel' prices. There were actually some good restaurants close by that were very reasonable and good. Ask the front desk for a map they are easy to get to.our favorate was Antojitos del Kitrinche, The Orient House directly across from the hotel had good food - make reservation if you want the Teppanyaki dinner where they cook at your table. The hotel has a coved beach where you can swim without waves that are too big. You can't really do any body surfing at this beach. But there are other beaches - try the Dorado beach. The pool(s) were very nice and big so you did not feel crowded at all. The hotel location is good for those who want to be able to travel and see the other parts of Puerto Rico and get away from the hustle of San Juan. From the hotel we drove Oeste, Este and Sur with ease. BUT- Make sure you have a real map!! If you want Real adventures. We would stay at this hotel again.."

"We just got back from our stay and we really enjoyed our time. The experience was very positive. The morning breakfast was more then filling, just wish it was open a little longer then 9:30am, we Americans sometimes like to sleep in. The Managers drink special from 5:30pm to 7:30pm was also a lot of fun. We spent a lot of time sipping on drinks, I would recommend getting a better Scotch during this time. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Loved having a fridge in the room where we could store our soda and some lunch meat which we purchased from local stores in the area. They have a small casino but we just walked through and didn't spend any time playing. Only downside was having to pay $10 per day for parking of our rental car."
