Hotel was wonderful. Scenic, with clean rooms and beds. Great for large groups, as the layout encourages folks to 'run into' each other. Staff at front desk and restaurant did everything within their power to make our stay one we will remember for years to come.

When I was there it was off season and not crowded. The grounds and outdoor pool was beautifully maintained. The bar and restaurant were acceptable. Cuco at the desk gave us good tips on other places. The room was clean and the bed nice and firm.

Hotel was last minute book originally for only one night but extended to two. Room was clean as were both pools. Drank at the bar and it was also nice. Spent 10 days all over the island of Puerto Rico and this was the best place AND the cheapest money we spent. EXCELLENT customer service! Would definitely stay there again and recommend. BTW...if you're thinking of staying at the Marriott in Aquadilla this hotel is owned by the same company but much quieter!

Stay there for business reasons. Wifi is only available in common areas, not much reception at the rooms. Don't expect to get data or cel covage, for some reason not much of reception. Clean place, the bigger pool I find it to be to close the rooms, so if you if you want to have a rest, ask them to give you a different room. They need to improve the fact if you are solid booked, must have more personnel working at the restaurant, I thing the waiting is too much, but the food is good... Not pr... Read more

We decided to stay a night here and the staff were very polite and helpful. They have a pool table (common area) , and nice pools. Very clean place and very quite. Good for a nights rest. They also have a bar too. Good for relaxing in the hotel itself. The only negative is that it's almost too quite. Not for people looking for the party atmosphere.

We landed in Aguadilla in on a Tuesday around 3am and decided to book a room to get some rest before we headed to see our family. We basically needed a nice place to crash that was clean & comfortable. I was exactly that. I booked this room while I was still in NYC and told them the details of my trip. Since I had to book it for the day before (Monday), we were given a late check out (an extra hour) by Luis the individual taking reservations during the morning. The room is basic and a bit da... Better Street Sign, Hotel is hidden. Larger sign with name does not indicate this is where to turn into Hotel. Restaurant closes early, no business, can't blame them but, we were told 10pm. Only on weekend full of local Residence with kids. Pool is pack. The week the pool was empty.

Towels never ready. Pool floor not smooth. No water fall on pool. Washer and dryer area need soap, softer needed. No ice maker on site. Would be nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Or offer it. More umbrella on site. Extra pillow. Burn quit.

For the price we paid for the stay, not bad. It included breakfast and dinner with other certificates. The room is cozy and the bathroom was large and modern, only downside of the room was the TV signal and the air conditioning was not cool enough. My recommendation to Parador El Faro is that it should have better security at the entrance to the Parador and the large pool although there were big signs indicating no need, those who were staying and were in the pool had no consideration for other ... My sister in law reserved a 3 nights and 4 days stay without consulting. I was a little skeptical at first, but when we arrived, it was more than I expected. The service was pretty good and the rooms, public areas and the pool were clean and maintained clean through the length of our stay. (So different, better and cheaper than my experience with the "All Star" trilogy.) I'll be back.

Thanks to Dennis Riveara and his staff for making our stay pleasant. We had difficult airline departure times and Dennis stepped up and helped us immensely. We enjoyed dining at their outdoors gazebo style dining room and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and modest cost. The room was second floor and equipped adequately. A flat panel tv and excellent a/c added to a restful stay. Usually a hotel stay that starts pleasant, will end that way. That was the case for us. Well done and Than... Read more

This trip was for business purposes and I had my family join me. It's quite outdated but has all the essentials for your stay. With approx 150 rooms, two pools, a restaurant and business amenities for small activities. For those who want to enjoy some of our best beaches on the west coast and practically step inside the room just to sleep...I believe it's a great investment. Surfers beach is about 3 miles from this location, making this place a great find for surfers. Kids are welcomed, and c... Read more

Dirty room and bathroom, No towels available at bathroom. No telephone service available. Wi-Fi doesn't work at any time. Restaurant service poor, lack of customer service. If you wanted to maintain a GOOD STANDING with Tourists and Tourism, you may need to review all at El Faro Hotel in order to improve and provide better service.

I went to visit Aguadilla, but could not stay at a relative home because they do not have air conditioning and my daughter has health issues. I went to Parador el Faro and was amazed at their courteous professional assistance. I got a room, in the first floor, my daughter enjoyed the pool they have (they have 2), it was quiet, peaceful, clean and the little restaurant they have was super. Can't complain and for walking in and having trip advisor as an app I showed them the price I got on Tripadv... Read more

This is not a five, star hotel, but it js great if you do not want to spend lots of money, but want to be jn a clean and safe environment. It is the closest hotel to Crash boat beach, being 5 minutes away, and to Mona, an award winning brjnch restaurant. We went there for one night and had a very relaxing experience. Because they had so many trees I thought the birds chirping were a recording, but the sounds were because the place has become a bird sanctuary. Great environment for my yoga p... Read more
