We had a week there to enjoy the May sun. It was a great stay. Little issue on check in with separate beds event though we had booked a king size bed. But they managed and also remembered my birthday with a cake and a bottle of bubbly. Spa is great at first sight but needs some litte details to be fixed - After all: Best hotel in this area we could think of

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and each time has been excellent. The rooms are lovely and the staff very efficient. The shuttle service to the golf course is very efficient and easy to use. Breakfast is great, pool service lovely and the cocktails in the bar are definitely worth a go! This was our second visit to the Tivoli Victoria and certainly won't be our last, we love the hotel. Was just as amazing as the first time we visited, had a lovely weeks holiday. Took advantage of the free shuttle into Vilamoura most evenings to enjoy the food and shopping, would highly recommend it!

Just had a weeks stay at the Tivoli, loved every minute. Such a well run and clean place. Had the junior suite which was spotless and clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone around the pool area. Pool is a bit chilly but once in, it's lovely and very clean. Lots of choice at meal times, my children were a bit fussy and didn't want much but again hotel staff put this right by offering them an alternative. I can't wait to book again and return, to this f... Read more

Outstanding location. Excellent quality sunbeds. Shuttle service, taxi service. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Superb rooms. Good entertainment. Very comfortable beds. Very good quality bed linen. Excellent pool service. Free water in the rooms would be the only recommendation. Would definitely book again and would certainly recommend to friends. Thanks for a great stay.

The level of service is unbelievable. Hospitality is the best I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels. In particular I would like to compliment the kids club for being so accommodating with my son and would like to issue a huge thank you to staff members Carlos izaqueu, neuza farto, hanna ohorodnik (the boss) was great, the twins Pedro and luigi. They all have made the stay fantastic. Love to you all and will see you again soon

Just returned from a short break at the Tivoli Victoria, can't fault the hotel, rooms are modern, clean and elegant. We travelled with our 6 year old who made friends and thoroughly enjoyed the kids club with their attentive staff. Hotel facilities are fantastic, pool area and staff out of this world! I'm already trying to book a return trip.

myself and 2 friends enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel. What a lovely time we had. Friendly, helpful staff, always attentive to our needs. Nothing seemed too much for them. The only 3 gripes we have are 1. pool was extremely cold - we thought for quality of hotel this was a bit strange 2. no fan in the toilet - definately needed 3. we think there should have been free water - very expensive in hotel

We really liked our stay at Tivoli. We got a room on the ground floor which was not my choice. I would have prefered 2nd or 3rd floor in this Hotel which gives more lights into the room and a better view. Nevertheless it was very quiete and also safe. we left the balcony door open all night long. The pools could have been a bit bigger and more deep if you really want to make swimming exercise. We tested Restaurants and dinner + breakfast which are ll very good.

When I last stayed here 4 years ago, I had the best experience but over time the standard has slipped. There were holes in my towels and bed linen, the quality of breakfast was poor and staff knowledge was lacking in some areas. It took all morning and afternoon for my room to be cleaned a day into my visit which meant I could not gain access until 4pm. That being said it is still a lovely and peaceful hotel

The hotel is lovely, the location is slightly further out than I thought and the shuttle bus does get full so expect to pay for taxis. The restaurant is lovely and the two meals I had were fantastic the service was as I would expect. The lounge bar, the food menu could be much better for such an establishment. Spa was beautiful and staff again totally as I would expect. Room very well appointed and the most comfortable bed ever. However a number of little things meant as a solo travelle... Read more

The hotel rooms are modern, clean, nice overall. I wouldn't rate this a 5 star hotel as the service is pretty poor. At first we put the bad service down to there being a conference on (Forum 2016 for tourism funnily enough) but once the conference was finished it didn't improve. It's hard to get a smile from the staff and they were not very helpful at times. Very nice hotel. Super clean. Accomodations are great. EMO restaurant was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very good. Large selection. However Dinner buffet (everyday is a different theme.) Food quality could be better for the price (34?!). The hot meals were almost cold. The 2 pools (+ baby pool) are great. Too bad it's not very deep. The pool for adults only is a good idea. The one and only reason I am writing this review is to commend 2 of the most excellent staff around. We were staying at sister hotel at Marina and decided to spend day at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and impeccably kept. My partner and I visited and would recommend to our friends and family in a heartbeat. We enjoyed both the main pools and the adult only pool, the sun beds are very comfy and the vibe relaxing. The breakfast offered a large variety of foods. Staff at Bartini were fab. My only critique would be the evening entertainment at the hotel, the bar was just off of the reception and didn't have much of a vibe about it.

Gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff. Food and drink quite expensive in the hotel and at the pool. Rooms are luxurious and well equipt. Hotel overall was great. Although, I thought it was unreasonable to have to pay for Wifi (which wasn't cheap) and the hotel staff were not very good at communicating. For example, on a few occasions we had book a taxi about two hours in advance, and when we went down to the lobby we were told there was a half hour wait or there were no taxis at all! I don't mind waiting for a taxi, but it would be nice to be told this before hand when we had pre booked. Overall the hotel is great though

On July 01st there we some changes to the menus which were good , we particularly like room service which was excellent very relaxing and the staff were extremely professional in the way it was presented not forgetting the excellent food . We have visited Tivoli 5 times and each time we discover new things about the place. Situated in a beautiful location only 10 mins from Vilamoura it offers you the opportunity to truly unwind and relax. I have coeliacs disease and planning a holiday can be stressful especially as I've had some real disasters in previous holidays. At Tivoli the chefs are there to help, advise and give me the red carpet treatment and that is no exaggeration. The buffet style breakfast and evening meal offers choic... Read more

ROOMS: Amazing, lovely rooms. big bathrooms and comfy beds. did hear a bit of heavy footfall from upstairs but all in all very quiet Entertainment: none really, band one night and DJ the next but very quiet ( which I like) FOOD: Small buffet, not... Having returned in June from my sixth visit to this gem of a hotel, this place just never stops delivering five star service. The beautifully clean and spacious rooms with pure white bed linen are one of the best i have stayed in, always a good nights sleep. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone that ones them. The buffet breakfast and the bar food is still as good today as it was six years ago even though the hotel is a lot busier now they still manage to keep the high standards goin... Read more

Shuttle buses need to be more frequent and ON TIME!!! I never once seen it on time 3. The rooms are stunning. So so nice. 4. Maid service is five class. Always made our beds and changed sheets etc 5. Would like to thank the hotel for the birthday cake and bottle of bubbly for my fiancé. Thank you! She loved it. 6. Bu... Read more

A wonderful hotel, suited to those wanting a chilled and relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of holidaymakers. Visited this hotel mid July, with both no fuss check in or check out. Rooms are amazing with separate toilet and walk-in wardrobe. Main pool was extremely busy, so used the adult only pool which was very convenient however only the first row of sun loungers gain sun all day as others are shaded by trees. The adults pool however was neglected with pool service,as service was not... Read more

The welcome we got at the hotel was excellent as was the food and the room. All your staff are very polite, helpful and attentive. Just two small misgivings ... music at the pool ... We don't see the need for loudspeaker music at the pool during daytime hours as nowadays everybody has personal access to their own music . We found this very invasive. The practice of allowing your guests to put towels on poolside beds was upsetting. It did put a pressure on us when we were trying to relax. ... Read more

Reception staff are very polite and helpful but we would have liked to some information on arrival ie: towels, newspapers, use of the Spa, shops ect. Beautiful rooms cleaned every, our room was overlooking the quiet pool and was just perfect. The food was good but more 4 star rather than 5. The prices of drinks ( including soft ) are very expensive the cheapest bottle of house wine is 23 euros. The entertainment at night is very limited mostly DJ playing club music. Kids club completely inadequate for my son (11years old) and his friend (10years old). Very little for boys of their age to do at hotel. Not aware of any activities organised by hotel Kids club for them. Stark contrast to our holiday last year where Kids Club was brilliant for them. Family pool a little small for them - especially when staff allowed adults to gather at shallow end and have drinks whilst in pool and lunch whilst in the pool. Not fair for children playing in pool.

A lovely plush hotel, great facilities, but just seemed to lack soul, no real life even in the hotel bar at night time. Main a la carte restaurant was ok, very pricey for the range of food on offer... But a good shuttle service into Villamoura marina where atmosphere is amazing day and night. We stayed at the Tivoli a Marina a year earlier and much preferred that one.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was large with a large bathroom area and plenty of wardrobe space. It had a balcony with a day bed which was lovely to relax on if you didn't want to be by the pool. There are two main pool areas one for family and one for adults only. Due to the time of year they where both very busy but you could usually find a spot and the staff you move parasols for you if required and service you with drinks and food. It's always a pleasure to come back. Tivoli vitoria is the best hotel in the Vilamoura area hands down. It offers beautiful modern rooms, friendly reception staff, tranquil area where you can relax after a year of work. For improvement: Cleaning rooms staff: During our stay, 7 days, the cleaning staff didn't change our bedsheets, until we wrote a note for them to do it, on the 5 day. Also the cleaning wasn't properly done, hair on the bathroom, somethings garbage would stay on the room after ... Read more

We arrived in late July for a family holiday on a Jet 2 package. I have to start with perhaps the worst part of our experience of this hotel - the check in. We arrived at 1215 having been on the go since 3am. After a long wait (and I always noted long queues at reception) I was told our room was not ready. What I was disappointed in was the attitude from reception - I was told the room was guaranteed ready from 3pm and if it was ready earlier I should receive a call. No complimentary drinks (li... This is the only place that I have stayed in the area, so my concerns may be applicable broadly. Sadly, I suspect this might actually be the best hotel in the immediate region. The Tivoli Victoria is the relatively new resort a 5 km's outside of Vilamoura. It's a sister property to the old and threadbare Tivoli Marina. The resort is huge, with multiple wings and long, unpleasant walks between them. Food is copious and mediocre, replete with cheesy lounge singers. Pools are very nice with spe... Read more

I've just returned from another fabulous 11 nigh stay at the Tivoli Victoria. Kids club still superb as last year (it's a huge plus point when the kids are happy) I love the little touch of leaving a bedtime story on my daughters pillow every night.. A verygood stay in your very clean and well kept hotel. One of the few issues I had was when ordering a taxi booked by your staff it was twice the price of s return taxi off the street. As you are also part of a golf resort it would be beneficial to have breakfast starting before 0730hrs. Even if this was for coffee and some fruit or a roll. The latest I teed off was 0800hrs and this meant I did not have time for breakfast before playing.

Another lovely holiday at this hotel , this time with our daughter and height of summer . We were not disappointed by the quality of the services, food and staff. Great little kids club that our 9 year old daughter could dip in and out of, nice activities and she loved the reptile show. Cost of drinks and food around the pool are reasonably priced if you compared it with the prices you pay in vilamoura marina. Will be returning soon

We stayed here to play the golf courses nearby - you can walk to the Victoria clubhouse out the back of the hotel - and it was one of our most enjoyable stays in Portugal. Wonderful hotel with very helpful and happy staff. Every question you may ask about this hotel should be answered with excellent. My only complaint was with the wifi service. As a discovery GHA member, I get free internet. Not once did I manage to get connected. All methods didn't work (paying, non-paying, conference member). When I mentioned it to other guests, they had the same complaint.
