As a place to stay for a few nights, it's good. Small room. Nice bathroom. Fairly hard bed. Central location makes it practical. Window opens, which is a good feature, but it's pretty noisy a lot of the time. Front desk helpful. But it's nothing out of the European usual. We didn't eat there, so no idea what the food's like.

The hotel is located in a nice area at walking distance from Parque Eduardo VII; it is a bit too far from the main (tourist) areas but there are train stations nearby and cheap taxis that can bring you there within a few minutes. And there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room has a good size with two huge beds and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. The (great) shower is in the bath but you can open the door on the side so it is easy to get in and out. The staff ... Read more

The rooms are very clean at this hotel in the front desk staff is also very efficient and very nice. However the Bar area was never staffed and you couldn't get yourself a coffee or cocktail. I found the customer service lacking a bit with the amenities. Parking consisted of an elevator ride to a certain level parking. The elevator is extremely tight and the parking garage is even tighter to maneuver. I rented a very small car and my clearance was literally 1/8 of an inch. I found the place pric... Read more

Stayed here 2 nights May 2016 with my wife and 4 friends. Nice reception. Rooms well appointed, good size, although as previously stated in reviews no coffee making facilities in room. Mini bar available which was useful to put own drinks in to keep cool. Overall very good. Not very close to the old part of the city which has the greatest tourist appeal. However, a tube station is quite close to the hotel. Lisbon as a place to visit was excellent. Pretty, very friendly locals and after trips to ... Read more

From outside nice hotel, inside typical business hotel without charm. Rooms are small but convenient, bed quality good with rather firm matress and nicely light feather duvet but unfortunatly stone-hard pillows. Bathroom has minimal ammenities. Tissues would be a much apreciated ad-on. Breakfast is pleasant although in the basement without daylight. Wifi is free, speed is just sufficient for work. Overall a good impression and to recommend for business meetings. Note to the manager: please tr... Read more

We stayed here for four nights in May. We'd come over to see Adele at the (excellent) Meo Arena and to 'do' Lisbon. The hotel is centrally positioned near Saldanha metro and next to the Sheraton. The tourist hot spots are South by about 20 minutes walk (or take the metro, bus, taxi). We had a great stay. Room was very quiet. Perhaps the aircon was a bit 'challenged' and it would have been nice if the room were a little cooler. We would have given the hotel 5 stars but for one thing. When we c... Read more

The room was a good size, but not sound proof. Be prepared to catch the bus into town ( ask reception for bus numbers and details). Bus was frequent, around 10 mins into town center (check weekend schedules ahead of time). Metro, supermarket, hairdressers, small restaurants, mall, cinema, ATMs, all within 5 min walking distance. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for a business trip. Not a luxury/leisure hotel so go with low expectations. Reception staff served as concierge and were super helpf... Read more

we found this hotel to be extremely good. The staff on reception realised it was my husbands birthday when we checked in, and promptly delivered a bottle of champagne on ice and two glasses to our room It also has a superb restaurant.. Only fault was stairs down from entrance to reception, We went to local bar for breakfast as we have small one ,But the food was good here ,as we did try it on our first morning.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for five days and have absolutely loved it! The rooms are immaculate, the bathrooms spacious, and the food at breakfast was delicious! The staff were always helpful. The hotel is close to the Metro and Bus stops. It is about a mile from Alfama but there are plenty of busses taxis and the metro is literally 100m away from the hotel. This is a gorgeous hotel perfect in my opinions for couples but also families, in our week here the hotel has been full of couples... Read more

This hotel is well situated in relation to the airport. It is across the street from the metro linking it to the airport. In about the same time and 20 Euros cheaper, you get to the hotel without having to transfer lines.

My husband and I did a short trip to Lisbon and this hotel is located near the metro that goes directly to the airport. It is also a short Metro ride from the main attractions. The bed was very firm but good for a one night stay. The WiFi signal was strong and I was able to stream some Netflix videos. Overall it was clean and in a central location.

Nice, modern 4 star hotel close to Saldanha metro station and several shopping centers with a variety of food options. Small but well-appointed double room with wooden floors, mini bar, safe, and a spacious bathroom. Looks like the hotel has a good restaurant on site but I haven't tried it yet. Courteous staff.

We enjoyed our stayed in hotel zenith lisboa, it's near to all essential things-aerobus stop, metro and bus stop to tourist spots which are a few stops away. We arrived Lisbon late at night and Vinny was so gracious to welcome us from a very long tiring flight. Even upgrading our room to a suite after learning we are on a honeymoon trip. Overall the hotel was nice, clean and the food was good. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Definitely recommendable! If we would go back to Lisbon, we... Read more

Hotel located conveniently for city. We started walking down main avenue away from Saldanha metro (which is excellent system) to see street art, and within 30 minutes of downhill we were right in centre having seen loads of interest en route. Worth buying a Lisboa Card if you are planning on a couple of days of exploring e.g. Elevador Santa Justa and Jeronimos Monastery both free entrance with card and makes metro/train to Belem so easy. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. First class buffet break... Read more

From all my travels,This is the only hotel I got bitten with bugs or insects??? Got scars to prove it. I'm not recommending this hotel ??? Got question of the safety of this hotel as well as one night there was a person who was knocking loudly & shouting at the same time on every bedroom door in the floor where our hotel room was located. Very terrifying experience, even the guest next door to us, informed us the next day, that the guy (the one who was knocking loudly ) was even trying to get i... Read more

Never stayed at such a noisy hotel. One could hear the old guy next to my room snoring. Bad breakfast. Grumpy and rude waiters. Pricy laundry. Never again. And on top of that when I complained at the reception they got angry at me.

We stayed as part of a group with assigned rooms. This is obviously a nice hotel and I wouldn't want to rate it bad, but I was tired when I got there, and had to get up early to catch a ride in the morning. Check-in was swift, elevator worked, and room was clean and tidy. I have to say it is average for a classy hotel which is saying a lot.

Had 3 nights at the Zenit mid October 16. Lovely hotel. We were given room 706 which is an absolutely fabulous suit with a balcony, what a pleasant surprise. The hotel is small'ish, clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice in a smart modern dining room. It looses a star only due it's location. There's nothing wrong with its location it's just that there aren't many bars or restaurants in the vicinity.

room looked out to street -or rather the street looked in! we had to keep the drapes closed, so a small room seemed even smaller (get an upper floor if you can.). The fresh fruit variety at breakfast was lovely; the coffee dispensers believed lukewarm was sufficient.

We stayed here 2 nights. The nearest metro is Saldanha, direct metro from Saldanha to Airport. Shops and shopping mall around hotel, Overall hotel is good. I heard that Lisbon city is under construction project, renovation/construction near hotel also. we took metro to city centre, and Belem. unfortunately we have met pick pocket case at Tram Stop! when we reached cais de sodre, and waiting for Tram 15 to go Belem, a lot of people pushed each other into Tram, the next stop my husband told me tha...
