This is not a good 4* hotel. It has a good potential, but needs (urgent) remodeling. The rooms are spacious, but have carpet and are a bit dusty (we even found a small bug in our bed); however, the bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special (has eggs, bacon, fruit, etc). It gives free wifi. It is located near Universidade de Lisboa. During my stay it wasn't difficult to find a parking place. Would not recommend to a friend.

How can I start....Lobby made think about hotels in Brazil or Hungary ; marber, cold, empty. 10 min to check-in..... (I was the only one). Had to insist to get a bottle of water with a fresh lemon cut in slices at the restaurant (we do not have lemon sic!); Then the room VIP BUSINESS.... hight price and rotten to sum up. Lots of space 2 small beds not comfy at all, remote control works after a firm shaking, carpet red disgusting, curtains grey to black (originally white), could npot sleep betwee... Read more

Had to cancel my booking as the hotel couldn't handle a midnight check in. I guess VIP's don't arrive late in Lisbon. Quite surprised that a city hotel offering its services to international guests, so near the airport has such a 1970's attitude to service. What would they do if a flight was delayed?

Clean hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, it is a fairly well place. Views are not amazing - but this is a city business hotel. Good location and near some restaurants and the airport.

I stayed here for one night.the staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of advice for sightseeing.room was spotless.Bar prices were expensive but it is a top class hotel.Only one problem was that the hotel had underground car parking but had to pay extra for that.

The VIP Executive Villa Rica Hotel in Lisbon is a decent hotel in terms of service and rooms. However with no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and their policy towards equipping the minibar is simply not up to par. This hotel cares not about the convenience of the guests, but about the convenience of their operations. Seeing there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, I asked for a water boiler, which they did not have and offered no other solution. Sure, I could have orde... Read more

Our room was spacious and clean. Didn't like the frosted glass between the shower and beds as you could sort of see through it when someone took a shower. Nice foyer as you walk in. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty but needed to be available at a warmer temperature as it was only luke warm. The hotel is out of the city area and there wasn't a lot around it within 5 or 10 minutes walk however if you wanted to walk about 20 - 25 minutes there were lots of restaurants. I gave it ... We went to this hotel to have business meetings and the facilities were good. They provided food and refreshment which were of high quality and everyone enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and the rooms were larger though there wasn't natural light into our rooms.

Room is in good condition, very clean. Location of the hotel is quite good. A little bit noisy: there is railway station near the hotel. But from another side this is an additional option - you can reach many places around Lisbon by train.

The room was quite large, but it was the only positive. The hotel needs to be refurbished, the spa looked dirty and the saunas in very bad condition. Even worse, the room was facing a building yard, it had no balcony and no fresh air. Quite far from city center... The breakfast was terrible and the waiters so bored and impolite.

The hotel is placed in a great location: very close to subway and to the railway station. There is a supermarket nearby. In the morning, there is a good breakfast awaiting in a nice decorated rstaurant. Clean rooms, nice staff.

A decent quality 4* hotel. My twin bedded room was a good size, clean, and with ample storage, two armchairs, a coffee table, working wi-fi,and fair desk space (though the chair leg snapped when I sat on it!). The bathroom was also a good size with a shower in the bath rather than separate but of good quality. The hotel is not in the city centre but is only 2 or 3 minutes‚?? walk from Entrecampos metro station and so only a few minutes from anywhere. It is very good value. I paid 69‚?¨ per ni... Read more

We needed a hotel in that general area and the Villa Rica turned out to be a good choice. Modern and clean, with an underground parking garage. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and there is also a gift shop and coffee shop in the hotel. It is a long way from the Bairrio Alto where the nightlife is, but was the perfect location for us.

Great hotel, very comfortable and well located. Staff is very professional. Recepcionist Diana is very kind. I was looking for beautiful sights in Lisboa without too many people, and she gave me really good directions.

The hotel was only few metro stop from the downtown section. It's near the university but I did not see too many college kids. The hotel itself looks good but needed some serious renovation / upgrades... the corridor carpet needed to be changed. The same could be said about the room carpets. there were damaged walls, torn wallpapers in the hallway. The room was clean but some stained carpet... Like i said needs some renovations.

This is a cool hotel in a nice neighborhood. The place is well connected and is good for the tourists. There is not much to see around the hotel but the place is a few stops away from downtown. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was clean and so were the toilet and the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was not elaborate however whatever was served was fresh from the oven. Over all for the prices they offer this is a nice place to stay if you are an international budget traveler.

We came here during the Web Summit and stayed 6 nights. We paid more than 100‚?¨ per night for the room. When we arrived at the reception we were welcomed by two very impolite and bored receptionists at around 1pm. The hotel looks from a dead era, the lobby is huge and the turning door at the entrance was not working on our arrival. Well it has not been fixed for the entire week we were there. So we had to pull a super heavy side door to enter with all our luggages and the receptionist just sat... Read more
