On our way back to Sweden we decided to try another district in Lisboa. This was more of houses and streets with heavy traffic. But there were several smal good quality restaurants nearby. The hotel was clearly four star. Check in was smooth and the room had a view over a small square. But the best thing was the hotel Bar. Happy our from 18-20 with a very good bartender. Friendly and professional and with a good English to help my staggering Portuguese:)

Very good hotel, located almost in the center, with transports near by. A little bit difficult for someone with car and which don´t know very weel the city, due the driving orientation. Staff very kind and available.

Was a good location right by a metro stop, nothing to fault in rooms or cleanliness but not sure it felt like 4 star. Staff at reception and breakfast could have been more helpful with city advice and where items were at breakfast. Nice bathroom

We had big problems on our stay, non of which were resolved to any degree of satisfaction unfortunately. We had no hot water in our room on the first night, and by no hot water, I mean nothing at all coming out of the hot taps. The remedy offered was to use the shower in the gym, which wasn't actually in the gym, just a tiny room in the corridor outside it. Reception told us it would be fixed during the next day while we were out. it wasn't. There were no other rooms available (allegedly) so i... Read more

Good standard of accommodation- comfortable and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was well-provided with a good selection of fresh rolls and bread and hot choices as well. Bar food was somewhat disappointing in terms of limited choice. Happy hour was a popular time for guests.

We found the Turin Europa, in the Rua de São Sebastião da Pedreira, almost by chance. After a failed attempt to book a two-city break, which featured this hotel in a national newspaper, we decided to book this same hotel via Expedia for four nights midweek - since we had no other experience of Lisbon city accommodation. It took some finding despite our homework as it was nestling at a lower level than the offices and hotels on the main routes out of the city. This was it's charm really - a ... Read more

Stayed for 2 nights on a Leger package. Not far out of town. Generally a nice hotel. A couple of minor niggles with the room. The shower was very primitive, the taps were weird. (More like an aircraft joy stick than a tap) and the air conditioning was next to useless. The restaurant area was far too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was like a rugby scrum. However the jewel in the crown has to be the magnificent bar and waiting staff. Very efficient polite and courteous. A credit to the... Read more

We checked in early which wasn't a problem and reception were very friendly and helpful which isn't necessarily the case in Lisbon. Rooms were large and comfortable and bathroom clean although if you want to use the bath you better take your own plug. Happy hour very good value and barman good. We didn't eat there but a very comfortable, reasonably priced hotel just out of the tourist area

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay at visiting Lisbon, It`s close to the old city with a 20 min walk or a 5 min walk to the closest metro which is Parque. The staff was great and very helpful with tips about the city and what to do. the Bar is great with a daily happy hour. The breakfest is pretty average exactly what you would expect honestly. The rooms are decent size, howver the showers are a bit strange. Overall I would stay at this hotel again because its ideal for traveling the city... Read more

A little distant from downtown, but in an interesting area, near two metro stops and bus stops. Taxi's are plentiful and reasonable. We tended to use Uber very impressed with the service. My wife was unwell during our stay. The friendly staff were very helpful and frequently inquired after her well being. A big thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is quite near the metro station-only a 10 minutes walk. The room was clean, comfortable, with a boiler, which is good for us who are not used to drinking tape water. Wifi is stable and staff is polite. The main shortcoming is that originally the booking reference states the fee includes the breakfast, but when we arrived we are told that an extra 10 EURO is needed for the breakfast. We are surprised of that, but anyway we tried it. The choices are limited and the food was not that goo... Read more

Bad wifi in the rooms; quite good rooms, only the doors of the closet couldnt be normally closed without hitting the doors of the safe inside it every time; irritating music that you have to shut down every day when you get back to the room; good location for going around with metro, near Marques de Pombal and Parque metro stations; breakfast too expensive to buy it separately when you have very good cakes and coffee across the street in one nice pasteleria; good that they have boiler for water... Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. Nice hotel, our rooms were clean and tidy. We did not eat at the hotel as there is so much options in Lisbon. The only negative I found was that their card machine was not working properly. I tried 3 cards, VISA Credit card and VISA debit card and none worked for some reason. They all had more than enough money in them and the pins inputted were all correct. In the end I had to pay in cash (which I needed to pay the taxi driver who was waiting outside t... Read more

Skip this bland hotel with mediocre breakfast and stay in one around the area of Baxa Chiado or old city centre. Pros: -Our room was clean -The fruit at breakfast was delicious and the buffet looked clean Cons: -The location. You must travel by metro to the city center, bars, markets, sights. We spent at least 6 euro per day on a day pass. The breakfast was not so good. Terrible coffee machine (nothing freshly brewed), watery scrambled eggs, sour tomatoes, etc. One more word of caution: we a... Read more

when we searched for hotels we came across this one which looked really promising and had some good reviews. unfortunatly the reallity was that the hotel area was under construction so it had lots of dust around the hotel, the entry wasnt clear, the staff was not very nice. the room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiney and not comfurtable. also the current flow was sometime slow and sometime to fast and the bigest problem was the fact that the heat changed by itself and ocasionaly burned.... We really enjoyed our night stay here, the bed was comfy, wifi worked with no problems, air conditioning, tv with English channels. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We left our luggage locked up there for the day as we had a late flight. My only complaint is location, wasn't a big deal for us we got on the metro and got to city centre. There are good restaurants close by too. But if we were staying for longer in lisbon we would've liked to be closer to shopping and the sites.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while touring Portugal. In terms of location it's around 25 minutes steady stroll south to Biarro Alto and Rossio Square. The staff on arrival were very friendly and helped with locating the underground parking garage which you pass as you drive to the hotel entrance on a one way street. The options are either a hasty reversing manoeuvre if possible with a porter holding back the traffic, or heading back onto the city streets, following a long diversion of one ... Read more

When we checked in with a reservation for two persons with twin beds, they said they were full and said our reservation was for one person with one bed. The front desk person acted as though it was an inconvenience to try and accommodate us. We finally received a room, and complained that we had I no Wi-Fi service. They apologized and said it would be taken care of. We received no resolution to the problem, and throughout our stay we had to do all of our Wi-Fi in the lobby which was extremely in... Read more

Stayed here for 5 nights in September in the busy city of Lisbon while the streets of the city are been dug up and been replaced.
