ideal location with easy walking to centre of the old center. Ideal for our couple of days to experience Lisbon. Our room opened to a balcony with a comfortable bed. ATM is nearby and close to public transport ( got the Liboa card).

Nice hotel, great staff, convenient location (public trasport available to the Airport, to the City Center, etc.)! All personnel very polite and English speaking. Clean rooms, but very small. Rooms equipment is GREAT (coffee machine, fridge, hairdrier, etc.). WiFi MUST be FREE in the room (it's 21st century - the free internet is like a water we drink, not a lixury stuff to buy). Cosy restaurant. Good breakfast.

I observed that the aeration system is just located in the courtyard in the direction to the Tivoli Grand - which is not beautiful, when one looks down from the balcony. There could be a better architectonical solution which should additionally not be that loud (when opening the window).

This hotel was in a great location. The rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly. There were three of us in a room. There was space for a third proper bed however there was a put up bed instead which was okay as was a short stay but would have been nice to have three proper beds.

I visited Lisbon on a business purpose. The hotel had a great deal (not sure if it was because company rate). Breakfast is very good, with fresh fruits, different kinds of bread, cereals, eggs, etc. The hotel room was okay for a couple. Hangers in the closet, toiletries, and TV. I just found 2 power sockets in room. The restaurant is very good! It is a little pricy, but very good. The staff is friendly. Wifi wasn't free. However, if you join their membership program (free) you get also free wifi... Read more

I have stayed a few business trips in the Tivoli Jardim, hotel located in the heart of Lisbon City. The Hotel is excellent, close to all amenities in the city center, lovely outdoor swimming pool, very quiet yet close to all the Landmarks downtown Lisbon. I really think that it is one of the best places to stay in Lisbon, very reasonably priced and delivering great value for money.

Comfortable room if a little small glad I wasn't sharing. Easy walking distance to the main eating and drinking areas. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Pool area nice enough but can get busy. Breakfast plentiful and replenished when needed can get busy so might have to wait for a table. Get über from airport under 10.

I had an unpleasant experience particularly with the service and front desk staff - I complained about this but unclear how was this matter addressed. Also, there was unexplained added charges to my bill. I can confirm that this wasn't my practice/experience at Tivoli Lisboa.

Great centrally-located hotel. Good facilities, shared with Tivoli Lisboa next door - swimming pool, bars and restaurants. For us, part of a package deal and, therefore, good value. Only issues were that bar/cafe not open all day and some reception staff not familiar with city sights nd travel options.

Booked our stay in time for NOS Alive festival with a few extra days after the festival had finished. The location is ideal to get to the train station for a short ride to the festival site. Alternatively it isn't too far for a taxi/Uber ride. Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely helpful showing us the local sites on a map. As it was my girlfriend's birthday we were also given free WiFi and champagne and a cake were delivered to the room! All the staff throughout the hotel from the resta... Read more

There were some high points and some low points... This place is like a bungalow at the back of the Tivoli Lisboa, which looks to be a five star and stylish international hotel. Guests at the Tivoli Jardim have access to the same pool, bars and restaurants and can walk through the Tivoli Lisboa to the main road rather than struggle through the uneven paving of the car park BUT NO ONE TELLS YOU THAT! You have to find that out on your own ! The breakfast is very ordinary but the dinner in the re... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Jardim very much. The room was spacious and well appointed, loved the balcony regardless of the less than spectacular view. The location was accessible to some really great restaurants, close the botanical gardens and a stone's throw from the main avenue that was full of lovely shaded cafes. In all a good value, safe hotel that I can highly recommend to any visitor to Lisbon.

A few comments - pool is open from 9 am - there is never any towels out when the pool is published to be open, they should be there on the loungers before people start arriving, the pool refreshment stand does not open until 10 or 11 am, people may want a coffee or water? This should also be open at the published time. Also, the room service is very slow and many times the order is not right. On two occasions my meal took over 1.5 hours to arrive and I had to call to see where it was. On one... Read more

Very central location, very pleasant staff, facilities are good. The drinks and meals are a little high priced compared with general prices in Lisbon. A very enjoyable stay in a lively city, the location of the hhotel fantastic. The avenue high class, only let down by three professional pickpocket attempts in the surrounding streets, (not successful but bags were unzipped or dipped into whilst we were walking). Our room (472) was spacious and pleasant with a large bathroom and a shower/tub. Hotel guests have access to a very good hotel gym at the Tivoli Lisboa, next door, that my wife used at 0530. I only have a few suggestions for the hotel: 1) change the carpet in the hotel room. I was really surprised to see such a thin, apparently old and worn out carpet on the floor, especially considering how nice the rest of the room is. 2) Don't charge for tea and coffee in the room 3) Don't charge for WiFi... The hotel is really nice, the staff helpful and kind especially the receptionnist who did our check in and the staff at the breakfast. The room's decoration is neat and nice and the room is functional, the only negative point is the noise from outside if the room is on the front side. The pool is pleasant but a bit crowded on the hot days. We thought the hotel was closer to the city center, we had to walk 20-25 minutes or take the subway. Overall we had a nice stay at Tivoli Jardim.

We had two significant problems with the Tivoli Jardim. First, we couldn't sleep; our room faced another Tivoli hotel that had an outdoor bar/party area that played loud music every night. Second, the room was not clean; the carpets badly needed cleaning and the curtains had mold on them, causing our child to develop a cough during our stay. The next time we are in Lisbon, we will stay somewhere else.

I stayed at the Tivoli Jardim for my first trip to Lisbon. The location is very good, it's a 5 minute walk down the Av. da Liberdade (full of designer shops, little green areas and outdoor cafes) to the centre of Lisbon. The hotel staff are helpful, but there was often only one person behind the desk and a queue formed quickly, especially if quests were checking in. I stayed in tivoli Jardim from Sep 12th to 15th. The hotel is very well located and staff is very efficient and customer oriented .However, the room located on the front , when sleeping with open windows, was quite noisy, because of air conditioning machines. Furthermore the mattress was a bit tired .... Last improvement area : For an hotel of this quality, the fresh orange juice should be included in breakfast for free . Good location! Due to the noise of different air conditions in the surrounding of the hotel it wasn't possible to stay on the balcony nor to sleep with the window open. The homepage leads to misunderstandings as features are advertised which are not available in the hotel, e.g. gym, pool, but only in the sister property next door.
