The room was very clean with cleaners coming everyday to make the bed and change the towels. 15 minute walk from the city centre with a bus stop right outside the hotel making it an excellent place to stay on a budget The hotel was noisy as the walls were not sound proof, the lighting in our room was bad and the wifi didnt extend up to the 2nd floor so had to go downstairs to use it. With the price we paid I can't really complain, the staff were really helpful- overall was a good experience

Good location and ok considering the prices. Rooms are very basic and they need renovation but they are sufficiently clean and towels changed every day. Breakfast is ok (buffet) . Hope that they will dosoon the renovation described on the web site !!! Staff is kind and friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is very basic but is clean (apart from slightly dirty bed sheets one day) safe and in an absolutely fantastic location - there are two metro stations within a 10 minute walk (2 seperate lines) and the 760 bus which goes into heart of city stops directly outside. staff in hotel were incredibly nice (apart from one of night managers) - if in Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again

The hotel is difficult to locate, but if you take the 767 bus from Roma station or the 760 from Rossio, going to Gomes Friere, the stop is right outside the hotel. Or walk from Picoas station downhill on Rua Gomes Friere, and you'll be there in ten minutes. If you're coming on the Aerobus from the airport, get off at Picoas and walk back up to the corner where the Metro is, cross to your right and keep going. The hotel itself has good sized rooms, with en suite bathrooms, a wardrobe, desk, a ti... Read more

I was in this hotel for four days with some friends. We wanted a hotel near the center of the city and connected with the transport and this hotel has all of this conditions: less than 15 walking from the center, 5min from the metro/tube and you have a bus stop right in front of it. The rooms are small but with tv, air conditioning and the shower is really good. The breakfast is included and has good variety of food. The service is okay. The only disadvantage is that you can only get wifi in th... Read more

I enjoyed our three nights here. So this place needs a lick of paint and and some TLC to the rooms but it's very well located, close enough to walk into town and close to two metro stations and a regular bus route. Excellent continental breakfast, child friendly (I travelled with my 11 year old), daily towel change and room cleaning. Small rooms with no internet, but internet in the communal area. Perfect for short breaks but would probably not suit everyone.

The hotel is located in a really central square, with many subway stations to visit the town. Our room was in the second floor, the lift couldnt take the suitcases so we had to carry it to the room. The room was clean, but the bathroom door wouldnt close which was weird. Wifi didnt work either only at the breakfast floor. The breakfast was really good and rich. I would advise it for a couple days stay only. The staff was really nice and friendly too.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. This hotel need a really good refurbishment and a very deep cleaning. In the bathroom was a very bad smell, the air conditioner wasn't working, towels were not cleaned properly. The breakfast is very basic: cheese, ham, gem, bread and butter, coffee, tea, juice. I wound't recommend this place.

Same breakfast (ham, cheese, butter and some gem only) every day. Very bad coffee. The room was very small and it was a bad small in the bathroom, that bad that we had to buy a deodorizer. The bathroom room door didn't close so the smell was everywhere in the room. Very loud.

We booked this hotel via an Easyjet flight and accommodation package mainly because of the central location. 5 mins walk from the Anjos metro station, 10 mins walk from Rossio station and various restaurants, 15 mins walk from the harbour front. Like other reviewers our room had a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. We asked to swap rooms but there were no others available that night. However, the helpful receptionist offered to move us the following night and came to our room to put b... Read more

I was in Lisbon on business (and a little pleasure) and just wanted to have a cheap place to rest my head, but I didn't want to go with some cheap hostel and risk getting my things stolen or anything. So I found this 2-star hotel which is just enough to meet my needs and at a fair price. I booked well in advance, which helped on the price, and the service was simple from the start. I brought the hotel voucher and got the room key. The elevator is really oldschool, which adds some interesting p... Read more
