Overall a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening, food and service good. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative about the hotel is the bar area is small, and it's difficult to get any service during the day - even a coffee. I have put on 2 stars for sleep quality, this is purely my personal feeling as the bed made my already weak back more painful;; but that's just me. My husband thought the bed was really comfortable.

I stayed here on a 4-day city trip and was pleased with the very friendly personnel at reception. Very comfortable and quiet room, very clean, nicely decorated with high quality furniture. Welcoming attention in the room (local pastry and strawberries!). Excellent service, plenty of choice for breakfast. highly recommended

It's a very comfotable stay with good variety breakfast. Desk people are well informed about the places to be visited. Also the means of transport. The nearest metro station is Saldanha a 8 min. walk. For a stay of more than 2 day's take a day trip card of Lisboa. Taxi is efficient and cheap and fast.

Nice modern hotel, not sure if new or recently renovated. Breakfast a little bit poor for a four star hotel. Clean linens, nice flatscreen tv, quick room service and laundry/iron service fast and at reasonable price. Fast internet, they provide password for every device.

Rooms are small and I couldnâ??t get a double bed. Shower is not very practical in a bath. Air conditioning didnâ??t work and it was noisy. The location is not ideal either. I didnâ??t try the restaurant which seems to be nice from the menu, but breakfast was very basic... I ordered room service, asking for french fries and got chips :-(

Hotel is really nice and clean, every day cleaning service was perfect. It is located on a quiet place, also it was quiet in the room during nights. All hotel services, including restaurant and night bar was quite ok and meet level of hotel. Meals (mainly breakfast) fulfills usual breakfast type and quality of meal was excellent. Being in Lisboa next time I would definitely use this hotel again.

This is a very nice, cozy, modern, clean hotel located some two kilometers or so away from the Lisboa city centre. We visited during July '16. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffe perfectly ok. The only real minus was that the gym was not working (under renovation) and we had no notice of this.

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. There's a bus stop and a metro station just 10 minutes walking from the hotel, all major locations are easily reached. Breakfast tends to be quite busy for the last hour or so, staff do a great job keeping the buffet filled up. Would definitely stay again when visiting Lisbon.

Stayed for 4 nights. Paid around 65-70 pounds per night, For this price we stayed at other hotels before this in Lisboa and were very bad. Neya- very Clean and comfortable rooms with good breakfast and also near to train station. Special mention about receptionist at night, Ines, for the 5* customer service. Thank you.

On our arrival, we were greeted by a rude concierge who gave us a great deal of attitude. He did not offer us a city map or any other useful information. We asked him if there was a laundry service near by and he recommended a laundry shop. We walked to this shop to find it was shut. Later on that evening we discovered an automatic laundry service only about 20 metres further than the shop he had recommended. We were frustrated that the concierge did not mention this to us earlier on and we coul... Read more

A little bit far from the restaurant areas (rossio and avenida di liberdade) and from the train stations that connect lisbon to the beaches . But in lisbon taxis solve that problem. (5 to 7 â?¬) . The breakfast is fair. Close to the airport by taxi .

The position it is ok, 10 min walk from the metro station, 20 min walk to city center, the staff was friendly. Not so well was the breakfast because every day is the same food. When something was finish should pay attention the staff to replace it.

Hotel is modern, clean and staff is friendly. Restaurant was empty for dinner which was a shame. Food on the expensive side for Portugese standards. Only minor point to this hotel is location. It is a bit out of the way from the old town centre.

Having booked this hotel in May I checked to ensure all was still OK after hiccup with holiday firm (lowcost). The booking was confirmed as being fully paid via email from Olga in reception at the end of July! The only outstanding fee being â?¬1 a night tourist tax. On arriving today 4.9.16 informed booking was now cancelled and we would now have to pay double! Hotel had made no attempt to update me of the situation despite my earlier emails and having two months to inform me of any changes!! A ... Read more

The hotel is ten minutes away from the centre of the city in a quite place. It is a nice hotel. The hotel gives you a bicycle if you desire. You have to take a metro or taxi to go or come from the centre of the city. The taxi costs about 6 to 7 euros and not expencive.

What could you expect a 4-star service hotel with only $70/night? Only in Neya! I chose this hotel mainly on its modernity and peace, I do not like old hotels around tourism sites and usually gets too noisy. The hotel provides awesome free breakfast which includes variety of pastries, egg custard, juices, meats and coffee. Plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets surrounding the hotel and you do not have to worry where to buy supplies before the start of your long trip every day.
