We stayed here three nights mid April. The location is close to the Metro. The park across the road is lovely BUT our room on the first floor facing the back was miniscule with no view. We walked to Baxia and back and were told it's 5 Klm one way...it's a lovely walk, lots of great architecture, a park in the centre of the road, good window shopping and we felt very safe! The bar staff served a lovely cup of tea after the walk back. The breakfast is good though the same daily. The staff speak En... Read more

My parents - both above 60 years stayed at Miraparque and enjoyed the location and the great elaborate breakfast. However, the reason why we highly recommend this hotel is their diligence even after they checked out and moved into a vacation apartment. My father lost his way around town late one night and only remembered the name of Hotel Miraparque seeking help from local authorities . Vasco the manager on duty at Miraparque diligently coordinated his return with the local authorities, even mad... Read more

Although near Pembal Plaza it is still a hefty walk uphill from tourist bus stops yet only a block from the subway which worked well for us getting around. The rooms were small but clean and functional. The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff although somewhat reserved were helpful when needed.

Spent three lovely nights at Miraparque and would return! The hotel is just a block from the metro line and only a 30 min. walk to the downtown area. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They kept a lookout for my lost luggage, which I appreciated. It is a cozy little room, but it's clean and all well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it.

My friend and I stayed here two nights. Our room was small but we weren't in there unless we were sleeping so it didn't bother us one bit! The beds were incredibly comfy! The breakfast spread was delicious as well. Very friendly staff. I recommend staying here!

Coveniently located hotel close to metro or a pleasant walk to the centre 10-15 minutes. Nice clean rooms ours overlooking Eduardo IV park. Excellent breakfast staff extremely friendly and helpful, would stay here if we visit Lisbon again. So easy to get to from the airport using the metro.

I stayed 2 nights at the Miraparque. Excellent hotel, with super staff and lovely room. the hotel is walking distance - 2 mins- from Avenue Liberarde and really convenient to get a taxi if you prefer not to walk. the reception sells tickets for the bus tours and the staff are really helpful to organise your visit. the beds were amazingly comfortable and the rooms quiet! The breakfast was not as spectacular as the rest of the experience, but the service with a smile made it all wonderful. I reall... Read more

Great location next to the Edward VII Park and less than 100 metres from Parque metro station on the blue line (Linea Azul). Buy a rechargeable ticket for 50cents and put say 10 euros on it at the station till you get the hang of the metro system. It wont take long and since the rechargeable cards can be used on trains and buses you will maybe need anothe 10 euro top up as we did in 4 days including trips by train to Estoril and walk to Cascais (Lovely place) then train return to Lisbon. We too... Read more

We stayed three nights in this well-located and comfortable hotel. The beds, furniture and bathroom fittings all seemed to be very new, though we thought it was a bit of shame they hadn't renewed the carpet or doors (which are clearly several decades old). Same goes for the communal areas and breakfast room, which are looking a little tired. The hotel staff were generally helpful, if a little grumpy. Overall I would say it is worth the money given the location very close to the Metro and the won... Read more

either a 20 minute walk or catch the tube round the corner into the city, do not buy the metro tickets from this hotel as they charge 9 euros where as in the metro it is 6.50 for a 24 hour ticket. when we checked the price with the metro attendant he told us that they are not suppose to be selling tickets anyway. we queried it at the hotel and the receptionist told us that we have entry to a museum included on the ticket, didnt tell us that when we bought the tickets and did not want to go to th... We booked 3 rooms for a family of 7, 5 adults and our 2 kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. 2 of the rooms had great views out over the park but ours was just a courtyard so not so good but the room is only really for sleeping in so not something I overly bother about. Rooms were good, everything we needed and snacks/drinks available at bar. Only 5 minute walk from metro station and several restaurants so very easy to get around the rest of the city, would definitely recommend.

Hotel Miraparque is a nice hotel and a safe place to stay. It is located on the uphill facing the beautiful botanic gardens and one could go for a morning walk in the gardens. The Hop-on- Hop Off Bus tours are conveniently located and there are several eatery outlets within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel comes with a good continental breakfast. Value for money indeed.

This is our second stay here, besides being located in downtown Lisbon, a short walk to a major shopping complex (where one can obtain a 10 % Discount tourist card). Also nearby there is a fantastic selection of restaurants, a stones throw from the "Hop on Hop off" bus terminal, and right next to Central Park, ideal for the fitness fanatics. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean, beds large and comfortable, shower hot and strong. The only slight let down was the breakfast ... Read more

Location of this hotel was its major feature. Easy bus ride from airport to the hotel. Very close to the hop on hop off bus tours. Room was clean but could benefit from some updates. The room for breakfast felt like you were in the basement of the hotel. We were disappointed in not receiving our bed request and on one of the day's the maids left the window open and we had to deal with flies in the room when we got back in the evening.

Nice, clean and big enough room. Breakfast is very good, lots of things to eat, but every day same selection. Breakfast restaurant is sometimes to small to accept all visitors, so you need to wait few minutes. Service is excellent. WiFi is fast enough.

A very nice room with a modern decor. My only complaint would be that there was hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. Otherwise, it was perfect and I would stay again. The front desk people were so kind and helpful with directions to restaurants, attractions and helped us with learning the language. You really feel they want you to enjoy their city and your stay. Indeed we did!! I was so impressed by the people and culture. Can't wait to return!!

Recently stayed at this hotel for a city break in Lisbon. It is literally next door to the metro and only 4 stops to the main square! The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were super friendly and really really helpful! The cleaners did a great job on the room every day. This hotel was a gem and would highly recommend as they couldn't do enough for you and always friendly no matter what time we strolled in asking questions!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room we were in at the front overlooking the park (hence the name) was very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the electrical equipment, toaster, hot and cold drinks machine kept breaking down. Also the breakfast staff were run off their feet because they were understaffed I feel, but they did very well in the circumstances.

A charming boutique hotel located close to a metro station and facing a lovely park from which it takes its name. The staff, specially the front office is extremely friendly and helpful and the staffers go out of the way to accommodate your needs and to make you comfortable. Within walking distance of prime Lisbon avenues and the Marques De Pombal roundabout. Along with the Parque Eduardo VII across the hotel, the location is enough to give you a flavor of Lisbon's tourism potential.

Stayed at this hotel in early October. Very old hotel that needs updating. We were very disappointed with our room and service. Room was extremely small. Bed was small and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was opposite the bed and blew directly on our faces all night. We were unable to change this. The bathrom was small and had mould on the ceiling with plastic sheeting on the windows. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and was told my room was not ready. But I felt it was something to do with the check-in rules. There were others who were told the same. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and have only positive things to say from accomodation, perfect location very close to the metro station, to the excellent customer service at the reception. Ricardo was extremely helpful, recommended places to visit, and helped us with setting up the tours for us. We highly recommend this hotel and hope we can visit soon again.
