The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is small but only used to sleep in so adequate but it has a wardrobe which is unusual for this type of budget hotel. Booked on line so cheaper than rack rate. Some very good restaurants nearby and main stream shops. The bus tour easy to access and the metro near by so can get to the centre easily. Breakfast is good and reasonable

We've been to an Ibis in paris back in 2007 and it had nothing to do with this one. Bigger room space and wayyy bigger wc. The new sweet bed is a must. Its toped with a matress topper for an extra comfort, and its worth it! Its a place to return.

I am rating this hotel as very good despite the fact that it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was furnished in the usual Ibis manner, i.e. basic, but the hotel was very good value for money, very quiet and very clean. It is in an excellent position for visiting the Gulbekian museum, a must see in Lisbon, though rather more inconvenient for the city centre,

Like everyone we met in Lisbon, staff are helpful and friendly. A welcome touch, there's always different kinds of iced water flavoured with fresh fruits and cinnamon at the lobby. There are several malls, groceries and restaurants a short walk up and down the road. It's also close to a lot of bus stops and a metro station. Take the metro in Lisbon. Each station is uniquely decorated with beautiful tiles.

The beds are very comfortable, the hotel is clean, modern and great value for money. It is also within walking distance to the hop on hop off buses, have used there hotels before and would do so again
