I stayed here during a conference held at the ISCTE-IUL, which was a 10 minute walk away. The airport bus and two metro stations are within a 5 minute walk away. Pros Good breakfast service Friendly staff Free WiFi Free room safe Pool and sunlounger area Cons Thin walls Dated/worn bathroom fixtures Noise from air traffic (this did not bother me but if you have trouble sleeping it might) No safety features/catches on the windows. I am a responsible adult but I still felt wary having such large,... Read more

This hotel is reasonably located nearby MetroStation Campo Pequeno and the RailwayStation. We did not had any problems with noise from outside (I read Airplanes and Trains) but more from the inside. It's very noisy, it seems that the doors have no effect at all. Furtheron the rooms are more than outdated and the breakfast buffet is form a low standard. And that's a pity.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and I must say that I was rather sad with the worn-out look of it. The rooms are clean but small and in a need of a refresh. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very basic. Not a bad place to sleep but today Lisbon has much better places to offer on this price range.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. There's not much VIP or Executive about the hotel - the location is fairly handy but next to the railway line. Getting into the hotel as a pedestrian is not great, as the street it is in is blocked at one end, necessitating walking by the bins or a long way around to get in and out. The rooms are clean and have fridge with water. Flat screen TV and good wifi (stream able most of the time). Bar downstairs was decently stocked. Didn't and wouldn't eat ... Read more

I booked my room online and, unfortunately, did not bring it along with me to Lisbon(I'm a London resident).I was told that I could not be booked in , even though I showed the receptionist proof of identity (passport) and the confirmation email I received when I booked the room In fact, they were so rude and stopped short of calling me a thief I eventually had to pay again for a room( a major inconvenience) It took three days before the I received my refund for the original booking by which ... Clean but very outdated. Far from many tourist attractions. Good thing we had a car. Shower head was broken, but when we asked for another shower head we didn't get a replacement until we asked again the next day. Very polite staff in a very outdated hotel. Definitely not a 3 star.

Rooms: 2.5-3.0 Everything else: 4:0 As others have noted this is a hotel that rests on former glories as far as its rooms are concerned; indeed the first room we were offered was far from executive. However, from the moment we were moved to a somewhat nicer room to our departure (when my passport was restored to me from the room where I had left it), we have nothing but praise for the hotel staff, who also without complaint printed out documents that we needed. Apart from a rather restrained a... Read more

Location is convenient, near yellow metro line (Campo Pequeno) and suburban railway (Entrecampos). It is well connected with downtown and airport. Rooms are OK, buffet is nice and WI-Fi is free and excellent. So why three stars? My room was cleaned every day, but if I didn't actually see the maid, I would have hard time noticing that she was in the room. And the room wasn't too clean to begin with. Also, they wouldn't give us invoices (it was a business trip so we really needed them) when we ch... Read more

I went and stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The hotel is what I would call basic if you were staying for longer then 3 nights I would not personally stay here. The rooms are very dated. The staff were okay not really very chatty or happy! The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride into the town and also to the train station. We didn't eat at the hotel we always ate out so I'm not sure what it's like but I wouldn't personally eat there, there are loads of places to eat in the town. It was alri... Read more

Our flight was diverted to Lisbon from Sao Miguel and this was the hotel the airline put us in for the night. It was acceptable and a good location to the city.Definitely wouldn't want to stay for more than a few nights. The pool is just a square nothing fancy..Food in restaurant was good. SATA paid for it all so it was very good in that aspect!

Zurique it´s Good Hotel, it´s confortable, but if we compare with other hotels in the some level, i would say this one needs some more improvements... The location are quite good, have metro and train station closer, but still far for a walk to the city centre. In the other side, by metro you can be in the city centre in less than 20 minutes. Standard breakfast, standard staff, standard hotel, Sympathic price!

The online photos for this hotel were very misleading. We had a very unpleasant one-night stay there after being on holiday elsewhere in Portugal and catching an early flight from Lisbon the next day. Awfulness included: -Twin room despite a double room being clearly requested -Horribly indifferent/disinterested reception staff that bordered on rude when I asked them simple questions -Situated next to extremely noisy, busy train station and airport flight path which made sleep impossible with... Good value for money, spent one week there during the nos alive music festival and to explore Lisbon and surrounding areas. Hotel is a bit out of the city centre but around the corner is a metro to the city or bus which takes you to the coast directly to costa de caporica. Swimming pool wasnt the best but it did the job on hot days! Rooms were cleaned daily and staff are very friendly.

+ Nice and helpful staff in the reception and restaurant (except for one sour lady) + Nearby airport + Good breakfast with a big variety + Great communications + Nearby many shopping malls + Spacious bathroom with immediate hot water - Really really dirty pool and hard to access if in a wheelchair - Slow and weary in answering emails sent through the app - The hotel is a bit worn down, but you can see that it used to be really fine during its glory days - The garbage truck from the neighb... Three nights, two for business and one for tourism. Got two rooms, one extra for daughter. The rooms were both in very bad conditions, very small, carpet spotted and way too old, mattress uncomfortable and consumed and spotted. Furniture poor and damaged. One room has been clearly used by somebody during our absence as shown by typical marks on the bed. Nothing missing. The staff fixed it immediately and kindly but it was embarrassing. Service good, staff kind and helpful, food at the breakfast ... Read more

This hotel is convenient to the university area and the Gulbekian Foundation and is close to a metro station. These are the best qualities of a hotel that urgently needs to be renovated.13 floors with only 2 lifts, also noisy in operation; towels with halos or dirty; indecent carpeting with stains; broken mirrors; electrical outlets patched ... The staff is quite friendly but one of the five days they forgot to redo the room ... before I'mll go again, I shall await the renewal of the hotel!

We were in Lisbon for a few days on business, so the hotel was just a place to rest on a night and have a good sleep, we had no time to see or try the facilities. What in can say though is that our stay was very pleasant, the service good and very reasonably priced, the rooms very clean and the beds comfortable. They also was good wifi throughout the hotel. If I'm ever in Lisbon again, I'm sure ill think of staying here if the prices continue to stay reasonable.

A 2 star hotel... not a 3 star like they say... and with a 4 stars hotel price! All the hotel need a urgent refurbishment. The rooms are old and the carpets do not seems to be cleaned in years. We can ear everything in side the rooms! And the breakfast table were also not clean and the breakfast is poor. So many negatives points!!!
