Very nice people. The hotel is near the water and museums, which is a very nice and safe area. Many restaurants in the area and the famous bakery around the corner. The only downfall is the wifi is not great in some areas, so you may have to connect in the lobby. There's a great little pizza place 1 block up the hill.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is slightly away from the centre of Lisbon, which suited us as we were mainly there for a festival near to Belem. However it was easy enough to get to town by bus or tram. It's very stylish, with a clean and simple design. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had, and the breakfast was delicious, particularly the complimentary Pastéis de Belém each morning. The hotel is opposite the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, a short walk from ... Read more

Hitel was cer convenient in Belem. Mass transportation was right down the street. Right along the ocean too. There were three of us in the room. Breakfast is amazing and the customer service is excellent. The only bad thing was the shower door leaks water and the showers are high so we had to be careful getting in and out.

Lisbon is a charming city to travel comes to see sites and meet wonderful people. Hotel Jeronimos 8 characterized by those features. The people at reception were a great help, always with a smile and patience to provide as much information and assist. Rooms are cozy, comfortable bed and a spacious shower At first I got the room 105 with a balcony overlooking But the Internet communications was not good although they tried to fix it. Immediately they let me to move to another room by my selection... Read more

While this is not a five star hotel but it certainly deserves a five star for location and amenities. Hotel is very modern, with completely up to date, bathroom, way too much closet space, and plenty of floor space in your room. Water pressure is almost too much and the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect for this part of Lisbon. We had stayed in the old city prior and it was also very nice. Closer to the castle etc. But this place is closer to the palace and other things to see. ... Read more

First, the staff is friendly, helpful and they all go out of their way to make the most pleasant experience. The rooms clean. The included breakfast buffet makes it possible for you to hit all the wonderful locations the city has to offer without pangs of hunger in the middle of a visit. The location, even though out of the "center" of town is perfect. There is just so much to see in Belem that you do end up being centrally located for everything to see. Opening your windows to see the amazin... Read more

Pleasant hotel across the street to the monestary and walking distance to Torre de Belem, the waterfront and museums...biggest problem was the WiFi...upper floors couldnt get the reception so you have to be at the lobby to get a signal

This hotel is only about its location. All the other things were not so good. The room was small and extremely hot! The air conditioning was also not working at all so we had to open the windows. Our room had a dirty carpet which is unacceptable! The menus in the room were in terrible condition with lots of coffee stains. Also, i found the price too high for the quality of this hotel. I was expecting a good breakfast to compensate the bad experience but unfortunately the breakfast was also very ... Read more
