The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, good quality and variety of food. The staff was gentle and available any time. Perfect position close to a metro station with two metro lines.

breakfast buffet is good, rooms are small and have no view, but are clean and functional. The shower has lots of pressure and hot water. The honesty bar in the breakfast room is a nice option. I had good wifi everywhere but my laptop struggled to connect in my room. But I also didn't spend any time trying to get it working.

The hotel is nice, located in the city center, but the rooms are not noisy. The breakfast is really good, with portuguese typical pastries. The only inconvenient was the mattress and the pillows, who were a bit too hard and high Otherwise, staff is very friendly.

I recently went to Portugal for a volleyball trip and i was amazed how kind and considerate everyone was towards the americans. this Hotel was also great, and had nice breakfast in the morning. It was within walking distance to the small town and water.

This was booked at the last minute and offered good value for money. The rooms are dated but everything worked just fine - good a/c, decent wifi, strong water pressure & the location was quiet. The service was good - and bringing afternoon tea at around 5pm was a cute touch. I had to stay in this location for a reason but I would probably choose to stay a bit more downtown if going back to Lisbon again, In saying that, this place was hard to fault though - especially given the price.

The hotel is located near Marques Pombal Roundabout and about 15 minutes walk from town centre. Some rooms are very tiny and only after our complaint we change to other rooms. Although the hotel claims high standards and the service is good, I consider the price for the stay far too high.

This hotel has fantastic coffee at breakfast. The breakfast room is very tranquil. On google maps this hotel appears farther from the subway than it is; if you walk to the front of the train, this hotel is literally right around the corner from the exit you will use. It's just 2 subway stops from the main tourist area, or about a 15 minute walk. The room itself was large, clean, and the bathroom sparkled. It is also near several pastelaria, a Burger King and a mini-market if you want a few thing... Read more

Well received by a helpful reception and porter. Friendly feel to the place and spotlessly clean. The location is really perfect being close to the main avenue that leads down to hub of the city and is packed with classy shops and restaurants. Fancy a break in this historic city? This could be the ideal place; it was for us.

Myself and my wife stayed in Hotel Dom Carlos Park from 07/09/16 to 14/09/16 .We took the Aero bus from the airport and it stopped just about 200 meters from the hotel. The room was clean and bed comfortable and clean .Breakfast was good could have a bit more variety of hot food eg Mushrooms. Beans. Tomatoes .The bacon was very streaky but we never left hungry .The hotel is very close to all amenities. The only problem I had with the hotel was the loyalty bar . I like to pay for my drinks as I buy... Read more

I stayed at this hotel recently for 3 nights. It is located just off the Liberation Avenue and is literally in the centre of downtown. Many nearby restaurants, cafes, bars etc to choose from. The terminal for the tourist bus is just on the other side of the big traffic roundabout nearby. Easy, smooth check-in, no issues. Small but very clean and comfortable room with a safe and good wifi connection. My room rate included breakfast which was a great choice of continental or western options. Frien... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, as the hotels my company usually sends me were full. The room was clean, well mantained and quiet, but it was really small. Only 8m2 and with a double bed, so there was no space left even for a chair or a table. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was really high for a 3* hotel, even higher than the prices I am used to pay in Amsterdam. Also I use to stay in Lisbon in a 4* hotel at a cost 30% lower than this time. Breakfast was very basic; although ... Read more

It was the first time my family and I had visited Lisbon so we did not know what to expect. I am a great believer in having a good base to stay at so I was extremely satisfied when we arrived at the Dom Carlos Park, very comfortable rooms with all the usual add ons, mini bar, complementary toiletries, but the best thing that we as a family experienced was the friendliness of the hotel staff, they could not do enough for you, and as well as the superb buffet breakfast this mini break was a massi... I stayed here with my husband not too long ago. The hotel itself is alright, nothing special and the rooms are in need of a renovation. The staff speak limited English, I had a difficult time understanding them, especially one of the older women who worked at the reception, can't remember her name. The location is great, very central and not far from downtown. We really loved Lisbon.

I went to Lisbon for the Web summit and we stayed in this fine 3 stars hotel. I was surprised with the comfort of the hotel, seems more a 4 stars rather than a 3 stars. Staff was always there for you, very nice people. Breakfast was okay for what you can expect for the price. I loved the welcome pack in the room (Portuguese pastry to eat!) and the bar was the proof this hotel is well rated. They have a "honesty bar" where there are no waiters (self-service) and you just need to write in a card ... Read more
