Stayed for 3 nights on a deal. For the price paid, it was really good value, but pleased that I paid extra to upgrade to a superior room with an external decked area, allthough it would have been better if there had been some patio furniture and a table. Staff very friendly, and the cleanliness is second to none.

Very good service and room clean and in a good state. Very expensive breakfast, nobody eats for 9 euros every morning. I would advise to put a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, and more computers in the lobby to help planning day trips.

Bed and room very comfortable. Buffet breakfast good quality and varied. A complaint about the bathroom was fixed within 5 minutes at 11.00pm. There is some aircraft noise but this does not go on during sleeping hours.

Nowhere on the web pages I came across the fact that Lisbon has a Tourist Tax. 1 euro pp, p night. This spoilt it all because everything had been perfect until then. So, it left a very bad taste in our mouth to end the holiday. I wouldn't go back to Lisbon for that reason. We carried on to Sintra and there is not such tax over there.

This is a very well located hotel, very well decorated, adequate rooms, very good quality of sleep. Breakfast is what can be expected from a good 4 star hotel. Staff is very helpful. Prices were very good, and the hotel provides parking at a reasonable cost. If you're new to Lisbon and are looking for a nice hotel to stay, this can be one of your best choices. We're planning to return for sure.

It was a good hotel related to its price. The rooms and the bathrooms were old fashioned however they were pretty clean. Friendly hotel's staff. The hotel isn't exactly in the tourist area but you have many attractions in the near and better quality restaurants that those which are in the city center.

Good and clean place to stay in finance center in Lisbon. Breakfast was quite simple but the quality was enough. If you re looking for a good clean place in Lisbon finance center. Staff is kind and capable of making multilingual communication. There s a small gym that I used during my stay at the hotel. With these facilities and advantages; This place will be the first to stay in Lisbon !

This is a really lovely hotel, just in the right area to be out of the hussle and bussle of the town centre. The hotel staff are fantastic, especially the men on reception who helped us to locate the much needed Dairy Milk chocolate that we were so despretely craving! Everyone that works there has a smile on their face and were always so pleasent. And no task was too much for them! The breakfast was lovely with many different options of food available. Like other people have said, the tax of ?... Read more

The hotel was clean. There was free wifi which worked. The soaps, shampoos, towels were poor. There is really so little to say about the hotel. The reception staff was very nice. It was in the business district which is quiet on weekends with few places to eat. There was a Pizza Hut next to the hotel. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is very close to the city center, has a tube station 10min away and it's located in Campo Pequeno, close to the beautiful Praça de touros. Has a lot of coffees and rest around. The gentleman at the reception was really friendly. Rooms are ok, beds are comfy and they have toiletries. Wifi is free all over. Breakfast is good, could have more fruit but in general it was a good and relaxed stay.

To start with the good, the rooms are nice but the location Ives very off if you are a tourist The breakfast is very ordinary, looks ok but the taste is plain. Could be a good option if you want to stay in the area but not for tourists new to Lisbon So rooms are ok but the location and the breakfast is not great

Hotel is located 2 blocks direstly across from Campo Pequeno and its subway station behind Holiday Inn in Lisbon - It is close to Metro and Airport. Staff are friendly and professional and hotel is clean. Good wi-fi. Beds are a little firm. A little bit removed from Tourist areas - but not too noisy - METRO which is not London's Tube by any means- makes location non-issue as it is clean affordable safe and reliable. Breakfast offers a basic variety of offerings. We asked for a room with ... Read more

The hotel is easy to find, in a good location, pretty close to the airport. I couldn't say how close to the public transportation stop it is, as we had a rented car during our stay, but it is near a boulevard, so I guess it's safe to say that the location should't be an issue. The personnel is very nice and eager to help and also extremely polite. Breakfast: good, but if you don't wanna pay ?10 euro/day/person, you have alternatives in the area. Rooms: we stayed in a 2+1 room with a small... Read more

I guess it's not that expensive, but a poor location - unless you are going to a meeting nearby which I was - and feels very tired. Mixed staff - from excellent to poor. Dull breakfast in a dull room. Dull bedrooms. Dull area in a vibrant city! if I was visiting Lisbon on holiday - and it's a great place to visit - I'd definitely find somewhere better downtown.

I liked my medium sized 3K Barcelona hotel stay from 6-9 July 2016. The hotel location was great (from business standpoint), neighbourhood clean, and the price at ~Euro 52.3 great (got it online on makemytrip.com from India). I had two minor issues. One, I was given a room with accessible toilet/bath and for a regular, tall person, the low level of washbasin and presence of alarms/too many rods was awkward (and reduced arm movement); but I did not mind. I was glad they can cater to differently a... Read more

Clean and fair. Breakfast is not satisfying. Room service is not good enough. Location is very good. You could hear everything happening in the room next doors. I don't think I will recommend to my friends.

Despite of some unpleasant events during our stay in 3KB hotel I will choose again this hotel from curiosity to see if there's some changes regarding their interest for their guests. It was weird for me because they never ask for feedback regarding their personnel or services. The room was great with a excellent panoramic view(suite) but I didn't recommend because of the noise produced by VAC equipment installed on the roof. If you can sleep with a flat noise near you , is an excellent choice! ... Read more

Good hotel, some objects are ready for renovation, great breakfast, gentle stuff, the planes are descending in the area so there is a bit of noise - if you sleep with open windows, overall we had a great time in the hotel, very good value for the money.

I thought it was a newer or restored hotel, it have some age, and it shows. For the price booked not so bad. Location isn't that bad, but is on a secondary street and you need to look for it. Good staff in the reception.

utIt isn't downtown but it easy to get there by Metro (the Campo Pequeno station is 3 blocks away. That's the Amarelo (Yellow) line. You go a few stops to Marques de Bompal and xsfer to the Azul Blue) line and go to Restauradores or Baixo or the next stop). The rooms are pretty big and new. The WiFi is strong. There is a public computer in the lobby. The buffet is very good but is an extra ?9.50. If you just want a roll/croissant and coffee/tea I'd say skip it and buy it at a local sho... Read more
