Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel is great located and very close to all transport links. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, good lighting, great toiletries and the hairdryer was powerful. The only thing that I found really weird was the bath, as it is proven hard to get in or out (no idea who in his right mind would make such a design...) as a hotelier, It came to my mind that it is definitely a nightmare for housekeeping staff to cle... We spent very nice days there. WE CHOSE this hotel BECAUSE OF WELLNESS, but when we got there, we got information, that wellness is in construction or repairing. There were mostly rainy days and we were looking forward to wellness and pool. We were waiting for a kind of compensation - to use wellness in another hotel or something. But nothing. And we did not receive informing email about reconstruction of wellness. So, we were surprised to hear, it is closed by our arrival. But, anyway, staff a... Read more

Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean; the staff was extremely friendly; the location was close to all the sights we wanted to see; and the price-value ratio was spot on. If I were to be extremely picky, I would say the room was a bit dark and the restaurant menu could've offered a bit more, such as tapas. That said, I would go back to this hotel time and time again. Everything was above average, but the real difference was the staff - they were just genuin... Read more

We booked the apartment primarily because they had a pool/spa area, so We Could take our daughter. When We arrived We were told that pool/spa was closed all week. As a 'compensation' We Could go to Altis Belem (7km from the Hotel), but here We Could not take children. So no Real compensation. And the luxury of spa in the basement was replaced with spa 7km away... First disappointment(s). One Night We ordered from the room service, but the soup w. prawns and 'tomato tartare' was so sweet and alm... Read more

Firstly I'd like to say we really DID like our stay. Some problems need to be mentioned though. Suite was really nice and comfortable. We booked for 3 people though and it was not prepared - towels and bathrobes was supplied after our request but...cover for 3rd person was lacking. Staff offered a... blanket. This is not a solution which they seemed not to understand and reception didn't care. The cleaning lady herself offered to bring a cover from another hotel and so she did and saved a freezi... The room was very nice, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had all the kitchen amenities that we needed for our stay. The location is pretty good. Not in the city center but pretty close. It was quiet and calm during the night. It was definitely a great choice for our stay. If we are ever back to Lisbon, we would stay here again.

We chose this hotel for the services provided like SPA, massage, modern design on a reasonable distance from old centre. It is conveniently located on walking distance from either Rato or Avenida Metro with concept stores located in the neigborhood. Bare in mind that Lisbon is a hilly city so walking can be a challenge for those wo are impaired. We booked a massage which was given by well trained staff. Pro: - great location. Principal Real with its concept stores just around the corner - fanta... Read more

This is a great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was very well equipped. Although some tea and coffee options that weren't charged for would be a nice addition. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was a little unusual. Drinks in bar were very pricey. 13euros for a gin and tonic! Reception staff were superb although getting key back at busy times could be a be frustrating. Location is very near to several metro stations and feels like a very safe area to stay. Easy walk ...
