Stayed here in early May with a tour group. The hotel is located away from the city centre but closed to metro stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge selection of hot and cold foods. The rooms are comfortable with decent bed and good size bathrooms. There is a shopping centre next to hotel. The hotel internet/wifi was pretty quick and cannot complain. I was happy with the stay and will come back again. Travelled as a couple.

Just back from Lisbon which was great but this hotel was not. First off no swimming pool as advertised, no bar and makeshift dining room due to renovations giving a very strong smell of paint, Furthermore, whilst the staff were polite they were very unwelcoming in reception and at breakfast which was also a bit of a shambles with cold bacon and continually running out of plates! No tea/coffee making facilities in room which due to there being no bar was surely something that should have been pr... Read more

Too long check in waiting time. I reserved a king size bed and I had a 2 standart bed, I asked to change and it looked like impossible, something I really don't believe at a 4 star hotel. Too expensive for the service.

The hotel is good. I can recommend it. The breakfast was good as well as the room service. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. A minus point was that the shower was not handsfree and the fridge did not work. The pool is near and free but you have to cross the road and walk a bit. The metro station Olaias is very near. A taxi to or from the airport is less than 10 euro.

I did not use the bar or restaurant in the hotel so I cannot comment on these. The staff I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. The shower in my room was terrible. Visited last weekend to attend a conference, through whom accommodation was organised. I was a little surprised to see staff outside the hotel in uniform - this only happens at the most expensive hotels in Britain. However during my stay I realized that there are a lot of coach parties staying at the hotel so the porters are helping with luggage a lot. I was also able to make use of the service myself to get directions to the conference site - I had a map but without road names on it, at a time ... Read more

Great stay in this hotel, it was great value for the price we've paid on a special offer. Our room was facing west and therefore not much view to write about, except it was quite warm. The map provided by the hotel is very good.
