We stayed in the suite for one night during our roadtrip in Portugal and we were super happy. Really charming place with cute garden and three different pools. The best breakfast of the week! Friendly and helpful staff and a short walk to the lovely beach.

Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to the city centre. Very friendly staff who were very accommodating. We unfortunately came to Lagos when it was very wet (apparently never happens in Lagos) and the staff were very good with helping us find things to do. The Villas were very cute and had personal touches. Would highly recommend for couples.

We had booked a hostel already in lagos, and decided to leave (smelled bad, too many drunk college kids) because we were looking for something a little more tranquil and less party. We booked Villas D. Dinis on a whim (with some criteria) and arrived ten minutes later. The front desk was extremely nice, and upgraded us immediately to a nicer room with a better view. the grounds were beautiful, with landscaping everywhere and beautiful plans and pools. Very quiet and the staff was very accomo... Read more

The customer service was amazing; we were given beach towels and an umbrella, great recommendations to restaurants and even an iron at 11pm at night so my husband could iron out his wedding suit. Rooms are not large but very comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is within a few minutes walk to the most scenic beaches and a 10 minute walk from the downtown area where the nightlife is more lively.

Went at this fabulous little hotel last October 2016. We booked the Prestige suite and it was indeed prestigious... Renovated beautiful room, perfect comfortable 4 poster bed, amazing BIG shower, nice big balcony, 3 pools and a great breakfast each morning. But the most amazing thing about this place is the owner Manuel and his staff ( including family members like his nephew Sergio ). Nothing is too much trouble, everything is taking care of, fast and efficient service. We found there is absolu... Read more

Amazing little pearl of a hotel. A bit remote from the city center, but thats part of the beauty as it very close to two nice beaches and the lighthouse which provides the best sunset view. Very friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and a wonderful bed! Nothing negative to be remarked.

The location near the water but far away from shopping and other points of interest. Grounds of the hotel. The "romantic" suite was just a standard room. Nothing special. Breakfast was to be served at 7:45 but when we had to leave early to catch a train (we left at 7:20) we had asked for a "bagged" breakfast instead. No effort was made to accommodate us even though we paid for it. Too bad :-(

And we wish we had more time to spend with both! This is a gardeners dream, even in the late fall. Lovely flowers, multiple little buildings and levels with small pools throughout. Colorful, artsy, boutique hotel. Comfortable. Well located with a 10 minute walk to the beach, a lovely 30 minute cliff walk to the lighthouse, and a 30 minute walk into the busy part of town. Lagos is a fun, busy, loud beach town and this hotel is a nice little private retreat on the outskirts. Quiet and refreshing w... Read more
