We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and we had no complaints at all. We went self catering so we didn't eat in the hotel, (there is lots of restaurants at just a short walk down the hill) but otherwise all was great, we were in block B and had amazing views of the sea. Our 2 children (3+5) had a great time in the 2 pools and the beautiful beach situated down the 132 steps. Nothing was ever an issue at reception and I found all the staff to be very pleasant and courteous. We didn't use the ki... Read more

Apartment style rooms are very spacious with fantastic sea views. Furnished very basically. Although there was a kitchen there was no kettle and no teaspoons. Air con in the sitting room but not the bedroom. Shower was just a hose attached to the wall.Housekeeping was minimal. We were in block f 20 which had a lift and a fantastic view, downside is its just above the kitchens and between 9 am and 11pm the giant extractor fans strike up and they are SO noisy especially when your sat on your bal... The hotel/ apartment is quite alright, nothing spectacular. We had block O, And it's quite far from the reception. If given the chance, don't take this one because there is nothing you can view from the balcony. The apartment was good because it's complete with cooking utensils , plates and cookers and small fridge. However no microwave and no kettle. But you can always boil water for your teas or coffee using the cooker. The breakfast foods are nice although it is the same everyday. I like the ... Read more

this is definitely a 3 star when we arrived we had to wait nearly 3 hr for our room to be ready so not a good start to the holiday, but we were allowed to have lunch whilst waiting which was a bonus. There is a free bus to albufurie which is only 20 min away. The apartment spacious and clean, unfortunately this was the worse all inclusive we have been on regarding food and drink no english sausage?? no pate or assorted cheese, no theme nights but the meat we dishes have was lovely plenty of sala... Average aparthotel. Had to contact reception 3 times for a cot that I had booked last march. Excellent beach and beautiful gardens. Pool very deep, 3m and crowded and the usual sun lounger hoging with a towel in the morning. It wasn't a dirty hotel, but needed some general upkeep and maintenance. Most staff were pleasent. The food was quite good, the usual buffet style. We had a late flight and asked could we keep the room on, they allowed an extra hour until 12noon, after that Ô?Č10 per hour! R... Read more

OK, so it is one of the cheaper places in the area, but... The noise. Walls and ceiling in my room were paper thin. Could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms, not to mention every door in the building opening and closing, and click clop of feet and scraping of furniture. No chance for any sleep past about 7am. Then there was the giant extractor fans (or something similar) on the building across the road which made sitting on the balcony not very relaxing at all. Pool area nice, but o... Read more

Stayed for one week. Food very good, apartments clean had brilliant view from balcony. Couldn't fault the food, staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for a good value holiday. Apartment very spacious, 5 minute walk to village, although shop on site sells most items.

Ok, right, This is my 3rd visit, so obviously I'm a fan. To sum it up. Location- fab/perfect. On beach, lovely local town 5 mins walk. Large towns, vilamora, and alberfura close by. Rooms- basic but very clean. Big and comfortable. Food if on all inclusive. Again bit basic and slightly repetitive. Chips and pasta, salad and bread always available. We did eat out a couple of times. The bar in the day, only did sandwiches, hotdogs and pizza included. But it was cheap as chips to go, so I was h... Read more

Unfortunately when we arrived at around 12pm we were told our room would not be ready until 4pm due to a lot of arrivals that day, after a long day of travelling I wasn't best pleased that they didn't seem to be very well organised for the influx of guests but we dandered down to the beach in the meantime. The one bedroom apartment itself was large with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and double bedroom, although we could not sleep in the bedroom as there was only aircon in the living room, luc... Got back on Thursday from a 10 night stay at the Luna. I've got to say that this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a 3* hotel, so don't expect luxury. Yes, the shower is like a hose pipe and you have to hold it, if you leave it attached to the wall you flood the I found out on our first day!. The apartments are clean and spacious but basic. The grounds are well kept and clean and although a large complex everything is within easy reach. We thought the food was re... Read more

The apartment was perfect for us. Our partial view of the sea turned out to be a good view from a top floor. At the pool is it children orientated with constant music and games. We preferred the beach which was much quieter, had great sand and sea, with life guards on hand. There are several steps down from the hotel to the beach, but you can also drive down there. We had breakfast only at the hotel and the food was very good. It is only a shortish walk down the local village by the sea fo... Read more

We booked to be with our daughter and family ages 4 -12. The apartment was spacious regularly cleaned with new towels and bed linen, the lounge had air con, the bedroom didn't and with 30 degrees temps that was a bit disappointing. There was always a parking space when we went out in the car, and we got a room at 2 having arrived at 12 and being allowed lunch. The infrastructure is a bit old and in need of some improvements. If you travel with AI, you don't actually need to spend a lot of time on your apartment, which reduces the impact of this age handicap. The beach is amazing and the entertainment team highly dedicated. Most of the staff is nice. The swimming pool is not very big and it cab get crowded at mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Picked this place as the usual hotel I go to was full. Straight away this is not a hotel per say but holiday apartments people own but also cater for all inclusive. The food at the restaurant is decent however at times you feel second rate when the people who pay at the door for their food etc are served better wine and beer which is not on offer for yourself. My mum and dad have just returned from a stay in this all inclusive hotel - they will not be going back. They report very run down hotel, dirty around the place, cold food with very limited choice and staff who didn't seem to want to be there or be working with holidaying visitors. They ended up going out to eat in a very nice local restaurant a few times. Not the sort of holiday they would expect for 3 stars! Agree with the points made by other 'terrible' and 'poor' reviewers.
