We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I must say I am very disappointed with the experience. We were 6 students. We arrived and already they treated us like we were going to wreck the place. When we arrived the apartment was dirty and kept unclean. The towels in the bathroom had stain marks and the fridge didn't work. The outside of the hotel and the pool area were kept clean and tidy but it does not make up for the shortcomings of the other areas of the hotel. The staff were almost always r... Read more

Just arrived back from a long weekend here with my girls celebrating the year we turn 30!!im a firm believer in you get what you pay for,but something's should still apply without cost. The receptionist Bruno-could not be any ruder if he tried!!!!threatening to call the police on us for stepping over a wall,no one had explained how we exited the pool area, the lady on the pool bar was great and worked long hours and made some good reasonably priced food. No air con was a killer and the place coul... Read more

I have to completely disagree with all the negative...i have just returned from a weeks break with my husband and 3 children and have to say we loved every minute of it. Bruno was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The rest of the staff were also polite and helpful. The greenery is well looked after, a fabulous place to stay we will definately be returning!

Complex: The complex is average and is located around a 10 minute walk away from the 'strip' within a residential area which can be rather intimidating when walking back late at night. It costs around €7 for a taxi to take you to the old town or you can get the train which runs every 20 minutes, an all day ticket is €4. Living area: There are two very springy sofas and a TV which only has one english channel which is obviously sky news. The decor is rather dated and the room has no sunlight... Read more

Gardener s real nice bloke people say he's rude as would I be if constantly asking not to stamp on the lovely lemon trees he's growing .. And as for reception couldn't do enough for you! Defo would return 100 euro deposit n no problem getting back .. Group of 2 boys to girls had a ball

we were given apartment 101, which on the first night flooded when we flushed the toilet and used the shower. We complained and eventually moved to another room. this time the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to wait to get sorted This room was filthy The pillows were stained, the ceilings were mouldy in every room, the fridge was mouldy, the rooms damp and musty, when it rained heavily, the second bedroom leaked onto the electric socket. no air conditioning in rooms as stated. The cleaners wh... Read more
