I read the reviews and have to say was opposite OK it'd not the ritz but what do you want for that price... Lovely food at pool bar with lovely lady cooking.. Gardener s real nice bloke people say he's rude as would I be if constantly asking not to stamp on the lovely lemon trees he's growing .. And as for reception couldn't do enough for you! Defo would return 100 euro deposit n no problem getting back .. Group of 2 boys to girls had a ball

we were given apartment 101, which on the first night flooded when we flushed the toilet and used the shower. We complained and eventually moved to another room. this time the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to wait to get sorted This room was filthy The pillows were stained, the ceilings were mouldy in every room, the fridge was mouldy, the rooms damp and musty, when it rained heavily, the second bedroom leaked onto the electric socket. no air conditioning in rooms as stated. The cleaners wh... Read more

Must be brutally honest here, we stayed in Apt 215 from 7-14th May. There was mould on the bedroom ceiling, damp mattresses & dirty sheets. We had one bath towel & one hand towel between two, the bath was disgusting with a trickle coming from the shower, the bathroom floor left a lot to be desired (needed a steam clean) won't be to descriptive, the living area was filthy, curtains needed a good scrub to the point where we were almost afraid to touch them, the couches were particularly dirty and ... We travelled in May for a long weekend for a friends Birthday. When we arrived it didn't take long to find the room thanks to the lovely map provided by the helpful lady on reception when we checked in. The room was very tired but we were pleased it had a fridge to keep the beer cold and the water for the next mornings hangover. We only booked the room as it was close by to the strip, had a decent size pool and good snack bar. We only needed somewhere to shower and change and get our head down... Read more

Ok, where to start. . . As part of my football teams end of season tour we arrived at the hotel for 2:00pm. We were immediately shunted onto the sister hotel (name escapes me as we weren't there long) after being advised that we had been transferred there. We duly wandered down the road to the sister hotel to be told that rooms wouldn't be available until 4:00pm so no problems, we went to the bar for some much needed refreshments. At 4:00pm we return to reception to be told that they needed 1 ... Read more

This apartment was terrible, and I'm not joking, firstly it is not in a good location it is more like a residential area like a street,it a good walk to the strip where it starts properly on retuning it is all up hill which is not very good for people who are not to mobile. Now let's say about the apartment ,it stank of damp and mould really fosty up on entering ,then once inside it was dirty The grouting in the bathroom was all black with cracked tiles the shower curtain was filthy there was a ch... The place is semi derelict, seriously, the web site photos look good, but the rooms smell mouldy and the decor is 1970 and nothing has been replaced since. If something is broken it is left that way of a screw is driven it to it. There was a light in the bathroom stuffed with toilet paper to keep the bulb in it. No maintenance whatsoever is carried inside the apartments. The noise is horrific, the cleaners and gardener arrive at 8.30 and the shouting starts. They bang and clatter every implemen... Read more

I am honestly amazed that this place is still open and allowed to trade. Our apartment was disgusting. When we arrived (we booked a Jet 2 package holiday via Hays Travel) it was around 12:00 midday. We went to reception to be told by the person behind the desk in a very discourteous manner that we could not check in until 16:00hrs. 4 hours of hanging around before we could even get in to our room. This would have been around 5 ½ hours had our flight not been delayed because of the French Air ... Read more

Would rate zero if possible. Shocking facilities (with the exception of the pool), rude staff and countless schemes to make easy money. Beware of large deposit on arrival, though with a bit of negotiating it soon falls despite previously stating there was nothing that could be done to alter it. Don't waste your time attempting to speak to the manager because the staff claim 'he's never there'. Don't make any noise whatsoever after 8pm or expect to be summoned to reception by angry cleaners to ... Read more

I recently visited this hotel as part of a 12 man, 4 day trip to celebrate my dear friend Pauls pre nuptial celebrations. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. Tina was there to greet us with a smile that could feed a thousand African children and to inform us that we had to pay ?100 deposit per person. Apparently any groups of youngsters (including 12 men over 30) have to pay this. A northern lady sat in reception using the only WiFi available at the hotel said "well we haven't paid a deposit" We ... Read more
