The hotel is modern and hospitable, in a conveniently central position. My room was big and well furnished, the a/c-ventilation system worked well, all was clean and fresh, the view was nice, and the room overall had a particular welcoming sense. There were three elevators, with a beautiful external view, one of which was officially out of service and another was not operational, so the third one was quite busy and crowded. The staff was kind and professional, and the hotel offered a taxi pic... Read more

I originally posted this review and pulled it down. My heading was terrible for business travelers. The issue was and still is the Internet service. The hotel caps this at 2MB, yes 2MB, many travelers will use their mobile devices as hot spots, this is not so easy for international travelers because data roaming is really expensive. However business users and even vacationeers need Internet. 2MB although not as bad as dial up is almost the equivalent with todays requirements. The hotel will ... Read more

Lovely clean hotel, however shower rubber needed replacing as did jug. Lid previously broken and left to be replaced by room staff but never was. Found breakfast adequate, however no bacon but have other meats. Nice selection of pastries. Bed lovely and comfortable and did not get any noise in back room. Would stay here again.

Modern business hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Due to the architecture, the windows cannot be opened. That limits the sleep quality since the air-condition was - in the whole building - not as cold as it should have been. Good breakfast choices.

From the moment I arrived I instantly felt welcomed and that nothing was too much trouble. I had arrived for a friend's wedding that was happening that evening and they said it was no problem to get my suit pressed and that it would be done in a hour ( in fact it was only 20 minutes). The reception staff were also very helpful in providing directions and giving us tips on how to survive a Polish wedding! Fantastic hotel for its comfort, nice hotel staff, breakfast, food, beautiful location near everything and quiet and more important the relaxing mattress. A hotel providing enjoyment and relaxation, in fact a home away from home and more... I would recommend it either to business people or to anyone for whom the comfort is a priority at a very logical price.

I am an SPG member but I have not stayed at a Westin before. The hotel decor is modern and check in was a breeze. The lifts are cool with great views as you go up to the upper floors. The Westin Warsaw is a great hotel with a short walk to the old town. It took about 15mins to walk and it was through a nice park for part of the way. I ordered room service the first night I arrived as my plane was delayed. It came within 20mins on a table so I could eat my meal at a proper table with table cloth etc. this was exceptional and I have only come across this at a couple of other hotels. We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very clean, staff always helpful and the food excellent. The hotel is in a great location, only 15 mins walk to the Old Town going through a lovely park and 10 mins walk to a massive indoor shopping centre with all the top name shops. Warsaw is a very friendly place to visit, still relatively cheap and lots of character. Highly recommend a visit to Wilanow Palace.

Booked a double room with 2 single beds. At the check in we were upgraded. The beds are heavenly - large, fluffy, many pillows.. just heaven. First time at a Westin so was impressed - security done well - you need a key to operate the elevator and the elevator is clear glass so we had a nice view going up to the 12th floor. We did not order breakfast at the hotel. The hotel was a bit of a walk to the old city 10 - 15 min walk but it was fine.

We took a suite as we were 2 kids and 2 adults. There were 2 front desk staff that were exceptional in their help and service. Mr Pawal and Ms Maria . Always ready to help with any unusual request that we had. Infact went out of their way to help us. . The room service on the other hand was slightly disappointing with their erratic service . On the whole nice hotel could do with some upgrade to modern fittings. The breakfast was good . The club floor was very good especially the happy hours.

The rooms in this hotel were very nice and roomy. The breakfast selection was extensive and good. If you don't mind walking a bit, the hotel is in a good location to access Old Town and many restaurants in the area. Be forewarned though, they have glass elevators for those who get motion sickness. Overall, this is an excellent hotel.

I really had high hopes for this hotel from the previous reviews. When I went end of July the hotel was busy with tour groups and businessmen. We had a junior suite that was on one of the floors that was not renovated. The couch looked like it saw better days. The living room was nice and big, but the bedroom was a weird angle. When they brought a crib to the room they couldn't even fit it inside. We had to figure out how to get it in with some rearranging of furniture. The bathroom had a weir... Read more

The Westin is fairly typical of a business hotel and is located in the business district. That said, it is only a 15 minute walk to the old town so not too far out if you wish to visit there. We found the room price very reasonable and the hotel itself was fine. We ordered room service and this was quick, and service at the bar was good too. I have not eaten in the hotel restaurant.

We are currently staying at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a religious pilgrimage and were blessed to get a 7th floor corner room with a magnificent view of downtown Warsaw. Researching nearby restaurants for a special evening with Polish relatives, I am amazed at the number of highly rated Eastern European (and other) choices within a 10 minute walk. The "lipstick tube" shaped, glass enclosed, 20 story elevator makes the front of this building something really special.

It is a modern, clean, comfortable hotel in a good location that is quite convenient to multiple locations including walking distance to Old Town, though it is a fairly long walk. The stay at the Westin was pretty pleasant overall - the rooms are decently sized, clean and everything works. The location is handy and having a pool across the road was a real bonus for me. The check-in process was a slight pain, as there apparently wasn't a room ready for us despite it being after the check-in time and the handling of this was up to the standards of what I'd expect from a 5* hotel ("you'll have to wait"). Westin in Warsaw is located in a central location. It's - as expected by the brand - clean and decorated in a rather indifferent style. The bar is pretty well stocked but instead of inviting you closer is sending you away. Excellent SPA but no swimming pool which came as a surprise for a hotel at that cost. Reception service requires immediate revision as anything beyond check in/check out is become an unsuccessful adventure for the guest. Prices are okayish most of the times.

On arrival I upgraded to the Executive floor. I had a wonderful room with amazing views across the City. The staff were so accommodating, dealing with little things immediately and giving great advice about the local area. The Executive Lounge was a lovely bonus, with extensive choice of food and drink available - according to a set timetable. I couldn't fault my stay. And thank you for the lovely birthday cake left for me in my room. It was too big for me to finish, but it was delicious.... Read more

the staff is incredibly attentive and kind, even with weird requests such as raw garlic because your are ill... the rooms are cosy and even though i have not had any nice views up to floor 11, cant blame it on the hotel since its a skyscrapper district. its a good brisk 20 mins walk from old town the food was always brilliant and the ambiance is surprisingly cosy for such a big lobby.

Extremly cozy atmospehere! The bed is incredible, the pillows are great and everything is extremly clean. The food in Fusion restaurant down stairs is perfect! I will, for sure, come here again! Located near the city center, it takes about a 20 minutes walk to get in the heart of Warsaw. Anyway, for a quicker trip, you can take the cab. The prices are fair.

We stayed for one night only. Close to the Old Town and the theatre which was the main reason we chose it. We upgraded at check-in so our room was on 19th floor and we had access to Executive Lounge which was very convenient. The choice of food wasn't the best comparing with other 5-star hotels in Warsaw, but sufficient. The room was quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee facilities. slippers and bathrobe. Ice disposal available on some floors. Staff kind and helpful.

What a cracking hotel - great service, really nice room and fantastic value. Would 100% recommend the executive rooms as the lounge makes it worth every penny with excellent service and a broad range of complementary food and drink - the chocolates are worth the upgrade alone!! The corner room had a great view and was well worth the small additional cost. All told, a great place, well located, friendly and welcoming and exceptional value for money - the gym was also well equipped and open 24/... Read more
