We were four grownups on vacation in Warsaw. We wanted quiet rooms, nice beds, free wifi, breakfast, not to far from center, good service and we got that. Our rooms were on 27th floor, and we had a nice wiew of the town. And the elevators were very fast. The staff was very seviceminded, and the breakfast quite OK. Hotel JM is located 3 km from Stare Miasto, but it was a nice way to walk ?? we were passing an interesting park and some historic monuments. From the hotel it is 200 meters to th... Read more

A lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful but were not overly friendly. We checked in at 8.45 am. I had sent an e mail a few days before asking if early check in was possible. I was told if a room was available. They had and we were so greatful. So always ask. The room was spacious and clean. The decor I was not a fan of alot of brown. Just 1 thing : the bedlinen did not seem to fit the bed ! But a comfortable bed , we slept well. Breakfast was included in our room. A great selection . The h... Read more

We stay in a suite at 27th floor. Large room with large bathroom and great view over the city. Bed was perfect for a couple. One large madras (not 2 single put together) and one large duvet for charing. Refrigerator, Coffee and hot water possibilities in the rom. Furniture is old fashion style but function well. This hotel is 15-20 minutes walking distance from train station and centrum shopping and around 25 minutes walking to old town. Public transportation is right outside the hotel.

It's a really nice place to stay, but if you keep Shabbat it might be a little unpractical because the lowest floor you can get is 18, and that's a lot of stairs. But besides that it was really good. Individuals from the staff might come across as rude sometimes, but couldn't be bothered.

If you just want a place to sleep that is clean, tidy, friendly and comfortable you have found your place. If you need Wi Fi well good look it doesn't connect, rather giving you access to a neighbouring Metropolitan Hotels Wi Fi so wasn't all that bad. The breakfast is poor and over priced which makes it really poor and other than that don't rely on the reception for a 2.30am wake up call mine was overdue which had me nearly late for my next connection when checking out. I asked for a Ironing Bo... Read more

The personnel is certainly the weak part of this business, not the top of friendlyness and helpfulness. The hotel could use some renovation. Breakfast is ok. The free 'social' wifi is working only at times. All in all, not up to European par for same level hotels.

Very nice and large room. Very nice beds. Very nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and modern. Nothing to complain, one of the best hotels i've visited in Poland (if you get cheap deal, take it). Staff was helpful... Underground parking was little difficult to find at first. Location is not perfect.

A nice hotel with a good location. Value for money. I have stayed at the hotel several times. Only irritating is that the reception never has prepared my booking at arrival. The room is prepaid. I have to fill formulas and show my passport. Why? Why legitimation. This is not mandatory in other hotels in Warsaw. And the hotel should have an option for early check-in. The earliest time is 14:00 which are managed very strictly by the receptionists.

The hotel was clean and nice with breakfast included. The staff had a bit of an attitude and we were told we would have AC but learned it was controlled by the front desk and no matter how many times we asked our room stayed at 80 the entire trip! Their only response was they could open a window. On the plus side there is a store near by for drink needs and always a cab available.

I had requested a queen bed but arrived to a room with 2 twin beds. I went down to the desk and asked about changing and they checked and let me know that currently no queens were available but to check back in the morning. I slept so well in the twin bed I never bothered to try to change rooms and never regretted the choice. The staff was very helpful in answering any of my questions. The English to polish language barrier was a challenge a few times but nothing that couldn't be overcome.

This ia a good hotel still within walking distance to centre or only few stops by public transport away. Would say this is generally 3*+ hotel with spacy rooms, nice view on upper floors (stay in 25th fllor), decent 3*+ level breakfast. Hotel staff was very helpful. Good restaurant 100m away.

I would recommend taking a walk around the area of the hotel to get a feel for the place. There are some real bargains in terms of food and drink! Looking forward to returning to Poland. Would consider this hotel again.

I was in Warsaw on business the last week of July. Normally I stay at the Westin (close by this hotel) or the Marriott. This trip I decided to stay at the JM which was recommended by a business associate who is an acquaintance of the owner. Great location. Impressive high rise building. Arrival was strange. There is a circular driveway that takes you right up to the entrance but it was blocked by planter boxes and 6-7 taxi cab drivers standing drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. Nice to hav... Stayed here for 5 nights. Loved the room as it was spacious. Big and clean bathroom. Powerful shower unit. Breakfast was good and I would give it a 4/5. Restaurant food was really good too and the service commendable. Despite language barrier, we found the reception staff very very helpful most times. The shopping mall and train station are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Taxis are not a problem as there will be one or two parked outside the main entrance of the hotel. There are one or two... Read more

Only 2 km distanced from Old town (taxi cost to Old town from hotel is approx.14 zl, so be careful). Staff were very kind. Breakfast was great and they refiled it on regular base. We had a lunch once there and portions were small for us. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean and cozy. Only thing we did not like it was 1,9 m high at garage as we had roof box so we needed to take it off and from the beginning of garage carry to hotel. But very hospital staff have kept our roof box during o... Read more

We stayed at a triple room for two nights. The room was on the 26th floor, very spacious and very luxurious! Has three elevators so you don't have to wait too much. Beds were really comfortable, we got a kettle, cups and everything you need to make coffee. There was an empty mini bar which we used as a refrigerator. The room was very very clean, they put small shampoos, gel soaps, shower caps and a sewing kit. The hotel facilities are also very luxurious, all the public bathrooms and the restau... Read more

i spent 3 nights in this hotel for business purposes , the services overall is perfect , rooms in big ,clean & well furnatured , very nice view from the room , breakfast was amazing for me ! , staff are very supportive ( for getting a taxi or print a paper ) , location is acceptable , the only negative point that i faced was that the internet signal was very weak in my room ( it was in 22nd floor ) + the internet itself is not fast ( as we used in other Europe countries ) so i had to go to recep... My boyfriend and I have stayed here for two nights. At the lobby they were nice and willing to help. The room itself was very well decorated, spacious and warm. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and simple. You get a shower a washbasin, two soap bars, two shampoos and two shower gels. I wish they offered toothpaste and toothbrushes as well, since this is a 4* hotel. The rooms are great but the bathroom is just okay. Good value for money. Inexpensive hotel in the middle... Read more

Comfortable no frills hotel that was just in walking distance to the Old Town. The room was clean but a little dated. The Breakfast Buffet was more than adequate. It's tall so you get great views in all directions.

A very good hotel in the center of Warsaw. Very nice staff, rooms are spacious , so are the bathroom and it have everything you need... except a fitness room. A minus was breakfast. Definitely not a 4 star breakfast. Boring. Stil a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

Location: a little bit out of the centre, either walk 30 minutes to down town, or take taxi/car/bus. Rooms: fine. Not very large, but clean and sufficient equipment. Restaurant: we had only breakfast, it was OK. We had a car, so we went to the garage of the hotel. Entering and exiting was a trouble, as it did not work properly. We always had to call the service. (Maybe this is because we had a foreign phone number

The hotel is in a good position and provides easy access to the business area of Warsaw. The view of the city is nice and the rooms are large, but furniture it's a bit old, giving a not the best impression. The fridge in the room was empty so nothing was available for consumption.

Frankly I don't need much just wide bed, working bath preferably shower, tv and kettle with a tea bag. Working bath I mean the water is hot immediately, coming in quantity, tv channels change quick, that's it. If the room is spacious like here and the view in the mornig ... so I am happy to go to work. Nothing but that hotel has it all. It is not so often so I put it excellent.

I stayed here for one night, the rate was OK for Warsaw. The hotel is alright and up to four-star standards, yet it should be renovated soon. Especially the bathroom did not really give you the impression of a four-star one. The staff was very helpful but had lacking English for a rather big hotel. The double-bed was rather small (a bit smaller than Queensize, I guess). Pretty annoying was the fact that the 'Minibar' was just a list of items which you could get at the reception.

I spent there 4 nights traveling for business meetings. The hotel advertises itself as good for business travelers. I couldn't disagree more. Lights in the room were dim. Despite a desk being advertised as a standard equipment, it didn't have proper lighting of a chair - just a footstool! Incredibly slow Wi-Fi - not usable at all Very poor selection at breakfast and some cold meats and fish I tried was not fresh. 3 star hotels I stayed at had far better breakfast provided. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is good for business, less for family. Room was nice and clean with quite big, comfortable double bed. At the breakfast was good choice of things to drink and eat. Not very pleasant surprice was when we went down to the lobby bar to have a beer - nothing from the menu was available, there were some other beers instead. It is 4 star hotel, I suggest to change your menu card. But apart from this fact, it is good hotel.

JM Hotel Warsaw was a good experience and the location was easy to get to. I traveled with my husband and in-laws for vacation, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is not too far from major attractions.
