Modern and sky-high - thats all we can give them in credit ! Clean and nice rooms . They had a minibar with a price list - but no contains in the bar :) That`s OK as one could get a drink elsewhere ! The service by the staff - what service ???? We felt that we disturbed the staff . Perhaps there are other hotels to chose from in Warsaw ?

I've always liked tall hotels. This building has 28 floors, so it's good for me. They gave me room at the 27 floor and the view and noise level were superior although my room was a few steps from elevator, I didn't hear a thing. Room was clean and looked fresh. Although I found a used sticking plaster on the chair. It might be that staff just didn't see it because it was between the chair and closet. Anyway, the room was little cold but this can be regulated and the bathroom had one very benefic... Read more

This was my first stay at the JM hotel and it was really nice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a wide range of choices. There was also very good wifi service. I would certainly recommend this hotel. There are also allot of restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel.

We will never return to this hotel. Sealed rooms, no fresh air (you can open a window in a kip, but the reception team does not agree and did not help us). Feeling of suffocation for six days and nights. We heard through the walls, everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. Hostile reception staff and unwilling to help in any appeals. Sleep quality is not optimal, because the pillow was uncomfortable at all. We expected really to 4 stars, but we were very disappointed. The hotel is barel... Read more

The hotel is OK. I stayed for a business meeting. A 2 day meeting and the snacks provided at each coffee break was the same each time. It all seemed a bit boring. The rooms were satisfactory and kept clean and the staff were amiable. The hotel restaurant provided a good menu but the tables were not laid, cutlery was brought out with your meal and the soup was not accompanied by any bread. I did feel like they were trying to close buy it was only 1930. The hotel has no amenities and would gr... Read more

We were four grownups on vacation in Warsaw. We wanted quiet rooms, nice beds, free wifi, breakfast, not to far from center, good service and we got that. Our rooms were on 27th floor, and we had a nice wiew of the town. And the elevators were very fast. The staff was very seviceminded, and the breakfast quite OK. Hotel JM is located 3 km from Stare Miasto, but it was a nice way to walk – we were passing an interesting park and some historic monuments. From the hotel it is 200 meters to th... Read more

A lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful but were not overly friendly. We checked in at 8.45 am. I had sent an e mail a few days before asking if early check in was possible. I was told if a room was available. They had and we were so greatful. So always ask. The room was spacious and clean. The decor I was not a fan of alot of brown. Just 1 thing : the bedlinen did not seem to fit the bed ! But a comfortable bed , we slept well. Breakfast was included in our room. A great selection . The h... Read more

We stay in a suite at 27th floor. Large room with large bathroom and great view over the city. Bed was perfect for a couple. One large madras (not 2 single put together) and one large duvet for charing. Refrigerator, Coffee and hot water possibilities in the rom. Furniture is old fashion style but function well. This hotel is 15-20 minutes walking distance from train station and centrum shopping and around 25 minutes walking to old town. Public transportation is right outside the hotel.

It's a really nice place to stay, but if you keep Shabbat it might be a little unpractical because the lowest floor you can get is 18, and that's a lot of stairs. But besides that it was really good. Individuals from the staff might come across as rude sometimes, but couldn't be bothered.

If you just want a place to sleep that is clean, tidy, friendly and comfortable you have found your place. If you need Wi Fi well good look it doesn't connect, rather giving you access to a neighbouring Metropolitan Hotels Wi Fi so wasn't all that bad. The breakfast is poor and over priced which makes it really poor and other than that don't rely on the reception for a 2.30am wake up call mine was overdue which had me nearly late for my next connection when checking out. I asked for a Ironing Bo... Read more
