Wonderful helpful reception staff. Went above and beyond to help me. Especially setting my bicycle up and getting rid of box and packaging. When the young lady realized she had made a charge mistake she quickly corrected it. Always greated me with a smile!

My first experience with the hotel wasn't that good and a bit peculiar. When I arrived late at night I was not made very welcome by the female receptionist who was quite crumpy and rude. She must have been a little overworked or something. My room was basic, but clean and the shower and bed were good as well as the wifi connection The next morning the breakfast-buffet was allright. It was only a pity one of the coffeemachines didn't work so there was quite a cue at the other coffeemachine. The n... Read more

Basic hotel, typical "ibis style". Rooms are simple, nothing special. Good breakfast and very good burgers at bar (open 24 hrs). Good location (Muranów), close to the center of Warsaw. Very fast wi-fi.

Ibis are normally nice and fairly priced and this one os no exception. The location is good and also the bar is ok, breakfast was decent as well. The room was small but comfortable and wi-fi worked well. If you are in Warsaw for a few nights and not want to overspend this could be a nice option.

Another business stay in Ibis Warszawa Centrum and another great experience. As usual, good clean room, great breakfast and great service during stay (especially the free WI FI is flawless and fast, which is not common in other Ibis hotels around the world). Hotel's great advantage is an underground garage which is great in Warsaw, where finding parking may be problematic. Hotel's restaurant is also worth recommending, with big choice of great burgers! In general, great hotel in the city cen... Read more

Good: 1. Bed, comfy and pillows nice 2. Hot water hot, cold water cold 3. AC works 4. Helpful staff 5. 30min walk to the Old Town [check it out, you'll need half a day] 6. basically as per all IBIS's across the world 7. nice cheese cake in the bistro! No so good 1. Only a few satellite channels

This would be a good hotel for business people. It is clean and efficient, with a good selection of foods at breakfast. The bedroom was clean and quiet. We were on holiday, and it was some distance from the Old Town, but there was a tram stop directly outside so that wasn't a big problem. We ate out a night, so I'm not sure of the quality of the dinner, and where it was served. There was an excellent Biedronka mini supermarket about 30 metres from the front door of the hotel, where we were able ... Read more

I understand that the Ibis is a budget hotel and I am usually happy with budget. Budget hotels, budget airlines.... fine by me, but this hotel is utterly miserable with a weird atmosphere. The check in process took ages and the receptionists are moody and look like they also hate being there. The rooms are so basic you dont even have a drawer to put your things and no iron. The towels are ancient. I can only describe the rooms as a very basic prison cell. Now I never been in prison but imagine e... Read more

This is your average Ibis with standardized hotel and room designs. The property is located a bit far away from attractions near the Warsaw central station. But that means it's constantly quiet. I'm not sure if this is an Ibis thing, however I noticed insufficient or reduced air conditioning energy during our stay, and sometimes you would end up sweating in your sleep as a result. The hotel main area is very well maintained and overall is well worth the price. Recommended.

Great place at a reasonable price. Good parking facilities. Great staff. This is one of the best Ibis hotels I have stayed at., Small grocery store close by. Breakfast and restaurant/bar are quite good. Simple food at the bar, but well done.

You get what you would expect of an Ibis Hotel: good cleanliness, affordable prices, no luxuries, a good cost / benefit ratio. - Breakfast is really simple, very expensive for what they will charge you. - If you are a tourist, prefer to stay in a location closer to the old town. The location of Ibis is ok, but you will probably end up getting a lot of cabs to go to other locations. - I had to wait a little bit to check in, in every occasion I went to the lobby there were lines.

Very good location. About 10 minutes from the central station. Good communication in each direction of the city. Shops, restaurants and Warsaw Uprising Museum close to the hotel. Breakfast is tasty and varied. On request, even scrambled eggs without additives :) Very friendly staff. Room not very big, as in a chain hotel. Equipped with TV, telephone and air conditioning. Clean and nice. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel is, for a budget hotel, really good standard. Restaurants and Cafe area are nice and mordern and food is excellent if you like regulare international cousine. Rooms are big, with a good bed, usefull bathrooms. Friendly staff. Parking is pricey compared to Poland, but maybe not compared to Warszawa.

We typically use Ibis or Ibis Budget as part of the Accor hotel brands. We find them to be basic but clean and consistent standards that meet what we were expecting. This particular Ibis is in very convenient location with close proximity to tram and bus and 15 min walk to Metro, 30 min walk to Old Town. 10 min walk to Uprising Museum. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Light meals available in evening. Did not buy breakfast. Only negative is that we arrived 11:00, our room was ready but we had... Read more

If your funds are tight or you need to arrange a meeting on a budget, then this hotel is exactly for you: basic but clean. I found the staff to be excellent: always pleasant and helpful. One of the staff even lent me her mobile 'phone charger when LOT airlines lost my baggage for 48 hours.

The hotel itself is very nice, like all ibis standards however it is very poor located in a no-place. Had to take taxis everywhere. Since it's cheap travel I didn't mind but I would prefer places to see below the hotel, and not a gas station. The rooms are clean and staff very nice.

We've been travelling for a few weeks now and appreciate the simple things - a comfortable room and a good night's sleep. We got both here. We arrived by train and caught one tram to the hotel (about 15 mins). From here we walked to the old town, back to centrum and other local places. It was very handy. The room was clean, well equipped, had a small work place, open window, air con and plenty of space. WiFi worked just ok most of the time and dropped out and wet slow when under load. But thi... I stayed there for 4 nights and overall my experience was good - clean room, nice and helpful staff, breakfast buffet had several local meals and Polish apples. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town - 20-30 minutes on foot, so better take the tram. Also the rooms need to be sound proof - the noise from the outside could be avoided if you keep the windows closed, but from inside (corridor or next door room) could be very disturbing.

I spent four nights in this hotel, with the breakfast included option. For being a two stars hotel I might say the service was really good: the staff nice, friendly and really helpful, while the continental breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the Wi-Fi connection worked properly. Above all, rooms were clean and functional. The location is also strategic: even if getting to the city centre (Old Town) takes 30 minutes on foot, it can be easily reached with public transports, as well ... Read more

Really basic rooms like you'd expect, with a fairly uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was nothing more than poor and unlike a lot of other budget hotels the staff don't really help either. Just requested the use of a fridge, no chance! in most other hotels it's never been a problem. Suppose the good points are a supermarket next door (doesn't stock a great deal though) and that's about it for a central hotel. Bars are a good ten minutes away once you've navigated the very busy junction. Borrowed ... Read more

We had a three night stay and found the hotel to be clean and close to transport links (the tram stops just outside) Theres not much round about and we used the tram to get around no problem to the old town and central Warsaw. We ate in the hotel just before going home and the burgers were not bad but beware breakfast - we had opted for the 'late breakfast' advertised between 10and12 - and we sat down at 10am only for the staff to clear the tables 10 minutes later! We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we have ever had. First of all, it's expensive for what you get. The location is not central at all, far away from everything. The room itself is small. You only get 2 flimsy plastic cups in the bathroom. The towels are also very thin. The room is stuffy because the A/C does not work so we had to open the window. They don't even provide kettle in the room, which is extremely rare. In order to get hot water,... Read more

After a 40 minute wait in line at reception to check in and then to be met with unfriendly, unhelpful staff and subsequently missing our next meeting was not a good beginning to our stay. I would have liked a bath mat as well as a bath towel. (The bath towel provided was threadbare). The internet signal was weak and often dropped out. The airconditioning did not cool on the cooling setting.

Been to the hotel as a group manager. Had a few problems with it: the reception gave us double kyes with out saying a thing a took us about 1.5 hour to make an order in all the 40 rooms of the group. The dining room is a bit poor. The rooms are good size. Has a feee wi-fi, but need a passporw that you can get at the reception. Has a bar open to all and not only the hotel guests.

Typical low cost Ibis hotel, rather clean, fairly modern lobby, very basic rooms. Group check-ins are a bit of a nightmare, took rather long and seemed somewhat unprofessional. They're very flexible with check-in times luckily! The WiFi passwords you can just grab from a jar at the reception. In terms of location it's about a 20 to 30 minutes of a walk to the old city centre and 40 minutes from the central station unless if you feel confident to take shortcuts. The bed itself was ok, but you ... Read more

Fantastic value and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. However the hotel is quite a distance from both the old town and the city and although we enjoyed to long walks we would stay more centrally if we visited again. We did not eat in the hotel but instead chose to find nearby Polish cafes and restaurants for breakfast and dinners.

Ibis seems to refurbish their hotels one by one. Entering the lobby gives a really good first impression. Very nice employees. But after all, Ibis hotels are basic and very affordable at the same time. My room is OK, clean, and that's all I need. I did not try the restaurant. The bar is open until 1 am.
