Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. We chose the property because we intended to have a rental car and there was ample parking available at this hotel. We ended up not having a rental car so being that far away from town meant we had to rely on taxis and/or the twice daily free shuttle from the hotel to the city center. Pros: Price is reasonable. (But if you don't have a car, once you add in the price you are paying for taxis in and out of the city then you likely won't save any money.) ... Read more

Good Hotel, would advise to ask if there are any conferences in the hotel during your stay. Can get a bit crowded. Food of a good standard, need to take taxis to view sites as its a little of beat. Swimming pool quite small, sauna of a average size

This high quality hotel is quiet and located just off a busy avenue. It is not within walking distance to the centre and there is nothing around it, like a bar or a restaurant. They offer a shuttle bus service twice daily, though. The hotel itself is clean, elegantly decorated and their staff is always polite, available and ready to help. They also have a parking paid by the hour at a rather high price. Due to its position, all rooms offer unobstructed view to the surrounding area. At their prem... Read more

This Hotel is located a little way from the city centre (30 min walk) although as taxi‚??s were plentiful and a good price this wasn‚??t an issue, there is also a shuttle service in operation. The Reception, Bar and Restaurant area are open plan, spacious and bright. The swimming pool was a bonus. This hotel was an easy trip on the bus from the airport. The bus stop was at the side of the hotel, and is also the same bus stop to go into town. The receptionists spoke good english - a couple of them looked at us suspiciously but others were very friendly. Breakfast is standard though replenished quickly when empty. It was also nice to have a large window of time so that if we got up late, it was still available. When I booked this hotel, I didn't realise that the shuttle bus only ran twice ... Read more

They even supply bikes on free hire, if you fancy cycling the two or three miles to the central area, mostly off road. We walked it in about 45 minutes. You get what you pay for with this hotel. It was very clean, the rooms a decent size and the bed very comfortable. For that reason it served the exact purpose we needed it for. The hotel was located a bit out of town but Uber operates in Krakow which made it very easy to get around. Word of warning - the hotel doesn't appear correctly on GPS so make sure your driver knows where he/she is going!

Our beds were super comfy and really helped us rest after long days touring around. Breakfast had a great variety and all of them were delicious, kudos for the croissants and jams. Staying at + 25 business class hotels a year makes it difficult to be impressed - but Novotel Krakow City West provides the best value for money among most hotels i have stayed at. The staff is friendly and accomodates most requirements. Room was great travelling as a family of 4, and from 10th floor the view was great. The inside of the hotel is modern and well maintained, can't say the same for the exterior. Breakfast was great and my kids loved it. Will stay again when we visit Krakow.

The hotel is clean, our room was perfect and on the 9th floor so views across the area. The lifts work well and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom that included a bath and shower within.
