Bang on wee place clean, tidy, well run, good staff who are dead helpful. Great location would have no hesitation in recommending or returning. Surrounded by a plethora of restraunts and bars. Great prices too. Spot on

The hotel is well located in the Jewish quarter, it is within easy walking distance of the main square in Krakow. It is a fairly basic hotel, However the reception staff are extremely friendly and most helpful. They willingly give you directions, book tickets and recommend where to eat. Above all they smile and are extremely polite. Like most younger people in Krakow they are fluent in English. Our room was on the 3rd floor, it was twin bedded with a third single sofa bed under the very sloping ... Read more

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, we stayed bed and breakfast. It is located in the Jewish district, a 25 minute walk from the train and bus station. Our room was spacious the beds were very soft but comfortable. Could have done with an extra pillow however I'm sure they would have given us one had we remembered before going to bed each night! Room was cleaned everyday couldn't fault it. Breakfast was served downstairs. Good selection, cereals, cheeses, meats, breads and scrambled egg a... Read more

We choose this hotel because it had nice reviews and it was in the old Jewish quarter. The lobby is certainly old world, and very charming. Our room was in the third floor and very nice. The room was very spacious and and there was lots of storage. The bathroom was beautiful and rather large for a hotel. We had breakfast included in our cost and it was very good. The best part of the hotel is the front desk staff. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Another major plus was that the... Read more

Hotel Regent is a small but very nice and cosy hotel situated in the Jewish quarter called "Kazimierz". Altho the rooms are bit outdated they are kept very clean. I found breakfast not very special but that's ofcourse subjective. The reception staff is very nice and helpfull. I even experienced something on my 1st day which was out of the ordinary. I cannot say much about it but believe me it was great! So in short: this hotel is worth your money!

This hotel is very calm and located in the heart of Kasimierz. The rooms are very good but alse very quiet. The naberhood is very nice to stay with plenty of bars and restorants. A very complete braekfast is served in a nice place.

We stayed in room 302. Large room , spotless hotel. Pros : Very near the old town. Breakfast is lovely. Garden is beautiful. Very clean hotel. Cons : No tea making facility, no bar(but there is one next door) the only food served is breakfast. We stayed in the attic of hotel and sky lights had no black out blinds therefore it was very bright (blackout blinds would improve this) I'm already looking to book again

Our hotel was set in the heart of the Jewish quarter. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean if a little dated. The en-suite was very nice with a very powerful shower. Although very central there was no noise after 10.00pm. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

What can you say good enough about this great wee hotel, it was like staying in a friends house. you where made to feel so welcome. staff on the front desk were so helpful. and rooms are so clean. before going to stay at the regent i felt a little let down that there wasn't a bar in the hotel for drinks, after staying in the hotel my view is that a bar would spoil the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep, it was nice to just go i... The rooms are dated but clean. The breakfast was great. I am particular about my coffee and had no complaints. It is within walking distance of the square, perhaps ten minutes. The staff were friendly and did what we asked.

The hotel had good service, small but clean rooms. I recommend having breakfast or a cup of their good coffee outside, in the garden. You can get to the city center by foot (20 minute walk) or explore the Jewish quarter. The area is full of bars great for a glass of beer with friends or strangers.

Nice place to stay some nice bars and restaurants around too... It's about a 15 min walk into the square which is a good place to eat & drink Hotel room was pleasant and cleaned every day. They need to sort the breakfast menu out as its not to everyone's taste but all in all a good stay.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Street side are a bit noisy if you have to have windows open but closed is fine. There were fans in rooms for hot days. Rooms on courtyard side are quieter. Good buffet breakfasts with good selection. Really good location in the jewish quarter and about 15 minutes walk to Old Town.

Stayed here with a Friend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely large room, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast with a wide choice. Excellent location, 10 to 15min stroll to main square. Tea and coffee in your room for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Simply the best location in the heart of Old Town and Jewish Quarters. It is also a stone's throw, literally, from the best watering holes. I will definitely book this hotel should I visit Krakow again. The only consideration one might have is that there is no air conditioning and the beds are not as comfortable. You can ask for a King Bed and end up with 2 Single Beds placed side by side with an uncomfortable wooden bed frame seperation. The breakfast is straight forward and bland. Just keep in... Read more

Staff were excelent and proficient. Breackfast from 7 to 10 so if you like a little lie in no problem. Location for walking ideal, if your there for a few days break and would like to see the sights. Rooms clean and tidy with a very olde world atmosphere. Rooms attended to every day. Reception had a very, everything was no problem attitude. This hotel is in the centre of the Jewish quarter. Easy walking distance to the Old Town too. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is amazing, with a great coffee machine, so you can help yourself. The rooms are small, tired and need upgrading and our tv didn't work. Saddened to find no tea or coffee making facilities in the room either. There is a nice courtyard style garden with tables and chairs. Wifi didn't work in our room, we only got it in the lobby.

With a warm welcome from professional and good speaking English receptionist, I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the hotel and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a great kick start to the day and I would recommend anyone visiting Krakow to reserve their stay at the regent Hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Regent. It was clean and the room was a fantastic size for a European city. The bed was so comfortable and although there was a little noise from outside at night, we slept well. The location of the hotel is amazing: just a short walk away from all Krakow's attractions. The area around the hotel is lively without being over the top. There are lots of super cosy pubs and restaurants, so you don't need to go far to find somewhere with a great atmosphere... Read more

Just returned from a 4 night break staying at this hotel. Very old fashioned but completely in keeping with the type of building it is and the area it's in. Spotlessly clean room, beds and towels changed every day. Lovely powerful shower. We were in the attic room which unfortunately was very noisy - there's a pub on the next corner so noise of customers until the early hours was annoying. We had to keep the velux windows open as it was so warm so couldn't get away from the noise unfortunat... Read more

Situated in the Jewish Quarter within walking distance of everything in Krakow you would want to see. I am 51 and reasonably fit. Great little place, lovely old world feel, completely opposite to the new type of hotel chains. Great service, friendly staff and a decent continental/Polish style breakfast everyday but with the added bonus of cereals, decent tea, fruit galore and a coffee machine for the early morning espresso. Would go back again, no doubt.

We stayed in this lovely simple hotel for four nights. It's in a perfect location to explore Kraków as it's just a 20 minute walk to the main Square and it was also just 20 minutes to Schindler's Factory. It's also just 10 minutes walk to the Castle. Being in the Jewish area, there are lots of interesting restaurants very close by. Just a two minute walk away you'll find a lovely little square which sells cheap street food. We loved it. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and our room had ... Read more

For the price we paid this hotel was ideal, short walk to everything we wanted to see! Breakfast was not much but again for the price it was what we expected! Wifi was only available in the lobby and wasn't always working! Rooms were basic but clean! TV didn't have any English channels but this wasn't a problem as we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway! Ideal for those who intend on sight seeing and not spending much time in the hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. I can't recommend it enough. I only give it 4 stars due to the fact that when we first arrived to check in they were overbooked and we were moved to another hotel for our first night.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect location for walking to all the main sights in Krakow. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was perfect to set us up for a day's exploring. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a huge number of excellent restaurants and bars within very easy walking distance. Situated in the Jewish quarter which makes a great base for a sightseeing trip to Krakow we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

This comfortable older style 3 star hotel is ideally placed in the Jewish Quarter. Our twin room on the first floor was clean and spacious - the bathroom was enormous. Breakfasts were a mixture of continental style and some hot foods. Coffee was from a machine - adequate but could have been better. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed at Regent for 4 days in September last. Nice location on a side street yet near to the old city centre and the Jewish area. Lots of pubs, bars and eateries nearby. The complementary breakfast was really sumptuous and varied with cold cuts, fruits, coffee etc. Since it was quite warm at the time of visit, the hotel was kind enough to provide a table fan which we longed for in Vienna! The rooms were not too big but rather small making difficult for 2 persons to move around freely though was ...
