For the Family

A gentle excursion from the hotel, Rynek Glowny -Krakow`s main square - is a splendid medieval meeting place at the heart of the old town. Entertainment & Activities

Art and culture have always been at the heart of life in Krakow. The city`s poets, artists and scholars were the force behind Poland`s Golden Age, and later Jan Matejko - arguably the greatest painter - lived in the building that became this hotel. His statue stands outside the neighboring Academy of Fine Arts, and you can still visit the nearby studio where he created his monumental historic works. The old town is now a World Heritage Site, filled with monuments to its former residents, and galleries like the contemporary MOCAK are among the finest in Europe. Named Capital of Culture in 2000, Krakow is experiencing a renewed artistic buzz. You can explore the new museums and bars of the regenerated historic quarters that have brought a resurgent vigor to the city`s creative life when you plan your next visit.

Excellent service. All rooms unique and inspired by famous Polish artist. Quiet, great location in Old town. I will be staying there during my next trip to Kraków. Unbelievable restaurant at Hotel. I recommend eating there each night and trying something different each time. Excellent food and atmosphere.

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved every moment of it. Hotel is located two steps away from a farmers market and a block away from the main pedestrian zone. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff throughout the hotel made us feel welcomed and was extremely helpful. An awesome bar and the bartenders were a big bonus to our stay. Parking was at near by church so no problems there, but would recommend to book with the hotel in advance. Private sauna was a great way to end our days! ... Read more

I nearly submitted my title, " the answer is yes, what's the question" as this is how I was treated. What a wonderful attitude from all staff, nothing was too much trouble. Due to my mothers death I had to initially reschedule my reservation which was completed without any haste. The hotel arranged for Airport transfers to the hotel, excellent service. Upon checking in I was greeted by 2 very polite staff, helped me through the check in process including an upgrade to my room which was grateful... Read more

First time here at this hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I booked 'the cheapest' room, so it was small, but still had a proper (full-size) double-bed, nice bathroom with heated floors, slippers, plenty of towels etc. TV with multiple channels (not that I care much, but maybe someone else does) and ability to connect USB to it. Short walk to old town, but on a quiet street. I'd say this hotel comes in at the upper mid-range (for Poland) and totally deserves its stars. No idea about breakfast - I woke u... Read more

Stayed here one night and it suited me perfectly. The location is perfect - 1.5blocks from the train station and about the same distance from the Old Town. It couldn't be handier. The service from the staff was great and, even though it's clearly an old building, the new hotel inside is all brand new. It feels clean and modern mixed with the historic. I'm frankly surprised to see that it's not rated higher in terms of Krakow hotels.

Had three nights here. Comfortable, quiet room with sound/noise proof windows. Functional bathroom with elegant shower (lovely high pressure). Good breakfast selection. Great bar in the hotel with an impressive coctaillist (try "Rose for U" and/or Monkey Gin&Tonic) and highly regarded brands. Will definitely come back. The hotel opened in September 2016, I was told.

Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. One member of staff walked me to the end of the road and directed me to the old town, which is literally 2 minute walk. Location is excellent. Short walk to main square. Clean and spotless and I also have a complimentary upgrade. I arrived at 11am and was able to check straight into my room. Amazing! Fashionable, funky and quirky decor. Room was modern, stylish and perfect temperature. The bed was huge and comfortab... Read more

My partner took me here birthday, and despite never having been to Poland before, we fell in love with this hotel, the city, the people, and just had the most amazing time all-round. The hotel itself is striking as you walk in - shiny mirrors, immaculately presented staff and well-decorated relaxing spaces. The weather had just truned cold with an average of -2 degrees celcius outside, but the hotel made it a warm and toasty 25 degrees upwards. Practical things: there is a hair-drier, ironin... This is newly open hotel, and directly I have to say they do have a long way ahead of them. I am talking about staff confident, about missing few things etc. On other hand, right directly I have to also say - staff is MEGA polite and nice to you. So as I always say, even if you dont know, or what ever, you can also turn negative to positive, just by being nice, try to do maximum etc. I will def. return to this hotel, because it has his style. Breaky are not extra rich, but also, it kind of fits ... Read more

Really nice, new and neatly laid out hotel - with some very interesting and well thought through features and stylings. The rooms were lovely - bathroom fab (with heated floor) - excellent TV and modern facilities. Nice décor (although the bare ceiling takes some getting used to!). Good location - walking distance from main town area and very close to Galleria also. Would definitely stay again next time.
