Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Rooms are comfy clean and well equipped. It's abit of a walk into the centre and definitely a taxi journey to the market square - views from hotel are fabulous from one side. Try to t a room on the front of the building - from the back it only overlooks flats but from the front you can see the castle and sprawling city

This hotel is located steps away from the Krakow airport arrivals and departures. Literally it's right across the street. Not only is the Hotel convenient to the airport, but it's directly in front of the train station, which is only a few stops(approximately 15 minutes) from Krakow main train station. On a three night's stay, I was able to make easy day trips to Krakow city center and the old center. One of the days I took the train directly from the airport to the Wieliczka Salt Mines(high... Having seen this hotel advertised in a UK newspaper, we booked despite the apparent high room rate - £101 per night. Subsequent checks have confirmed that this is extremely overpriced in respect of facilities and location for a 4 day stay being 25min walk from the main square, not to mention that the adjacent main road meant that we had to keep the window closed - there are dozens better placed! Add to this, the fact that every morning the 'hot' food was at best lukewarm and the staff are eith... Read more

This is a good hotel that is very good value for money. It is neither in the city centre nor on the outside of the city so doing anything requires a tram ride or a taxi fare. This hotel is nice and clean and a bit out of the way. You need to walk or take a cab to get to the main square or castle. Polish people and Euros may be accustomed to long 6 kilometer round trip walks, but most people are not expecting such a long walk. I was only there for one night. The hotel is on a main road which was a bit noisy as I had a room facing that way. I need the window open as the room was fairly warm. I walked in to the main square with was a nice walk along the river before crossing over the bridge. The walk took about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and contributed to it being a good stay. My room was spaces and comfortable.

Stayed two nights at this Hotel. It is large and well set out with different dining areas and bar, with conference facilities. Is on main road, a little bit out of busy area of Krakow, however transport buses, taxi very cheap and cost effective. ONLY DRAW BACK IS NO ATM OR CASH CARD MACHINE IN HOTEL. (had to walk to neighbouring hotel for same) Breakfast excellent.

I had an wonderful stay at this Garden Inn!!! The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were well appointed, immaculate, and top shelf toiletries. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the location is: It may be 20 minutes to the Old Town, but that is to the edge. There is excellent public transportation into and around the city, but it is advertised as walking distance. Maybe on a warm sunny day - but in the cold and rain it is not a pleasure. I chose this hotel ... Read more

Stayed late last year and it was one of the best breaks we have had we stayed four nights.the rooms are beautiful staff friendly and the food is unreal. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main square but the walk is beautiful with plenty to see on the way and along the river. Love it so much we are returning in February to stay for a week can't wait

Could not fault this hotel, staff excellent , food excellent, rooms excellent. 20 minute walk to market square but taxis were very cheap. Numerous places to eat at a very reasonable price, all the staff in the restaurants were very pleasant.

10 minute walk into town which we enjoyed as you get to walk past the river and castle and your out of the busy town if you want a quiet nights sleep. Food and accommodation top notch. Can't really fault it. Staff were excellent too.

Overall positive experience. The hotel is clean and service was good. Not tested pub or restaurant however would not expect other than good experience. I guess Hilton standards were implemented and followed rather good, however somehow did not ot a feeling like being in cousy, homey, relaxed environment but more direct, clean, a bit "presented" feeling. But as said, delivering straightforward service what such hotel is expected to do.

Special thanks to Robert and Dominika on reception who were very helpful with our transfers and tram services into town. Spotlessly clean room. Modern hotel. We requested a quiet room and that's exactly what we got. Within a stone's throw from historical Krakow. Staff very accommodating, especially the Front Office Manager Dominika.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms, attentive staff. Restaurant has a limited menu but the food is fine. Must leave restaurant tip in cash or management will take it, A little off the beaten path but cabs are very reasonable and easy to get.

Was instantly made to feel at home on arrival and that was the case for the whole of our four days. Rooms spacious, quiet and really comfortable although a bath would have made it perfect. Breakfast was a treat. Position ideal with a short walk to the central market square and also the Jewish quarter. My suggested route to to the market square is: Left out of hotel and cross bridge over the river; follow the path on the edge of the river passing below the Castle on your right - pass the Dragon ... Stayed here for just one night but this one is impressive. Right across the Airport terminal, this is one ease to reach place. It is connected to the city via train and costs just 8 Zloty to reach the city centre. The location is great and the interiors of the hotel are nice. The staff was courteous too. The view from the room was amazing. The morning has you looking over widespread fields with a dense fog cover (Room facing the railway line). The room was well shielded from the noise and was... Had a four night stay here in november for a city break to Krakow. What a fantastic hotel. The staff are so helpful, efficient and pleasant. We had a room on the 6th floor at the back so was lovely and quiet. Had food in the restaurant one night and it was lovely. It is about a 25 minute walk from the square but the walk was lovely and views beautiful. A taxi was only about £4 and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel.
