We stayed at the Hilton Gdansk for four days in March. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main train station, we got the bus from the airport which is less than 3 zloty each and got off just outside the train station. We stayed on a room only basis so didn't have breakfast in the hotel but the restaurant did look nice if not a little pricy compared to restaurants in the area. The hotel is situated right on the river and has a rooftop bar where you get lovely views of the city. You can ... Read more

I stayed at the Hilton in Gdansk twice during a recent trip to Poland. Both nights were excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and professional. The restaurant is very good. The location cannot be beat. It's very centrally located and a very short walk to local attractions. The room was very clean and functional. The upper floor has a spa and an outdoor patio that has nice views. Although I didn't try the spa.

We had a weekend stay in a deluxe room at Hilton Gdansk. The room was very clean and pretty spacious. The staff was very friendly and service minded. All the staff in front desk, booking, room cleaning, restaurants and breakfast did their best to make us feel special:-). I can recommend this hotel if you want a really nice stay in the middle of Gdansk.

This was our second visit, and we would not come again. The Courtyard rooms are very dark, you need to have the light on all day, as they overlook the internal atrium, the street or a brick wall! Only way to get some light is to upgrade to a river view. However, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and polite. I could not hear anything from the neighboring rooms, doors close quietly, and the elevator is also very quiet. Very good hotel, modern interiors with excellent views. Staff very pleasant, food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable. Swimming pool could be a bit larger however the view on the marina is first class and gives the best visual experience on the local heritage. Been there for a romantic weekend and would come back once again.

Superb location with interesting view and close proximity to the Old Town and numerous good quality restaurants. At check in we were warmly greeted. Everything was efficient and informative and we were encouraged to ask for further help and info if necessary . Beautiful room had large comfortable bed and excellent modern bathroom. Standards of cleanliness and housekeeping were perfect. Breakfast was varied and very appetising. Even very early in the morning the staff were friendly and smiling. W... Read more

We loved it: the breakfast, the lunches, the rooftop bar, the pool, the spa/treatments, the standard and the rooms, the friendliness of the staff and th elocation. It was perfect. Not cheap, but not that expensive either.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the river right in the old town. It's a 10 minute walk from the main part of the old town and from the tram line. 15-20 minute walk from train station (Gdansk G?owny). The hotel staff is helpful, and check-in was quick. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was particularly nice with a full tub and separate fully enclosed shower. My only complaint was the slow wifi, which dropped out quite a bit. The rooms do have Ethernet, which overcame the w... Read more

Superb location for the 'Old Town",on the river. Ideal proximity for bars and restaurants and the charm that Gdansk offers. Pool, gym and sauna/steam room is an excellent facility and in nice weather the bar terrace is superb. Breakfasts are expensive but there are numerous places to eat at a fraction of the cost in great cafe/restaurants.

We where there with a group of guests. The hotel is very well located and it has a great view over the city from its roof top bar. The rooms are nice and clean but should be refurbished as it looks a bit old fashioned. The restaurant which is located in the hotel is very good and has a nice view on the river.

The hotel and staff were great and it's in a great location I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great pool area with the hottest steam room I have ever been in. Next time I'm in Gdansk I will definitely be staying here.

This hotel was lovely, wasn't too big but had what was needed. The location was lovely on the water and If you can get a room with a view of this then it's a bonus as our view was amazing. We had food from the bar menu and the steak was cooked to perfection. The breakfast was nice and the bar on the top floor is a lovely place to get a nice drink. The pool area is pleasant.

Nice and central hotel. Only thing that didn't get the hotel full score is the staff in the reception. They were extremely, and I mean extremely, slow with regards to check in, check out and other requests. Other then that, great bar service, great roomservice :)

A nice clean functional hotel, well positioned for the old town, nice views of the river (if you are lucky enough to have such a room), otherwise its uninspiring views of the car park. Its a modern hotel and to be honest the decor is bland but there again all modern hotels are. The breakfast was excellent.

I stayed for a few nights in late Nov 2016 as part of business trip. I was very impressed with the hotel from A to Z. The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The room beautiful and spacious. The hotel is set in a beautiful part of old town Gdansk with lovely views. The food was fantastic especially dinner in the hotel. I ate the most amazing steak in the bar. Breakfast was also excellent. Lots of choice. I really loved that the spa was open til 10pm at night which was very convenien... Read more

Just returned from a three night break in Gdansk where we stayed in a twin room at the Hilton. The hotel staff were all very helpful (particularly Pawel at reception) and the room was spotless with everything we needed, and cleaned with fresh towels and toiletries left every day. Beds are firm but comfy, the dressing gowns and slippers are nice after a hot shower and there's a good selection of English speaking TV channels. As you'd expect with a Hilton, the bar and restaurant prices are a bit m... Read more
