Ok first of all my reason why i'm never going back cause our stay here is all about disappointments...my bf and i booked here for 5 nights. (i wished we believed all the negative reviews but we want to give it a try i guess?) First day of check in ok we brought our own stuff in the room from ground floor to 7th floor. Yes there's a cart for our luggage so we have to return it on our own back to the ground floor funny isn't it? By the way a 2 star hotel (grandprix hotel) has a better service than... Read more

Imperial Palace Suites really has large rooms with great views of the local city area. I think they have lowered the price - its good enough value for what you pay. True, it's an older multi-story building and a smaller lobby, but with wide long hallways in all the floors above; it reminded me of an apartment building I lived in a long time ago. There's a dining room at the top and a Starbucks off the lobby; Army Navy Burrito place across the street. There are many restaurants, salons, small sto... Read more

this review is super late since we stayed in this hotel april 2010 but i would still wanted to share our experience with the hotel. the frontdesk was polite enough but was not warm and friendly, after checking in, no lobby personnel to help with the luggage. now our room, it was spacious and clean, there is a door that seperates the living room with the bedroom and inside we found 2 clean and inviting beds, so comfy to sleep in. the bathroom is clean, nothing extraordinary. pool, i can still rem... i was hesitated before to book in this hotel as i read many negative things. but i'd like to try. the room is clean, bed are nice. restroom is also clean. though, there is no doormat, maybe it's by request. room amenities are not complete, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. just the usual stuff. service is also nice, from the check in to check out. location is good, there are jeepneys and taxis around. walking distance to convenient store, restaurants, etc. what i don't like is the elevator. it has... The place is run down. Nasty elevator, nasty dirty buffet. The worst I have ever seen. Rooms were just ok. Don't eat there and wear blind fold from front door until reaching room. The help said the original owner gave the hotel to the son or something like that. Well, it looks like the place is ......run by a child. I am sorry that the child is blind.

the front desk was polite enough. the rooms are so comfy to sleep in, the bathroom is clean, the pool is clean, their personnel is courteous, willing to help. my family and I stayed for three days and two nights, my cousin celebrated his seventh birthday, and he really enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is now a has been. I had the feeling of being in a deserted building sans the blinking fluorescent lights and some low growl or shrieks from a distance. The room though was nice, just newly refurbished, its spacious and had cool ac, big tv and good comfy bed. I'm quite mixed with hotel service as they seem to only have one guard, one bellboy and one receptionist. The check in was fast but when they had to bring our luggage up to the room, it was really bad service. The bellboy simp... Read more

The employees are nice and assist you everytime you need them especially the front desk clerk and elaine. The room is big and clean but lacked of amenities. The location is very great. The only wrong thing I've noticed was the way they manage the hotel.

Gosh - some people are hard markers when reviewing this hotel! I booked this hotel on another site and read these reviews afterwards... I was in shock. I tried to cancel my other reservation but couldn't so was very concerned before arriving. Let me recount what happened: - we arrived late at night from the airport and were pleasantly surprised that the streets around were not contested (everywhere in Manila is contested - right?) and were clean and felt very safe - there was only one gi... I have stayed in the Imperial Palace Suites Quezon City for a few times this year and last year, and in my personal opinion the room standards are getting lower. During my most recent stay the housekeeping didn't provide any amenities except for the two bath towel. There wasn't anything even a tissue roll. Good thing bidet is available. The tiles on the shower area is on the loose, and the water temperature is very difficult to control. The air conditioning is working properly and the TV is okay... Read more

My friends and I had a small gathering over the weekend. Room was okay and renovated. My only concern is the front desk keeps on calling us and telling that there's visiting hours until 10pm. We already explained that only 4guest will be sleeping and the rest will go home. But still wouldn't let it go and guard keeps on knocking on the door. Where's the privacy right? Interrupting an occasion is not a good hospitality move. And front desk was even reasoning out that security is directing them to... Read more

The room was big and nice. The location was good too. However, the customer service sucks! The management needs to get its staff some crash course in customer relations. I traveled to accompany my wife in Manila. Because i had no more leave credits I had to work online so I expected that the internet connection of the hotel was good. Since the wifi does no work most of the time I had to call the front desk for assistance but I could not get one. The front desk told me that someone from the IT de... Read more
