Very good location. Connected to the mall that everything you need is at reach. The breakfast at The Fab Restaurant is also very good. Great selection of food; the ambiance is also great! The outlet manager is also very accommodating. The Staffs are friendly yet profesional. The room is bit old, still presentable. But an uplift will really improve the ambiance. I am however baffled that even for Spire Elite members, breakfast is not included. I've been checked-in by Sam in the reception with a great smile that I was expecting from an IHG property, great start. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs are accommodating. Service is fast. Nothing is much trouble in this hotel. One more good thing is that it is connected to a mall which is a good help. This hotel is good for leisure and business.

Checked in here as an invited guest for a mobile phone brand launch. We arrived quite early and our more insistent friends got their rooms ahead. As for me? I had to visit the front desk 3 times, THREE TIMES, to get a room. The first request for a room was rejected outright by KRISTINE, saying, check-in is at 3PM. She did not even bother to look at her computer for any available room. The second attempt, she looked at her computer for a few seconds and said check-in was at 3PM. During all these ... Read more

As an IHG member for almost a decade now, it is second nature for our family to choose Holiday Inn or Crowne for our quick weekend getaways. This time, we decided to go for a staycation at Holiday Inn. Their 1 br suite was clean, spacious, and comfy. To the Holiday Inn team, am sure you will be delighted to know that there are 2 members of your staff that gave us a "wow experience". The 1st is Raul of Concierge. I have been here at the the Holiday Inn Manila Galleria for 4 days now and frankly the hotel stands out in exuding Asian warmth and hospitality like very few other hotels I have seen so far. The experience began well before I landed here in Manila. Stayed in this hotel to attend a conference. The hotel is situated next to a shopping mall, so it was great finding alternative places close by for meals and shopping. The staff service was great and attentive. Used the business centre for printing and work which great as well. Breakfast was good at level 5 of the hotel. I was in a non-smoking room on the 23rd floor. The room was located at the end-corner of the hotel so view outside was not very nice. The room was a little bit small. The carpet... Read more

It was the first weekend of June and the start of wet season in the country so my friends and I decided to have a staycation in Manila for a much needed respite. We booked a two bedroom suite at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria which was huge with a bar, receiving area, two bedrooms, two toilet and bath, and a great view of the metro from the glass windows. For a meeting at ADB, this was excellent and reasonably priced. Food options are great - especially since the hotel is right beside the mall with a food court and several restaurants. Hotel staff were very courteous although the front desk often had (relatively minor) delays to service. Spent one weekend here with my friends. We booked a suite room and it easily fit everyone of us. The suite is huge, with two bedrooms, a massive living room with a kitchen and dining area. The design is a bit dated, but I think it's intentional as I read that they want to exude a sort of classic hotel style. There were a lot of people checking in during our stay, making for a bit of a queue on the lobby, I guess this place is quite popular with balikbayans. Anyways, I love the location of this h... The Hotel has a great location in Ortigas and is connected to the huge Robinsons Mall. Being part of a large chain, there are some familiar and comforting elements when you stay here. The service was efficient and the rooms satisfactory for a business traveler. However, the Hotel definitely wears an old look and its lobby and common areas are not very impressive. My stay with the Holiday Inn was average, nothing very outstanding about the hotel itself. The hotel is situated in a very busy spot during rush hour in the middle of Ortigas, which is very busy as it is near the Robinson mall. The rooms are very old and need some updating, as they feel that the rooms are empty and need a more friendly feel to them. Rooms are in definite need of modernization in order to keep up with the modern feel throughout the hotel. I liked the fact the hotel was connected ... Read more

The Holiday Inn is perfectly situated at one of the business hubs of Metro Manila, and is connected to one of the main Robinson's malls. The rooms are also very spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, it badly needs updating... The look and feel of the hotel is not up-to-date with what the Holiday Inn brand is now: fresh, clean, modern. But still, with the excellent location and the great service of the staff, I'd still stay at this hotel in the future.

Location is fine for this property, however I echo the sentiments of other reviewers that the property needs updating. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious but the furnishings were too old & worn IMO. There was also mould evident in the bathroom. The corridors are dimly lit & the property has a musty smell about it in parts. Pool level could also do with some modernising/refreshing as well. On a positive note reception & valet were friendly & efficient.

The lobby, room, and the gym all look dated and in need of updating or renovation. I was trying to book a hotel car for airport on Friday morning, but was told only two time slots would be available. The time slots were either too early or too late for my 1pm flight. I would imagine, for a business hotel like Holiday Inn, their fleet of hotel limo would be bigger. Anyway, I got my own Uber ride eventually. Also, I found the fridge's compressor as very noisy and disturbing to my sleep!
