I spent more than 100 nights per year at this hotel since 2010 and I can ensure that it's a great place to stay in Lima. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast with a lot of different options, the staff is very friendly and are always available to make you feel comfortable there. There's shopping mall connected to the hotel where you have all the stores, restaurants, drugstores, movies, super market just few steps by walking. I really recommend that as first option in Lima.

It's located in prime place & very close to various attractions. The rooms are very comfortable & the huge buffet breakfast has lot of varities. The friendly staff will make you feel comfortable there. There's shopping mall connected to the hotel where you have all the stores, restaurants, drugstores, movies, super market. The metro bus (BRTS) station is just in front of the hotel. WiFi is free in lobby. They provide free shuttle bus service to Miraflores. Breakfast will be free if u have choose... Read more

Nice bedrooms spacious and very clean,the soundproofing from outside is great but can't say the same for the plumbing the noise from the adjacent rooms when their shower is being used is very loud especially at 3 am .The service is very slow at breakfast also in the bar, there is nowhere to get a snack at lunch time and the bar does not open until 4 pm .

OK place for a short stay. But it's nothing special. You are somewhat close to the airport and the historic district, and a relatively short taxi ride to the bar/restaurant scene in San Isidro and Miraflores district. You can tell the hotel is trying to stay relevant and to cater to guests (service was excellent) but, frankly, the hotel is dated. It still has decent facilities and amenities (welcoming lobby and restaurant). But there are newer places (flashier, more modern, more centrally locate... Read more

This is one of the older Starwood properties. However, the hotel has a very good gym and there is a mall nearby which means you can have some variety in regards to your food. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is quite extensive. I would say the hotel is great if you want to be in the area, for me it was just too far away from the commercial centre where I worked as a taxi takes about 40 minutes due to the traffic.

While this is a really old property, the location and the staff are excellent. This is a centrally located property, in the heart of everything. While the building is old, there have been some updates, and the rooms are decent size. The staff here go above and beyond and make it a great choice in Lima. The club lounge is small, but the staff a super attentive and make it feel like home away from home.

We stayed here for a business trip and it was a perfect place for us. My room had a view of the Palacio de Justicia and I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The hotel staff were very helpful, particularly in arranging travel for us to visit a nearby university.

We enjoyed our stay, for which we were fortunate to have been upgraded. Room a little dated but very comfortable with all you need and very spacious and clean. We had access to the club lounge which was small but quiet with computers and complimentary food/nibbles throughout the day which we took advantage of in the evening as we didn't want big meals. Would definitely recommend. Some our of flight crew stayed there which gave us the impression that it was a good choice (though the airport was ... Read more

This is a beautiful app 500 room hotel. Very close to all the tourist spots. They offer free shuttle to the city tourist spots. Staff is very friendly. The lounge for Sheraton premier member is rather small and charges for alcohol.

I recently stayed in the Sheraton Lima and it was nice but could certainly use some updating. The entry was was very nice and my room was very nice. I was upgraded to a junior sweet which was large and very clean. The hotel staff went out of my way to make sure I was comfortable, however, my chief complaint was the lack of modern air conditioning in the hotel. It was quite warm in my room and the "air conditioning" was little more than a fan built into the wall so the room got more and more hu... Read more

We stayed 3 nights after a long flight. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The location was central and we were able to walk to lots of attractions. There is a mall just outside with ATMs and lots of food places. The service was great and we were offered a complimentary Pisco Sour at check-in.

Date of Stay ?? June 10, 2016 Location ?? Per the review that I have read, it is about 20 minutes from the airport. That may be true without the traffic but with the traffic, it took us about 45 minutes from the airport to the hotel. We paid 50 soles from the airport to the hotel (initially the driver would like to charge us 60 soles but we negotiated). Cleanliness ?? The hotel is very clean ?? from the lobby to the room as well as the dining area. We??ve got a room on the 35th floor if... Read more

Located a short walk from the historic centre, the Lima Sheraton is the best place to stay for business. You get really pampered the Sheraton style, while having access to wonderful treats ( Peruvian worldwide known food and drinks ! ). Central to Miraflores and San Isidro districts, Parque de las Aguas and several restaurants !

The team is very good and able to help every time I needed. Facilities are a bit old and outdated to modern technology, but functional and clean. Breakfast is very good. Bar well equipped and drinks well prepared. The location is not my favorite in Lima, despite being close to the downtown area.

We stopped over in Lima for a culinary adventure and had the pleasure of staying here for the evening. From check in to check out, these folks did a great job of making us feel welcome and going the extra mile during our stay. Victoria helped us with our check in and aside from getting us an upgrade on our room, she provided us with drink and coffee tickets as well and info about the hotel. She allowed us to check in early and gave us a late check out (late check is 5 pm here - Awesome!). The ... Read more

The staff of this hotel is great. We got in late from the states and got us our room. The keys didn't work and they switched us and those keys didn't work either. They got us security to just get us in so we could get ready for bed and they eventually fixed. I was happy how attentive the staff was. The waiter in the club lounge was great as well and they had a nice selection of food. My only complaint was street noise. We were on the top floor and can hear all of the horns honking. It can be lo... Read more

Older hotel, excellent staff, very clean, only fair location. One of the main issues is the HVAC - it is a very old system (like in old European hotels) that only circulates air and does not compress it. it the summer, this can be problematic for some. On the other side, windows open so you can get fresh air if you can deal with the outside noise;

They are not a 5 stars hotel. We went there after our wedding in Lima at "El Club de la Union" and we were very poorly received at the reception whereas we were in wedding clothes at 5am the day of our wedding. We chose to have the wedding package. No congratulations at the beginning, barely a hello without any smile. The person at the reception insisted to have our passport to get the room (Hello, who else could it be: wedding clothes, 5am, wedding package...) We could not have our breakfast at... Read more
