Amazing hotel and service. Of course, service and amenities are expected from any JW Marriott property, but this one still managed to exceed expectations. From the moment we checked in at the front desk with Valentina and Oscar, we felt completely at home. Once they learned we were engaged the day before we were upgraded to the best room they had available (24th floor suite). Additionally, when we returned from dinner a congratulatory bottle of champagne was waiting for us. A late checkout... Read more

Such an impressive property, it made our trip to Lima tolerable. We're not a fan of LIma, but the JW Marriott makes us want to return. The staff was so warm, helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The location is perfect, the views are breathtaking. The Sushi Lounge was the icing on the cake, delicious, fresh sushi. Everyting about the room was exceptional, bedding, television, bathroom; all top-notch.

Stayed here twice in the past month on business. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff are exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast is particularly good and I really enjoyed the mimosa. Of particular mention is Alexis, who I believed worked in the room housekeeping department, he gave me excellent, unprompted advice about the local area and must see sights. He was polite and friendly and an asset to your business.

Just returned from a few days at the JW Marriott Lima and can't say enough about this wonderful property. The hotel is very modern yet comfortable and welcoming. We faced the ocean for an amazing view from the 19th floor. Across the street is a large open air mall with premium retailers and lots of fun places to eat or have dessert. Traffic in Lima is terrible, so it is so nice to be able to walk across the street and have all of this available. There is also a Peru Rail office, so if you plan t... Read more

We are elite Marriott members, and chose this hotel for location and previous reviews. Perfect location, as we are really walkers and wanted to explore the city for the first week before going to Sacred valley, Cusco and Machu Pichu.. Concerned with altitude adjustment as we live below sea level. The hotel lived up to it's hype and more. The Executive Lounge is the best we have ever encountered, with an outstanding staff. Food was available from 6:30am to 10 pm, changing every several hours. ... Read more

What a great hotel! I absolutely loved the location and the room facing the ocean was the best part of it! The room, beautifully decorated with an amazing view! Also, really quiet, which is not easy in such a busy city as Lima! Also, the neighborhood very safe. I personally used Uber everywhere. The hotel is just opposite the Larcomar Mall and close to Miraflores and Barranco, best location in Lima! Wonderful hotel in the Miraflores area. Overall great service, though there can be a long wait at reception. Get a room with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Rooms are large and modern, good wi-i. Excellent breakfast, well worth the cost if you like to start the day with a good meal.

We have moved "up" from the Courtyard, just up the road. (The JW was booked out the night we arrived.) And it is true, the view from the 15th floor is rather spectacular. 180 degrees, exposing an impressive coast. With the amenable Lacomar just over the road. The hotel is very well organized and presses most of the right buttons, but at the edge it is getting close to its "use by date". It is not that the place is tatty, it's just that after half a dozen or so years even 5 star hotels need to... Read more

Stayed two days in Lima . Superb rooms and best view of the ocean . Overall comfortable stay. For Heinz Prelle . Suggest the inevitable wait for rooms ( check in is 3 pm ) be made relaxing by offering a place to sit , perhaps some coffee etc. and some care/ warmth for tired guests ! The Lobby area certainly needs a make over . Was finally helped by Reception desk girls.

From my check in with Mr. JAVIER MERINO to my ocean view upgrade my stay started on the best note if could have started. This was my last four days of my vacation and the room, staff, concierge and room full was the icing on the cake. Not only to say that the amenities were also awesome especially the huge fitness center overlooking the beach and spa as well. This review is for the bar on the second floor. We didn't stay at the hotel. The bar is a very friendly place to visit even if you aren't staying at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are super attentive and our waiter, Erick Ayala was great, he also speaks perfect English. We were staying at an AirBnB nearby but visited a couple of times for the great pisco sours and atmosphere.

We just spent one week in Peru to celebrate our 6th anniversary, and our last stop was at the JW Marriott in Lima. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location, with views overlooking the water. We had an executive room with access to the executive lounge, which was excellent. The personalized attention we received there will not be forgotten - from making us special meals to bringing us champagne, staff such as Cinthya and Elber went above and beyond to make this experience truly special.
