Lovely rooms - comfortable and clean. The staff are excellent- I am pleased I have booked this chain of hotels elsewhere if this is the standard. There is a bakery across the street with "the best" bread rolls and fresh churros - there is quite a queue after work hours for these delicious treats. Truly the staff are to be commended.

Hotel was perfect for what we were after - central, close to the market and cathedral. Breakfast was varied and delicious, rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and welcoming - my only nag would be that when we first arrived we asked about where to eat, we were advised to have something light so we could adapt to the altitude, we were sent to an expensive restaurant which had zero culture, the second night the same thing happened. We decided to not go to the restaurant and find somewhere less expe... Read more

I chose this hotel because of the great reviews it had online and its proximity to the main square. It didn't disappoint, since my fiance and I first set foot there, we were welcome by the friendly staff and with a coca tea for the altitude sickness. One of the staff members gave us a city map and even located each of the restaurants I had on list in the map, which made things much easier. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. They arranged taxi rides for us and... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, on our way to Cusco. It's a lovely old building that has been renovated and it's quite charming. The rooms were clean and neat. I loved the beautiful courtyard this hotel has. The breakfast was really lovely. Most of all the staff were so helpful. My only problem was that I missed drinking regular tea with milk. There seemed to be no milky tea to be had after breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This hotel is another great old building in central Cusco that has been transformed. The interior is excellent, well finished with open courtyards and wonderful little dinning room for breakfast. Food was excellent. Only 2 levels here, and only stairs for access (I think!) so be aware of this. Staff were great, helpful & friendly. Room was lovely, clean and well appointed including fascinating wall decorations. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here before and after doing the Salkantay Trek. It was quiet, clean, close to laundry facilities, and definitely felt more Peruvian than western, which we wanted. The airport pick-up, breakfast, tea, wifi, and business center (for printing out boarding passes) all helped make it stand out. They did a great job making us feel welcome, communicated with us in English, and even had our bags in our room when we returned from our trek. The location was fantastic and we f... Read more

Excellent service - staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rooms were clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel also has a small outdoor library, which made the place feel incredibly homely. Would strongly recommend this to anyone who prioritises comfort and great value for money

I had a great stay here. It was my first time in Cusco, and I loved how close they were to all the great restaurants and shops. They are very centrally located, only a short 7 minute walk to the main plaza. They were so kind as to store our bags for 4 days while we did the 4-day Inca Trail trek, and had the bags ready and waiting in our new room when we returned. The rooms are very clean, and our bed was HUGE! The wifi can be a bit wonky. The breakfast was included, and it was delicious! ... Read more

The hotel is on a busy street, located about 3 blocks from the main plaza, but I heard no traffic noise. My room was pretty, neat, and clean. There is a lovely courtyard, a small, cozy reading room with a choice of books, and a choice of free water, coffee, and coca tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is especially nice, with many selections and an attendant in the room to replenish the food. The staff at the reception desk is knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, also English speaking. T... Read more
