Great hotel, reasonably priced, 2nd weekend room was much more spacious, was what was booked. Breakfasts' very fresh, know you can ask for eggs - any way you'd like. The evening hot water carafe for tea (most nights) was a nice touch. Great to be able to leave our luggage secure while on our Inca Trek, check out early - can leave luggage til ready to leave. When needing a taxi - have hotel arrange - most reasonable, confirm cost. ATM's very close and convenient, the market's near by have so... Read more

I stayed in the Sonesta Posada del Inca in 2002 when it was in its prime. Now the hotel has been divided up into two hotels with the Sonesta keeping the dumpy side and another hotel taking what used to be the main Sonesta hotel. It's 1:00 in the morning and the extremely loud noise from the disco across the street is keeping me awake even with ear plugs. The room and hotel needs a major overhaul. The toilet runs constantly too. The only things the Sonesta has going for it is the location a... Read more

Hotel is in a great location in central Cusco, near plenty of restaurants and just a block away from Plaza de Armas and about 4 or 5 from San Pedro market. While rooms could be updated, they are clean and neat. If you're not in the mood to go out after a day of sight seeing or hiking, there is an excellent little restaurant off of the lobby, with some very outstanding food. While the rooms and the food were great, the staff is what really makes this hotel a great place to stay. Very friendly and... Read more

This hotel is comfortable, clean and safe. Centrally located off Plaza de Armas, the traffic can be very loud as well as police whistles jostling traffic. The altitude can get you if not prepared ahead of time, (take the Dr pills), but the hotel is used to dealing with sickly travelers. Enjoy the hot tea and flavored waters, the breakfast was good, WiFi worked pretty well. The front desk staff helped us find a lost backpack from an early morning tour, cudos.

The hotel has a fantastic location and rooms are very nice and clear. Would need a new bathroom as a bit old. We had to ask to change room and half of them over look the busies road in Cusco and we were woken up at 6 AM by cars and honking and police man blowing his whistle since dawn. We were not able to have another room with a double bed...

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and these were absolutely the most pleasant days of our trip to Peru. Airport pick-up well organized (free), room ready far earlier than scheduled check-in time, really appreciated after transatlantic flight. Rooms are ok, equipped with a heater. Hot water 24h/ day. Very clean. Bathroom oldish but clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff super helpful, could have not do more to help us with bus tickets bookings, taxi, trips, luggage. I've never ... Read more

We had a great time in the Sonesta. Since you are in the heart of Cusco you will hear the noises from outside, but to us it was more important the location than the noise ;) The location and service was the best! Thanks to Carlos, Maira, Shoel and Jorge. They were spr nice and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sonesta Posadas del Inca. Two staff members were particularly helpful and welcoming: Lidio at the front desk and Santiago who managed security. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. Plenty of hot water, plug adapters, strong wifi signal, and an ideal location for visiting Cusco.

Lovely hotel which has an enviable location just off the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were great, they looked after our every need particularly Jorge who deserves the customer service badge of the year! W spent 4 nights here in advance of a 5 day trek and 2 nights upon returning so the hotel stored our luggage for us which was a godsend. Breakfast was great too. All in all very good hotel in an excellent location with brilliant staff. Well... Read more
