The rooms were fine and decorated with andean stuff, the hot water worked well and the buffet breakfast was the best thing! Natural papaya juice, yogurt, local cheese and more! The staff was so kind too. Is not a luxurious hotel, but it's really good.

My husband and me had a great time in this hotel, always hot water and wi-fi, room was cleaned daily by very nice girls. There is no heater, but you get really really really warm alpacca duvets , we were not a single minute cold. The guys at the reception were super nice and always there for ever need. During our stay there, they had some construction work going on like building new rooms, which wasn't a problem at all because it was only during daytime (and usually one is not staying at the hot... Good rate, good location, breakfast could b better but overall perfect place to stay! If you like night life it's all within short walking distance! We stayed for couple nights and told them we are coming back in 5 days, they haven't even charged us for those two nights, they let us pay when we came back, that was very kind of them!

Good attention from the staff, but the room wasn't comfortable. One day we bathe with cold water. It is located in middle of all the party so sometimes you hear all the noise too. The price and the service they give you is fare. They also have a comfortable bar.

We stayed in one of the new rooms - it seemed like they were doing some construction but this was never a problem, we couldn't hear anything in the room. Very comfortable beds and warm blankets, great hot water shower, cable tv, central location. It is located in the party area so be careful walking around at night, but we couldn't hear any of the noise from our room thankfully! Free tea and nice staff at reception. Everything was quite clean. Would recommend!

I hadle been told that hotels in Cusco are more expensive than elsewhere in Peru, so I was prepared to a smaller room and to a simpler service. And I also want to add that I travel a lot, I have also volunteered abroad so I am well used to adapt myself. This said, here are the pros and cons of this hotel, according to my experience: Pros: - very close to plaza del armas and in a quiet street - a very kind receptionist in the morning: I mean the blonde lady who provided us with useful informati... I had one night at this hotel after the 5 days salkantay trek. The hotel is very confortable, the room are clean and has plenty of hot water. This hotel is very affordable, and more confortable then a hostel. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal in a central location.
