Room was not nice....Bathroom was so damp all day and night, floors wet constantly, hot water is hit or miss. Location is GREAT- walking distance to all fun areas. Lobby gives a nice impression, breakfast was decent. The rooms: I am not extremely picky- especially for a short stay- but these rooms were not comfortable. Be sure to ask for hot water (it still will be hit or miss) and for them to turn on the heater. Plus- they do offer warm bedding.

Great value for the price. Everything was adequate but bring ear plugs (I always travel with them) as walls were thin and groups head out to Macho Picchu early. Like we did at 4 am. Very clean, free breakfast buffet was above average. Hot water takes a long time to come so don't give up!

While traveling on an educational tour, we stayed at this place and it had a nice lobby, the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, but I figured who cares, I'm in Peru! The staff was very helpful bringing extra towels, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was very tasty. I would go back and stay again!

It usually wasn't terrible, but in the evenings, and when groups were leaving in the morning it got loud. My room (205) also shared a common wall with a Karaoke bar that thankfully only seemed to be open on the weekend. It was loud enough I could hear the voices of the drunk patrons singing, from about 10PM to 1-3AM. The showers were hot all... Read more

When we arrived at Villa Hermoza hotel we were shocked by the external aspect of the building that looked as it had not been renovated since its construction. The impression was confirmed by the poor stage and horrible decoration of the hall, corridors, and the rest of the premises. Initially we were offered a couple of completely outdated rooms, extremely noisy , as they had views to a very busy road, and with so called windows that did not insultate at all. After our inmediate complaint we wer... Read more
