Absolutely loved this charming hotel. The staff were amazing and loved the room. Martin was very hospitable and took all our luggage to the room. Had a little trouble adjusting to altitude so our first day just had a lazy afternoon at the hotel with tapas in the hotel restaurant, which were beyond amazing. The sever and the bartenders were all so nice and gave great service. If and when I come back to Cusco I will have to stay here again!

Arrived here quite late after having finished the Salkantay trek. After days spent in a tent without a shower this place was a welcome oasis. I was warmly greeted by Yuder? who took my bags and had the bar stay open for me (it had been a long and somewhat trying trip back to Cusco). Anthony took good care of me in the lounge. The room was incredible, spacious with every amenity one could want including heaters. I slept well. The only quibble I had was that the water wasn't as hot as I would h... Read more

The staff members were wonderful and kind right from the beginning. We were greeted by Johan who took our luggage to our room. He was kind enough to let check in early. The property is just charming, as many have said. The location was also great. The city square is just down the hill with one turn to the right and voila! The walk is about 3 minutes - far enough to get away from the noise but close enough that you can take a leisurely walk. the property is very clean, all the bathroom amenities ... Read more

The room was fantastic - we enjoyed the duplex as well as the room we stayed at the garden when we came back from the Inca trail hike. The rooms are very spacious! the rooms are clean and well-ventilated. The front desk and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful! The front desk staff helped us find a cab that will take us on a day tour of sacred valley - we appreciate that! The location is fantastic - near great restaurants and the hotel ground is pretty. The hotel garden is beautiful! The... Read more

We stayed at this hotel twice for two days each time. It was a perfect place to adapt to the altitude before heading to Machu Picchu and to recover for a few days after the trek. The hotel is beautifully decorated in traditional materials and has a cozy atmosphere. The hotel is colonial but has been updated and maintained well. Of course their are some minor quirks in the plumping and wifi like any older building but it is well worth it to experience the gorgeous view from breakfast and the warm... Read more
