What a fantastic experience this boutique hotel was! I can't say enough good things about Fallen Angel Guest House. Starting with the location, a beautiful small plaza that houses the Pre Columbian museum, one block from the Inka museum and 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Once the front door opens you enter an amazing, creative, playful, artistic world filled with striking artworks, installations and wild and colorful furniture. It is a feast for the eyes! the first floor houses the restaurant... Read more

Apart from the amazing, gracious, and helpful staff the rooms, bar, and restaurant are fantastic. Great food, a wonderful eclectic artistic atmosphere, and very comfortable beds. We highly recommend Fallen Angel for a wonderful romantic stay while in Cusco. Close to everything and easy to get to.

An amazing hotel - the staff are incredible and from the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. The food is out of this world and the overall feel of the hotel is quirky and warm. The staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and were always friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was perfect for walking down to the main square and enjoying all Cusco had to offer. We loved it

A hidden gem that is very popular. Make reservations for this truly gastronomic experience. Food is top, top notch unexpected and so is the very under staffed service. Place is beautifully designed in the inside. Obviously a lot of work and prep into this outstanding menu, but be prepared for a long dining experience. The place is way understaffed and the 3 waiters which included the GM were working their tails off. Still worth it!

Staying at this hotel was a real treat. It's located with a very short walked to the main square (Plaza de Armas) and some museums. We stayed at Fallen Angel for one night when we arrived in Cusco, then had to check out and head on a retreat so we weren't able to try the legenday breakfast. The staff there offered to let us come back and have the breakfast after our retreat when we returned to Cusco. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it happen, but I loved that they made an effort to satisfy us. ... Read more

We stayed here for two nights this month and absolutely loved it! The great service started when we walked in and Moses greeted us with a great smile and promptly seated us at a table in the courtyard. He promptly served us tea and when my partner asked what the amazing smell was coming from the kitchen he quickly got up and came back with a Chocolate Bomb dessert for us to try. My partner lost his mind....chocolate is his favorite thing....on the planet...and he says this was the best thing ... Read more

Like sleeping in Dali's mind, the place, paintings and exhibits are awesome. We had blue room, strength and it's amazing. Staff have been incubated to deliver outstanding service. Food..... Diverse and intelligent menu delivered with the same outstanding quality as the staff ! Portions too generous, my main course could have served! Beautiful flavours and presentation ..... Yum yum yum, one we will never forget and a tough one to follow ?? Delightful overall and a must do experience. Thank you... Read more

We are a family of 4 adults who rented 2 rooms last week. The Fallen Angel is fabulous! The hotel common areas and rooms are very unique and interesting. The staff was very attentive. Special thanks to Benjamin and Romini! 5 star recommendation. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

What an amazing hotel. The decorations are spectacular, booth the rooms and the restaurant. The rooms are massive and super stylish. We had a dinner in the restaurant; very friendly staff and very good meals. We just finished our trailer made in room breakfast. If you are in Cusco, please book this hotel. It's in the city center.

I spent a couple of weeks in and out of Cusco in other hotels and ended my stay with a few nights at the Fallen Angel. What an amazingly cool place! I felt so happy and comfortable in my room that I had to force myself to go out into the city. Loved the uniqueness and all the art and funky design elements. The service was top notch as well. I had two dinners in the restaurant and found everything to be fabulous. You must try the capered trout! My last morning my flight left early and they gave m... Read more

Where do I begin?! The location of the hotel is perfect. It's only a short walk away from Plaza de Armas which is great because you're close enough to access everything but it's quiet at night so you don't have to worry about the street noise. We arrived at about 6am and we knew the room wouldn't be ready but the doorman greeted us and we were able to leave our luggage in the office until we came back to check in. We weren't adjusting too well to the altitude so after walking around town for a b... Read more

We stayed in October for four nights before going to Machu Pichu and returning for one more night before flying to Lima. The location is within easy walking distance from Plaza Armas and is in a quiet location. Each room is unique, we were in the White Room which was really spacious and the bedroom was accessed by a spiral staircase. Breakfast was different every day and really delicious the highlight been desert. We ate in the restaurant three evenings and the food was fantastic. The staff are ... Read more

This georgous boutique guest house was an excellent choice for our 3 day stay in Cusco prior to heading to Macchu Picchu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful right from the beginning. This was really important to us because my sister was very sick right on arrival and my husband and brother in law also suffered from altitude sickness. They took care of us very well and served healthy organic food. The location is super and a 5 minute walk from the main square. The bedrooms are enormou... Read more

Rooms are unique and stylish , only 5 rooms named by color , if you like Versage , then you will do well in these Suite style rooms. Very well located If you are conservative, old style, old school then you rather stay somewhere else. One to one service. Breakfast is good just different , not for the corporate regular Joe.
