We stayed at this place for two night from 30th to 1st of January. Location: a few steps up from the central Plaza das Armas, some 15 minutes by walk uphill mostly. Because of this, the view spans the entire city, so we had a front row seat for the New Year's fireworks. Room: We stayed on room 2, by the garden, with the room door opening directly onto the garden. Need to pull the curtains for privacy, but we enjoyed leaving the door open and walking onto the garden in the evening and morning.... Read more

The people in this hotel were unbelieveably kind and helpful. They bent over backward to help us and do anything we asked. At one point we needed to get to a taxi several yards from the hotel and the bellman carried our luggage with a cheerful smile. - above and beyond what was expected. The rooms were lovely and the food delicious. Beautiful breeze with windows open. Patio on the top floor with excellent view of the city. Walking distance to center of Cusco down a lovely road with street ve... Read more

Booked a 1 night stay, wish we had stayed longer! What a fabulous position with views over Cusco. Great by a most helpful guy, but everyone was helpful! Rooms were of a very high standard, I had a garden room. Booked massage which again was perfect. Would stay here again 100 percent !

Once upon a time in a far away land named Cusco was a little cottage called Encantada where 3 beautiful princesses stayed after their adventure in Machu Pucchu and regained their strength with pisco sours, warm beds and relaxing massages. They went back to the USA and lived happily ever after.

Great boutique hotel for the value! There is a very cute patio/terrace public area that is great for drinking a tea and overlooking the city. Very clean, extremely friendly staff. I would skip the breakfast next time and grab something in town. They have tea available all day & will hold your bags when you go to hike Machu Picchu. The walk is 15 mins to the Plaza de Armas but it is kind of steep coming back up, which is a little challenging if you are way out of shape or still acclimating. T... Read more

I arrived into Cusco with major altitude sickness, unable to do any of my day's activities. Upon checking into the Encantada Casa Boutique Spa, the staff - Arnold, Estrella and Angela - greeted me with kindness and compassion regarding my situation. They went above and beyond, providing me with oxygen - which took away my headache and other altitude sickness symptoms. They even offered to get me some altitude sickness pills which are available at their local pharmacy. The next morning, I woke up... Read more

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Arnold who went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The rooftop has some couches and chairs with a great view of the city, and my room also had a fantastic view. Everything was very clean. They even have oxygen in case you get altitude sickness (unfortunately I needed it) The only disadvantage for me was that the hotel is at the end of a long street that is pretty empty at night, and as I was traveling alone it felt a little desolate even th... I stayed at Encantada for three nights. Encantada is in a fantastic location (10-15 min walk to Plaza de Armas) and the room is comfortable and clean. All the staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
