The hotel is located in a safe and vibrant part of Cusco (across the street from the market and close to good resturants within walking distance). Taxi drivers found it easy to find and we paid on average about 5-6 soles to one way to get around town, definitely a great area to stay in. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. However, the beds were not comfortable as they were two twin beds pushed together. My side was uneven and firm like a brick, pillows were way too soft as well. Moreove... Read more

Stayed here 2 nights on our trip to Cusco and had no issues. The room was very clean and the wifi signal strong. There is a massive craft market across the street for picking up any take home nick nacks. Also easy walking (up hill) to the main center square for food and more shopping

The bed in this hotel was so hard I had to get extra blankets on which to sleep. I was in pain all night. Also, they give you ONE bottle of water. When I asked for an additional one in the middle of the night they informed me 6 Sols. Heck no! You can get water around the corner for 2 Sols....

I really enjoyed Cuzco and all the sights and sounds. But not all through the night! This hotel is very centrally located and great during the day to wander the town. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is really nice. We loved the Coca Tea and infused water in the lobby. The hotel restaurant was good, especially breakfasts. The bad news is that, because there is no air conditioning, we needed to keep the window open at night. There is a little balcony and that was a fun way to watch the str... Read more

We had a wonderful gate 1 trip to Machu Pichu. Our last two nights stay in Cusco was at the Eco Inn. Not only were the rooms very clean and nicely appointed, but the staff was Very accommodating, and friendly. Our first night there, we chose not to eat at the hotel restaurant, instead choosing one right next door. Mistake. The second night we ate at the Eco Inn dining room. We were greeted with a warm smile from Abelardo our waiter. He helped us to chose a wine that was not on the menu. ... Read more

The hotel and staff were great, nice room, good breakfast, but starting at 8am Sunday and 7am Monday there was awful noise all around us, I presume they were doing some work in the room above us but it's really unacceptable to be doing that right above guests. As long as you can stay away from this back part of the hotel it'd be nice but the noise was really not ok.

We stayed there as a group for 4 days in Cusco, the Inn is located at the main avenue which is very accessible to attractions, restaurants and just 20 mins away from the Airport. Staff are welcoming, rooms are neat and tidy, however, it doesn't offer free water and you need to pay 6 Sol for each bottle (just one complementary bottle for the first night). Breakfast is also not bad with plenty of fruits, breads and hot fishes you can choose from. Very impressive that they provide breakfast before ... Read more

Stayed here for 2 days while in Cusco. It is a nice hotel with a good breakfast that changes everyday. The hotel is a short walk to Plaza De Armas. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here if I ever came back to Cusco.

We all fell in love with our waiter, Abelardo, as he was so happy to serve us. The food was fantastic. The four of us shared one salad and two lasagnas and that was plenty for us. The price was very reasonable. They served us some wonderful tasting bread and butter also. It was also nice to have very clean restrooms available.

The location is perfect for a walk to the square and many of the shops, restaurants along this main street. The staff was helpful, bilingual. The lobby was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was adequate especially if you need a handy, quick meal but there are better restaurants along Av. El Sol. I believe most rooms are better than the one I was given. Being solo, I was given a very small room with a small bed. The room was quite cramped and the bathroom even smaller. The ceiling ... Read more
