I stayed here twice as part of my Peregrine / Peak, Best of Peru tour. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the rooms on the second floor were noisy. The rooms on the fifth floor were much better. The staff were friendly but there was no black tea available for breakfast. We stayed there a few nights and the room we had was at the back of the hotel on the ground floor (so no street noise from the main street). The room was good. had everything we needed and the temperature was fine (April/May) for us. The buffet each morning was really nice. Great choice and the restaurant is very nicely laid out. There is tea available in the lobby to ward off altitude sickness. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel has free WIFI throughout and works... Read more

It can be a bit bothersome if you're having trouble sleeping. Overall, nice hotel and I would ... Read more

There is no air conditioning in the rooms! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the room was great otherwise. I understand the "eco" thing, but when you spend a night at such a high altitude city, you need the cool air, to "breath" better. Plus it's pretty costly per night, so air conditioning should be an option. The reception ladies are not very helpful, asked one where the nearest bakery was, to get a birthday cake and she said there were none nearby. I walked a 3 block distance and foun... Read more
