The hotel is close to the center of Cusco and next to the police station. There are several lobbies to sit and enjoy a free tea. In the rooms it can be noisy on weekends because of the people celebrating on the streets. The breakfast is alright and the laundry service is really quick and inexpensive. All in all a good choice!

I stayed here as part of a tour and had 3 nights here. The walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything. We desperately needed a good lie in after returning from 3 nights camping on the inca trail but didn't get much sleep due to the noise. The location is fab and the lobby is very pretty (despite the roof leaking from torrential rain!) Cusco is a great city so if your after a cheap, well located place to lie down after a night out then this is the place for you. If you want a good ni... Read more

We (the tour group) stayed here with Gadventures during our tour through Peru. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. I appreciated the fact that we could store our luggage here while on the Inca trail. The rooms are reasonable with regards to space and toilet facilities. The hotel is aesthetically designed. The points for improvement are as follows: - Wi-Fi signal strength could be stronger - availability of hot water was a problem at some times for some of our group - The hote... Read more

This is G Adventures hub hotel in Cusco. It’s not good. So if you are travelling to Cusco independently stay away…. So the facts and the details. It is an old building with converted rooms in two wings. The far wing (stayed one night prior to I Trail) was dark, dismal and very noisy. G haven't got this right mixing the Yolo Tours and Classic Tours. Party city kept most of our group up – not the hotels fault but they did nothing to stop the noise despite frequent requests. The hotel ... Read more

Ok - So, let's start with the positive - Good Location to Plaza De Arms - 2 Blocks Away (this is - this will make sense to you once you arrive because Cusco is a walking city and you will find yourself walking around a lot & distance becomes an issue of time. There was a free breakfast (5a-10a) - not much selection, but it is FREE!! Now the Cons-The hotel is about accommodations only - no amenities!! The hotel is older, the rooms have the basics - bed and bathroom. The noise level is high an... Read more
