Though the staff were friendly. The room was neat. However there was a horrible smell coming out of our bathroom. We dreaded opening the door to go to toilet. Refused even to go in there for a shower. Brought it up with reception. Rectified the problem but the smell was back in the morning. Was really off putting. Shame because was not a bad hotel.

Very average hotel although the staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms 3 times before finding one that could be described as reasonable because of noise from adjacent rooms.. Breakfast buffet was very simple.

We stayed in Cusco for 5 night.....three in a Guest house at $25 US a night and the last two nites stayed at Casa Andina Classic Catedral at $99/night. The location of the two places are 3 blocks apart. We found Classic Cetedral noisy and needed to ask for a room change. The free wifi was useless unless you are sitting in computer common area. They do offer a super fast WiFi if you wish to upgrade and pay and you are only limited to 4 hour use. Breakfast was comparable. The Floor board i... Read more

This hotel is located just steps from the Plaza. Being so centrally located makes this hotel perfect for those wanting to explore the city without having to worry about calling for a taxi every time. You step out the lobby door, turn right and the plaza is just a few strides away. The staff at this hotel is what makes for the high rating. They greet you every time you pass by! We had a large group and each seemed to have something they needed at one point. The front desk attendant was able to s... Read more

I had the joy of staying and several different Casa Andina hotels during my trip to Peru, and just like the rest this one was a very good experience. The location is spectacular just within walking distance of the cathedral and several key locations, the breakfast is good, and they were very helpful and offered to store our luggage while we made our 2 day trip to Macchu Picchu (We came back 3 days later and stayed another night). Had the chance to stay on 2 different rooms because of this, fir... Read more
