As is the case with this chain of hotels there is a really nice feel to the whole place. The staff are all really helpful, The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are all a pleasure to use. The location of this one is perfect when visiting the wonderful Cusco. Cusco is the jewel of Peru. You can feel the history in every ounce of this place. This hotel is built with an ancient Peruvian wall as part of the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel comfortable and clean. WIFI was slow and you had to be in the lobby or common areas to get it for free. Hospitality was good and the frond desk had good restaurant recommendations. It was not amazing but I would stay here again.

We stayed here on two occasions, before and after Machu Picchu, and it was a good hotel for this purpose. The rooms are clean, plain and comfortable, although the bathrooms are small and there is little room to put your toiletries out. The shower was excellent, spacious and a good flow with great hot water. The bed was comfortable but wobbled every time one of us even sneezed, it was a strange sensation, but didn't affect us once asleep. The one drawback is that there is no lift, and when I hurt... This hotel is right in the heart of Cusco, only steps away from the main plaza. The rooms are fairly basic but the staff were really helpful, especially the manageress and "Rocket", who gave us advice about where to eat & even where we could get wash done quickly. Our first room was rather small & the mattress needed replacing but, when we mentioned this, the staff gave us a much better room for our last night in Cusco. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a moderate priced option.

Very special experience with very special people. The only remark is that had we known there was no elevator available due to heritage preservation we would have pre requested a Floor One level room for the ease of my husband's not having to walk up one talk staircase with his artificial hips (but the May have put him n good stead for our later trip to Machu Picchu which he managed - slowly ). We post asked for a level one room but it was unavailable.

Stayed here for two days and whilst my room looked out to an inner yard, it was nevertheless spacious and spotlessly clean. This hotel, which is part of a chain of 3-Star hotels is very recommendable as it offers a safe and relaxed environment in this busy city and it's position adjacent to the Main Square and Cathedral offers ample opportunity for exploration and sightseeing. The breakfast here was very good and plentiful and all staff was very friendly and helpful.Free WIFI in public rooms, bu... Read more

I lucked into this place through an online search. When my excursion fell through I returned to them without looking elsewhere. Comfortable rooms even if a bit noisy. Warm friendly staff always available.

The hotel is conveniently located, with friendly staff. Some of the rooms are large and generous, others not so much. We had two triple rooms that were very different. Rooms were also a little noisy, but you won't be sleeping in if you're in Cusco anyway. The breakfast could have been more varied, but it was good quality. My only gripe is that there is no free wireless in the rooms, just at the reception. This results in a permanent crowd downstairs, as people catch up on emails and such. ... Read more

After having a bad experience at another Hotel, Casa Andina was a wonderful experience all around. This hotel is located just a few steps away from the main square, and everything is walking distance. Staff was helpful with information, breakfast was phenomenal. I would just like to thank all the staff that helped us make our stay a wonderful experience.

We stayed in Cusco 2 nights and then returned to this hotel after our trek on the Inka Trail. We were able to check in early when we arrived after many long hours of travel and our bags were safely stored while we were gone. Rooms were quiet except the ones on the street on Saturday night, but we were very conveniently located in the heart of Cusco, right off the plaza. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful.
