I loved this place. Comfortable and well priced. Room: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water (let it run for a bit before it turns hot). Location: Centrally located, close to EVERYTHING you need. Staff: Extremely helpful and friendly. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Breakfast: quite plentiful and delicious! There was variety and everything was good. Granted, I had been staying in hostels with questionnable breakfasts so this may have impressed me ... Read more

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel, the Customer Service was ok but not great. Breakfast was the best thing that the Hotel offered. The location was good. Rooms were not that good and one of the rooms only had cold water (outside temperature was 8 degrees).

I spend 4 nights there and the hotel is great. The location is on a pedestrian street and no bars around so it is quiet, if the guests are. One morning at 7 some young american guys played loud music the next room. It is right in the middel between The central square and the marked. I didn't liked the breakfast, I hate margarine but they almost never use butter here. There is fruit, yoghurt, cereals and some warm veggies. Coffee is ok. There is free the in the lobby all day, included coc... Read more

Staff was very friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is located quite near the main square. Problems with the bathroom (toilet flush had problems and shower water took too long to heat up) and light coming from the corridor at night time in some rooms (there's no way to block this light from coming into your room so be sure to bring something to shut your eyes)

Service is ok, breakfast is always cold, most rooms have windows facing "living rooms" so it's always noisy, avoid room 309 it's just next to the corridor where everyone goes up and down the stairs all the time, we were "promoted" to 309 after getting a tiny room with no windows. I complained the last day and was given a room with a balcony, if you wish to stay there make sure you get one of these rooms with balcony (and fridge) otherwise follow my advise and stay somewhere else. I made my reser... Read more

We arrived at this inner city hotel after an exhausting bus ride down the west coast of Peru via Peru Hop. The check in process was easy, and our party of four was quickly esconsed in two small but pleasanty appointed rooms. One of the two rooms was a bit smaller than the other and lacked an extra blanket, but apart from that, the room itself and its bathroom were clean and roomy-enough, especially given the reasonable price (by U.S. standards) of around $70/room. Although it is located near a v... Read more
