We stayed here twice for five nights in all. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and bright and the bed was very comfortable. Location is good...short cab ride to the Center. We ate in the restaurant several times and were very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is above average. Wi-fi is good in the lobby area but wasn't adequate in our room. Be prepared for some street noise. It didn't bother me at all but my wife is a very light sleeper and it did bother her.

It is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star service! I was very limited with a time because I came to Cuzco to visit Machu Picchu and do the tours round Cuzco all in 2 days. Thanks to incredible organisation of the hotel and their stuff, especially Mrs. Wendy Arce and Mrs. Celia Mallcco Leon, me and my mom spent unforgettable time. We booked all the tours through Hotel Agusto's as well and everything ended up perfect! I would recommend it to everyone! It is a service of 5 star that you can trust 100%!

The hotel was okay but it has a horrible smell in the bathroom and the title pieces were coming off. We called the receptionist and someone came and spray. Staff was friendly. I suggest the place should be remodel.

Everything about this hotel is more than acceptable, very clean, modern and comfortable room. Staff very helpful and polite at all times. Adequate breakfast buffet. No problems at all. It is halfway between the airport and town centre, so it is a LONG walk to the old town......but taxis are inexpensive. Only 5 Sols to the Centre. Highly recommended.

Very charming hotel close by taxi to Plaza de Armas. Taxi rides are very inexpensive in Cusco.Delicious breakfast was served every morning. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The amenities are basic, has a friendly lobby with Wi-Fi . They took care of my family the first day of our arrival with coca tea to process the acclimation and they have an oxygen tank available wich helped my son when he was feeling light-headed from the altitude. They recommended a fantastic tour agency, we ... Read more

My Family and I came in from Lima with the ultimate destination of Machu Picchu. Right, when we arrived their staff was courteous and very helpful. They took our luggage to the room checked us in and provided Macha Tea to assist with the altitude (as we needed to adjust). They even have and oxygen tank to help you "climatize" if needed. The rooms were clean and the food was good. I loved their Coffee con Leche' every morning. They also assisted us in setting up or transportation which made every... Read more

We stayed here as a group of 10 when staying in Cusco after our train back from Machu Picchu and before our flight out to Lima the next morning. This was a good option for something close to the airport, and if I had the same needs in Cusco again, I wouldn't hesitate to pick Agusto's again. If you want a hotel to explore Cusco from for many days and walk around a lot, this wouldn't be my recommendation to you. Breakfast was decent and the wifi was OK. Room was fine, nothing good nor bad to say... Read more
