This hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location. Customer service is excellent and the room is spacious and well appointed. I agree with other reviews however, that the noise is a real drawback. I go to a hotel for a place to rest, but primarily to sleep, and the noise level made it difficult to sleep uninterrupted through the night. I put on a white noise app on my phone, but even that could not drown out the hoots and hollers and drunken revelry that started around 10 PM and stopped at ar... Read more

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very big, fully equipped with all you could desire to give you a warn, comfortable, at-home feeling. I really enjoyed and looked forward to my daily breakfast on the roof top patio overlooking Casco Viejo, with a wonderful view of the city sky line and the water. I would definitely return to Las Clementinas. The location is in heart of Casco, walking distance to everything.

If you are looking for a beautiful hotel with character and great staff, I certainly recommend staying at Las Clementinas. We stayed at the chamber, which was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was just two of us, but the chamber is actually big enough for a family of four. The WiFI was fast and we enjoyed our two balconies with a nice view over the streets of Casco Viejo, Panama‚??s old town. Restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance, but we decided to have dinner at the... Read more

this renovated building has regained its colonial charm with personal service, beautifully decorated rooms and extra amenities. we arrived by car and they had valet service. dont be fooled by the tiny lobby. the suites are spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchenete, dining table and chairs, couch, coffee table, great lighting, reading material and iopd dock. the bed is comfy with top grade linens and towels and robes in the bathroom. we had read about nightime noise but our visit was during... On Saturday evening, April 30th, 2016, after making reservations for dinner and informing the restaurant that I was going to use a US$50 gift certificate issued by Las Clementinas that I received from my son as a gift (and was valid), my wife and I arrived at the restaurant, were seated and I gave the certificate (valid up to May 31th, 2016) to the waitress. She took a suspicious look at us and the certificate, and told me "this certificate says it is only valid from Tuesdays to Sundays". I to... Read more

The perfect place to stay to enjoy Casco Antiguo. Charming, spacious suites with all mod cons including a full size kitchen , air-conditioning , flat-screen TV and wifi. Comfortable queen size bed and quality linen. Bistro serves excellent food with entertainment, roof-top bar for breakfast and a view of the new city skyline, plus a leafy courtyard for a few drinks before bed. Walk the streets of the old city and enjoy.

The service is fantastic - great rooftop bar/restaurant. I highly recommend for families as well as couples. Great location in Casa Viejo, walking distance to many restaurants and sites in the city. Rooms are very comfortable and decorated well. Our room faced the street which was a bit loud.

We have stayed at las Clementinas twice. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautiful. Spotlessly clean with high ceilings and tiled showers. Great restaurant downstairs and lovely roof deck with a great view where the tasty breakfast is served. Great location, friendly staff. We'll return here!

This was the start of a new adventure for us, as we had never been to Central America before. But once again all our plans fell into place thanks to AUDLEY our Agents. The hotel was very central for the old town and an interesting old building. The room was wonderful and turned out to be a suite, with kitchen, lounge, dining and a lovely bedroom. One quirky thing was we were given a breakfast voucher for each day and had to walk down the street to get it, but it was not a problem and made for a f... Read more

Great hotel, huge bedrooms (look like an apartment!), very well decorated and very confortable! Very friendly saft! Would recommend that breakfast should be served on the restaurant downstairs. Althoug the views on the rooftop are stunning it is too warm. The reception is very simple, so dont get scared with the rest of the hotel, because the rooms are amazing!

Just lovely service. The rooms are really lovely. Tall ceilings, air conditioning. Modern bathrooms. Heart of Casco which is going to be a thriving community. Renovation of the old Spanish colonial buildings is ongoing and they are doing an amazing job. Restaurant was not open during my short stay but built in breakfast was very good. Not recommended though for someone who has difficulty with stairs as breakfast is on the rooftop.

The hotel it's beautiful they renovated around 6 years ago and keep the hotel essence of it. Rooms are nice comfortable have a living room very spacious the the room is bright with natural light, the bathroom is awesome!!! You feel like home or even better!! Breakfast is at the top of the hotel and can view the whole city. The Hotel personnel were helpful or even more (Miguel, Francisco, breakfast ladies) they walk us to a barbershop. Excellent location, and gorgeous and incredibly crazy spacious accommodations for value. The staff was friendly and highly attentive to our needs. A wonderful romantic get away. The historic building is steps away from excellent restaurants and coffee shops; a great starting point for the Art Walk among the pulsating texture of the old and rediscovered beautiful of the old cityou charm.

Riding through Old Town on a Saturday night was like going through a scene in a movie.sooo many people partying. And then we came to our little piece of heaven where we felt like we were welcomed like long lost and dearly loved relatives. Absolutely wonderful!

This hotel was excellent in the following ways - location, staff response, apartment style rooms, breakfast on the roof with amazing views of Panama, and lovely bistro to boot. The only two areas that were problematic were - noise level at nights from neighboring buildings was unbearable prompting us to change rooms. This helped a bit but not completely. The second issue was water pressure in the top floor room. It was not only poor but there were times when there was no water at all. without ... Read more

In English: a disgrace, in french une honte, en castellano : una desgracia. Three different words for a short description. Price way too high for the most noisy a/c I have ever experienced, very rudimentary accommodation. The good points: location (then visit hotel nearby) and the size of bedrooms. By the way for the same price make sure you have good knees as you have no lift...

We loved the rooms here and the location was great. Staff was very nice. Marvin did a good job at check in. Try Max's cocktails at the resturant as they were superb. I kept seeing that it was noisey here. It wasn't because we used a white noise app and we didn't haven't any issues with noise

Location is the key!!! The best in Casco Viejo. Loved the building itself. Views from the rooftop are stunning! The courtyard is quaint and beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the band that played on thursday night 1st September from the terrace overlooking the courtyard. The staff is loveky and extremely helpful.

Great Hotel in a changing, gentrifying area. Police station of the right side of hotel and loud noise and poverty on left side of hotel. Over time this will improve but be prepared when you leave hotel

For spacious rooms, old world charm and quality of staff , the place was superb. Having a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor was a huge plus, with lovely cooked to order breakfasts on the roof with a fabulous 360 degree view. On weekends however the party outside never seemed to let up, so if you treasure sleep, it's not the place to be.

This is a beautiful small hotel in the Casco Viejo section of Panama City. The staff is very helpful, professional and well informed. The dining room is pretty with an out door dining as well in the pretty garden. The food is delcious and beautifully presented. Their Mojitos are the best! Rooma are nicely appointed. The one draw back is that it is very noisey at night: partying on the street, loud music till all hours.

Beautiful hotel. Room is more like an apartment, it would be great for business travelers. Heart of the old town which at the time was under a lot of construction but didn't find that off putting. We actually stayed June 2014 and I suspect will continue to develop over the next few years. Food good too; excellent mango mojitos!

Great boutique hotel. Staff and restaurant are terrific. The morning lattes are the best! The room was really a spacious apartment with all amenities. Located in quaint Casco Viejo. We would highly recommend, however only drawback is the neighborhood partying noise that goes on all night! We had room 3. Opt for higher level room if possible.

We stayed for 4 nights at Las Clementinas on our recent trip to Panama and would really recommend it. It is an old colonial building that has been meticulously restored win a high quality but understated fashion. There are 6 lovely apartments. We stayed on the top floor with a fantastic view across the bay to Panama City.
