There's nothing that isn't fantastic about this hotel. It's a dream. Massive rooms with exquisite decor.... lobby.....beautiful, breakfast (included) is outstanding. We arrived late at night and just needed a snack at the bar and a drink - it was delicious. One night was not enough!

It was great staying at the bristol. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the room was always kept very clean. I will definitely choose this hotel on next trip to Panama.

Fantastic hotel, super service and beautiful room, Rogero checked us in and was extremely helpful, we had a fantastic room which was beautiful, this hotel is away from the hustle bustle but very near some great bars and restaurants, I would recommend the restaurant nearby named Market which was great. I would stay at the bristol again and it's genuinely a 5 star experience.

We have been very privileged to travel the world (business and pleasure) and seen quite a few hotels in this standard. We both left The Bistrol, happily surprised how much character a 5-start hotel can have. The staff was exceptional, the room was exceptional, the facilities and location - even better! Regardless if we asked for the best nightclub to visit, the most local spot to eat or landmarks to visit the short period we were in Panama City - the staff gave us the best recommendations a trav... This hotel was booked by my client. At first sight, I was frustrated as it was not located by the ocean nor had an ocean view. But this was swiftly forgotten... The hotel lies on a small street, sometimes blocked. But once you get there, you are entering another world. Everything is rather classy and luxurious (but not flashy). And you start enjoying the great service... My Tower Executive King room was nicely decorated, roomy enough, with all the expected amenities. And the bed was comfortable.... Read more

I don't normally flame businesses, but this one deserves it. I have stayed in the hotel 4-5 times and the last two times were unbelievably bad. Both times I stayed in Room 510. Both times the shower was cold for each of the three nights of each trip. What was most damning was their lack of response. Blank looks, no offer to move me, the attitude was hopefully this man will simply go away. While the bed is comfortable, the check-in fine, the physical facilities good, what sets apart good f... Really really disappointing. The room was not very clean. Upon arrival the toilets of the room were not functioning so I had to wait for a technician. Then the A/C was not cooling so had to wait for another technician. The safe in the room was getting off the wall...I stopped calling and was really happy I was only staying for one night. This is really a disaster for a LHW, it is not managed at all. The only good thing about Bristol is that the staff are great and always so helpful. I could also... Read more

Stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip. For the purposes of the trip it was fine, had a gym and a pool which was adequate. Rooms were nice sized, and food in the restaurant was quite tasty. Only issue is nothing else around it is really in walking distance but overall I recommend it !

I have been 2 weeks in Panama at this hotel and I would recommend it to anybody: if you book enough in advance you will have a very elegant stay at very affordable prices. The level of service is 5 star, personnel is professional, kind and forthcoming; the restaurant is excellent. The location is very convenient as you will be 5-15 minutes away from any point you may wish to reach in the city ( except on peak time, where traffic can be terrible).

We chose this hotel to have a boutique experience in Panama City, rather than a big chain experience. We were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is well located - we easily walked to the seaside promenade and to restaurants, as well as did some exploring of the neighborhood. The front entrance was handy for taxi and tour pickups, although traffic in the streets around the hotel was thick. Being on a one-way street, it can take some time to work through the traffic and other one-way street... Read more

We actually live in Panama but decided to stay at the Bristol for a quick "get away". The service was excellent, which sadly, is not always the case in Panama. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is very good. I found the staff at the SPA to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind. The pool is tiny; as an avid swimmer I had hoped for more but it was suffficent.

The excellence goes to the room, the sheets, the bathroom, the hot floor, the water pressure, the internet, the mini bar options, THE CLEANLINESS - SPECTACULAR. There are of course areas of opportunity, the restaurant Salsi could definitely improve its timming, the pool area could also be way better. Other than that, the best option to satay in Panama City

We spent 5 nights in a tower suite. Most of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Most were eager to please and helpful. We went to a wedding last weekend in Panama and stayed at the Bristol Hotel. Service was great from the minute we walked in to the hotel, and the room was perfect (we got upgraded to a suite so can't complain there). The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are large and nicely appointed. Some of the basics are not there - the bedside light switch only controls the entrance and you have to turn off all the other lights individually which is super annoying.
