Stayed in this hotel as a first stop point on our Interrail trip. Price was very good for Norway - on arrival the staff were very welcoming providing any local information we required. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and had a lovely little balcony attached to it which was nice. The bed was a good sized double and very comfortable. Along with this there were the usual TV, fridge etc. Very modern and well maintained room. Breakfast was served in a shared space with the bakery downstairs,... Read more

The room was very nice and looked a bit "exclusive", but when had a look at the varanda it was full of cigarette buds and a plastic bag with trash. The bathroom was weird: you couldn't get in front of the sink because the shower was in the way, which was annoying.

We spent two nights at Myhregaarden Hotel earlier on this month. Generally speaking, a very pleasant stay with no major faults, I'd say. Staff at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful at all times. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was large and soft enough so we're able to have a good rest after long day of hiking which was awesome. Mini bar, electric kettle and plasma TV all worked fine which was a bonus. Breakfast buffet spread was satisfactory & so was the hotel ... Read more

The hotel is very well located near to the harbour and old town which makes it very convenient. There is no 'lounge' area though and breakfast was ok but a little disorganised... Not many tea options (and they didn't seem to be able to get black, mint or breakfast tea) and it's all serve yourself from a small area at the back of the adjoining restaurant. Reception were helpful but didn't always know the area very well. The room was a little small and noisy, to be expected from such a central loc... Read more

We were in Stavanger to attend a wedding and booked two rooms. Stayed from May 19 to 22. Small but tidy hotel. Clean rooms, central location, adequate breakfast. Front desk staff fluent in English, pleasant to deal with, and bent over backwards to resolve our issues and requests, such as early check-ins because of early arrival, finding a room at the last minute for a friend whose hotel had shut down due to a strike, lending a room for the bride to make up, and overall providing clear, useful ... We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice, although small. The bathroom had heated flooring which was nice. Great location, very central and many shops and restaurants nearby. There is no parking, but a public car park a few blocks away (180 kroners for 24 hours). Breakfast was average, but we've found that in most Norway hotels. We tried the downstairs Mexican restaurant for dinner, which was better than expected. Good hotel for the price and would stay there ag... Read more

On the photos hotel looks nice.Location is very good, the airport bus passing just in front. But...This hotel is super dirty, all furniture inside the room is very bad used and with the staines on top.In the shower all around mold and fungus. The concept of the daily cleaning is "only to change towels",the floors and toilet facilties wasn't cleaned at all during my stay.Even the ceiling light is broken!! When you leave the hotel, please ask to check minibar while your are there, otherwise you are r... Read more

This hotel was the perfect location, quality and value for our 2 night stay in Stavanger. Our room was ready early for us upon arrival and the reception staff were very helpful in the check-in process and in recommending things to do in the city. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom even had underfloor heating - perfect as we had just arrived following hiking up Trolltunga the day before! We had breakfast included (which was a pleasant bonus given the already great value room rate... Read more

Nice little hotel located near the downtown ferry that goes to pulpit rock. Good breakfast and very nice little room with heated bathroom floor. Very comfortable bed. We left our suitcases in their storage room during the pulpit rock hike.

We had a peaceful and good nights sleep, in a comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok, but scrambled eggs were too salty. Nice location, with a parking garage in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

The Hotel was centrally located and within minutes walk to all restaurant , shops and main attractions. As I arrived I felt in love with the view to the harbor and the downtown area. The room itself was decent size, I will say spacious in comparison to most Hotel in Europe. The bathroom very modern and had all amenities needed to make it a pleasant stay. The room also had a big mirror and an excellent hair dryer which I plan to buy on my return to the states of how quick it dry my hair. As far a... Read more
